CrabHelmet
If you want to talk about Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG strategies, just use the main Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG forum. That's what everyone with any sense has always used in the past. The purpose of this board is now to discuss other children's card games, especially Magic: the Gathering. Having a sticky makes it official or something. Better this sticky than the "List of terrible OTK's from 2008" sticky that was here before. Similarly, the Traditional Deck forum is now for discussing decks from such other games.
Dementuo
First off: Magic is NOT a children's card game. And a quick note: Yugioh is the most popular card game worldwide, while Magic ranks second by a small margin.
There is an ongoing discussion on Board Thirteen about the TCG subforums, and the moderators have a general agreement that these new subforums would be good and that the old ones suck. Unfortunately, the administrators are comatose again, which makes us the highest authority that isn't asleep.
.Nu-13
Awesome. Now me must somehow get YCMaker/Falling Pizza to change the names of sections, and it'll be perfect. But... it's probably impossible

CrabHelmet
I still think using the strategy section for deck discussion is ultimately better.
The Strategy section has for well over three years had two subjects: discussion of decktypes, and discussion of combos that generally get decks designed around them. I submit that this claim has by this point been proven empirically false.
byak
Really? I've never seen a deck discussion thread here. Having a section for deck discussion gives every established deck their own permanent topic, for people to talk about the actual deck. This ranges from tech choices in the deck, and decklists of said deck. You can also talk about how the deck fairs v.s. certain matchups and whatever. With permanent threads for deck discussion, people will always have somewhere to go if they have something to say about a deck.

And for that we already have all YCM... (Not to mention Pika said Deck discussion/Guide are allowed too)

(Strategy mainly consisted of "How can I build a deck around Terrible Four-Card OTK Combo #7831?" because nobody seemed to actually want to discuss proper decktypes.) Incidentally, the fact that nobody ever bothers to do this, even though it's on-topic in both TCG and Strategy, seems to suggest rather a lack of demand for deck discussion topics.
