Who said anything about titles and seniority? I was just stating the totally obvious, that this wasn't made in Paint, it was emphasized that it was made in Paint, and that anything done in GIMP and Picasa is totally irrelevant because it was called a Paint masterpiece. Not a Picasa or GIMP masterpiece, a Paint masterpiece.

 

Who here wasn't a member of the section, at least Daemon knows what an .XCF file is. That's enough to say he's dabbled here.

 

As for the mods, they all suck. Yin does her job only half of the time, and Hioco comes back every once in awhile to make sure it's known he does nothing. I love them both, but Hioco can't mod worth s***, and Yin only really keeps to it every once in awhile.

I know. Really, you could take my hate as attempting to test the waters. I gave some s*** out for people to take as bait and no one took it. It's f***ing ridiculous. Plus, most of the vets here don't post as much as the newer members. I know for a fact I haven't since I stopped doing tags and got more into Photography. To be quite honest, I don't think either of the mods care. At least, Hioco doesn't. Yin seems to care more about Shops and Requests than Showcase. Showcase needs another mod, because whether anyone would like to admit it, it's still a part of this site, and should get some real attention from authority who knows what they're doing.

It had nothing to do w/ the fact that he is new, NW. It had to to with the fact that this was either: A. Ripped

 

or B. So modified saying you did it with paint would be ridiculous. It would take ridiculous attention to detail if the majority of this was done in paint. All of this could be avoided if he would do the following:

 

 

1. Provide the original image

2. Provide the uneditied version (The one done in just Paint).

 

 

Then, maybe we could go somewhere with that.

 

upon further inspection, what "editing" did you do to it in GIMP/Picasa?

 

 

When you brighten and increase the contrast, there appears to be just a bunch of red dots. so, please, provide an explanation as to how you made this in paint, and what you did to edit it

1: I'm not seeing why everyone in here is jabroniing. Your post CLEARLY says that you MADE the picture on paint. Then the description of the thread said you EDITED in Gimp and something else. Perfectly understandable to me.

 

2: It seems really cool to me, and I'm tempted to save it and use it as my wallpaper. But, it's your work and I shall leave it be. :3

 

3: This one goes out to everyone that posted in the thread "hating" on Regency. Shut the hell up! Is this SERIOUSLY what you do in your spare time? Rolling about in the forum finding people who simple want feedback and treating them like s***? Do you have ANY sort of life outside of this forum at all? If you do, act like it and grow the hell up! Damn! And you can't say he ripped the picture to make everyone think he was cool. My 12 year old sister can rip a picture that looks better than that and still make it look like she did it. It's unfair to say that mods don't care. We rely somewhat on the members to use common sense and report rips, but I see several of you didn't opt to use that. Because of that why should I investigate it when you've harrassed the member?
