Blue-Eyes Shining God
Dragon/LIGHT/10/Fusion
ATK/4000 DEF/4000

1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" + 1 "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" + 1 "The White Stone of Legend"

This card cannot be targeted by your opponent's Magic, Trap or Monster Effects. One per turn, you can draw a card. If it's a LIGHT monster, you can remove it to increase your Life Points by the equal of it's ATK. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon from your Graveyard 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon".

I assume this is a fusion monster?

The OCG needs some work:
"If there is a "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" in your graveyard, this card can attack your opponent directly."
"Once per turn, you can draw 3 cards. If one of them is a LIGHT monster, you can remove it from play to gain life points equal to it's ATK."

Other than that, it's overpowered. 4000 attack and defense, magic/trap/monster protection, drawing cards, increasing life points, and special summoning another monster, all in one card.
You should at least remove the effect that lets you draw 3 cards.

I think it would be better to remove the direct attack ability instead and add blue eyes ultimate dragon as a fusion material (and maybe remove one material too). This is because you can easily summon it with future fusion.
Instead, you can also add the following to the effect (this means adding this or doing both of the above things):
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by returning the above cards you control to the Deck (You do not use "Polymerization".)
or
This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by removing from play the above cards you control. (You do not use "Polymerization".)
or something similar to make sure the fusion materials have to be on the field.

Also, Magic cards are called spell cards and choose Monster Effect, Spell Cards or Trap Cards and use only that one as protection instead of all 3 of them.

Direct attacking just deals more damage than attacking an opponent's monster, but drawing 3 cards without a downside is too much.

Why do you think pot of greed is banned? It gives you 2 free draws without any downside, meaning it's a +1 in card advantage(keeping in mind that you lose the original card).
This effect gives you three cards every turn, so that's a +3 (since you can choose not to remove cards from play) every turn.

Of course, this is only my oppinion, but I feel that if you get to draw 3 new cards every turn, you don't really need the direct attack.

Maybe if you changed it to: "When this card is destroyed, both players draw 3 cards". This way, you wouldn't be able to get too much of an advantage out of it.
