There are ways to print them to be very much like normal cards, but there is no way to get them legalized for competitive play unless you went to Konami itself and tried to get them to print your cards.

And don't ask me how to print them, I have no idea.

LOl to make ur own cards and use them is fun. Ive only done it once tho but it was rly lolz using some rediculously oped carded and they were all like OMG THIS CARD IS SO EPIC!!!! This is the BEST way to make ur own cards:
1) Print using a good printer with potopaper.
2)As photopaper is thick to get the correct thickness get a real yugioh card.
3) Close examination shows that it has 3 layers! Take of the top two -and hold on to em- and glue ur card to the back (after having cut out ur card)
4) Now for the master stroke... Carefully cut out the hologram and glue it over ur printed 1! (fools em every time XD)

Note, i always use a scalpel to cut out my stuff, be careful they are very sharp!!!! but extremely precise.

On the note of rarity you can get parrelel sheets to make urs look like it is parralel rare. But ive ony found these on japanese websites =(

For the writing, although i have seen some people do it, it is a closely gaurded secret and i dont know (post if u do!)

You can't YCM isn't connected with Konami but you can make it look like an actual card just look around on Tutorials or something, I'm sure that someone has posted a thread that shows you how to do this.

This is an ok idea.
1.print the cards that you want to use(use a color printer).
2.Cut them out so they fit the exact size of a yugioh card
3.Glue them to cards that you dont use or dont play with,that are in mint condition or good conditions.Dont try it on cards that are bent or mest up.
4.Now play these cards with your friends trick em into believing these are some old cards that they dont sell any more.That way u always win.If your a good person like me you would tell them they are fake before playin.
