This card's Level is treated as 20. This card is unaffected by the effects of all cards, except its own. While this card is face-up on the field, all monsters you control are unaffected by the effects of Spells or Traps. If this card attacks directly, it's ATK becomes 2000 until the End Phase. When your opponent's monster attacks this card, your opponent takes no Battle Damage and this card's DEF is reduced equal to the ATK of the monster. When this card has no DEF, reduce its ATK instead. When this card has no ATK, destroy every card on the controller of the this card's side of the field and send all cards in their hand to the Graveyard.

Once this is out on the field, it's pretty much an immediate OTK. I'm assuming that, the unaffected by Spell/Traps clause exempts it from Dark Hole as well? Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but it seems a quite broken...

2 Level 8's + Level 4 Tuner OR Level 4 Vanilla after using Natural Tune = Game.

I made it slightly less powerful by adding in that if it attacks directly its atk drops to 2000 for the turn. And also better specified the synchro material necessary to get it out.
