I had said in the OP we should discuss the potential of a card [i]like[/i] this. .....So the effect in the OP was watered-down a little, to hopefully improve its balance. [/quote] Thing is, most of the time, you're not going to want to play this when your opponent has a hand. That just makes it more likely that your opponent is going to summon something strong.
