Strategy: Get infinite mana and play Blue sun's Zenith, making my opponent draw their deck. Deckout.dek has never been this fun before. Alternatively, spam Myr Superion with Prototype Portal.

If X is not specified, is X any number you choose?
Yes, except the X stays consistent on the card.

So the amount of extra mana I pay for Zenith is the amount drawn, etc.

There is something similar to this in Yugioh. It's called the Trishula Infinite Loop. If you run T.G. Hyper Librarian, you can spam trishula until you get just enough cards in your hand, then you summon Tempest and boom. Not exactly the same thing, but similar with the draw engine thing.

BOT, I like this build. I'll consider testing it out. Question: Is it consistent?

Yeah. Although the deckout feels secondary when you actually USE the deck. You actually have a higher chance of winning through beatdown, because opponents will spam removal like crazy on you.

I knew you'd put this up sooner or later.

I've got this deck, and it's incredibly fun to watch your opponent rage when it happens.
"Blue Sun targeting you."
"Uh, thanks?"
"I pay over 9000 mana as the X value."
"WHAT? 9000?!"

It was the first deck up. ._.

This could actually work! Have you tested it??
I have. It works. But it could be faster - I'm just restricting myself to Scars of Mirrordin and later because of the rotation so as to not waste my moneys.
