Algebra is nessecary,
well,
some of it.

A ball is dropped from a height of 15 meters.

1. At what time will the ball hit the ground?
2. What is the ball's velocity just before it hits the ground?

[color=#222222]1) And I need to know this...why?[/color]
[color=#222222]2) I'm only answering this so I can pass high school.[/color]

I gave you a Physics problem. The way to solve it is by using Algebra.

I need the weight of the ball first. >_>

Plus, this knowledge is still pretty usless.

Or mass, whatever. ._.
[/quote]

You only need the ball's Initial Velocity, Initial Position, and acceleration. I'll give you a hint. The ball's acceleration is the force of gravity, which is -9.8 m/s[sup]2[/sup].

I'm lazy to do this,
Plus,
I don't care about the ball. [sub]:[/sub]D

You do realize the answers are in my initial post. In order to understand them, I'll give you these.

X=1/2at[sup]2[/sup]+V[sub]o[/sub]t+X[sub]o[/sub]
V=V[sub]o[/sub]+at

What part of "I don't give a damn" don't you understand? ._.

I did understand. I told you that I did the problem. Anyway, I've work a bit on the opening story for YMB4. It is still not finished, but I'll post what I have as of yesterday.

[spoiler=Opening of YMB4 (Not Completed) ]

Before YCM existed, there was a mysterious evil that ravaged throughout the world. Powerful it was indeed. It had the ability to send forces unimaginable to infiltrate and turn cities into a complete wasteland. Its goal was to destroy the world and rebuild it in its image. Before it could accomplish its goal, two brave warriors, codenamed Wiseman and Inventor, defeated this evil as it was heading to YCM. They sealed it away for what they thought was eternity. The evil did take something from each of the warriors before it was sealed. He took the sanity of one and the arm of the other.

Thanks to the evil, the one who lost his sanity convinced the one who lost his arm to steal the possessions of people and force them to play sadistic games. They targeted YCM, which was the very place they defended from the evil. By creating a computer program called “Smesh”, the two put their plan into action. Before they could reap the fruit of their plans, the officials of YCM shut “Smesh” down before it was too late.

Not willing to accept defeat, Wiseman and Inventor created a more powerful computer program called “Dark”. More sadistic that “Smesh”, “Dark” forced more people to play the sadistic games. The duo got closer to accomplishing their plan, but it was foiled again by their own program. “Dark” somehow gained feelings and shut itself down, but after telling the duo to complete their plan themselves.

The duo started the same way as they have always done. They hack into peoples computers and force them to play sadistic, yet virtual games. However, Wiseman became more insane as the years went on. He finally cracked and persuaded Inventor to raise the stakes; that is make the games real. With Wiseman leading, the duo started trapping, even kidnapping, their victims to play their sadistic games. The games also came with a threat of death for those who didn’t win or didn’t want to participate fully.

Their plans were caught on by the Mods, yet they couldn’t move in to shut down the games due to the risk of serious injury being inflicted on the victims. They also couldn’t move in since some of their own were apart of the group of victims. This left them at a tough disadvantage, which forced them to move their efforts under ground to avoid Wiseman from finding out.

During the games, a YCM agent infiltrated Wiseman’s base as part of a gambling corporation. He was discovered and quickly disposed of before he could leak anything, or so Wiseman thought. The agent discovered Wiseman’s true plan of attack and leaked it to the Mods before faking his death and going into hiding. The information left the Mods with enough information to plan Wiseman’s downfall.[/spoiler]

Honors Physical Science taught me this but 7th Grade is blur for me. My entire class skipped Earth Science and we're studying Biology this year. .-.

[spoiler=My Short Story]It was the year 200 B.C. I was one of the many involved in a war between 2 opposing kingdoms. Our battlefield was an abandoned camp of a former defeated ally. As I lay at the front line, I stared into the oncoming forces. Their faces were just as cold as those of my own allies. We readied ourselves as this was the final battle of our long, bloody war. Our king positioned us into our places, strategically commanding us in motions seen by our enemies. At dawn, first blood was shed. The siren sounded, symbolizing one of our men had been slain. Sweat rain down from my forehead. One false move and I would be the next to fall. I readied my sword in anticipation for an attack.
The siren was sounded again, twice this time meaning the playing field was even again. I approached the corner of a tent with caution. With sword in hand, I rounded the corner swiftly and came face to face with another foot soldier. I swung my sword at him, only to have it blocked with a swipe of his. I rebalanced myself and charged at him head-on. Our swords clashed and recoiled back at us. My opponent took advantage and came lunging back. I narrowly sidestepped it. I reached for my dagger as my opponent rammed me with his shield as he fell. My dagger was still intact, so without warning I shoved it into his chest as we lay on the ground. He gave a sharp screech before his body became lifeless.
I retrieved my weapons on the ground and collected a reward from my opponent. His shield was of value in battle. I propped it on my back and sounded my horn. For the next few hours I saw no battle as I tracked thru the camp. Sirens were heard from all over the area, both of defeat and victory. But now the horns were beginning to seize. Now there were only a few left unscathed. There were no cries of joy from either side yet, both rulers were still alive. As I reached my opponent’s side, there were bounties of weapons and armor piled high as the sky. I took the best of what I needed and headed back to protect my king.
My feet almost gave away as I ran. I had everything that was necessary for victory at my hands. I was the most feared warrior on the battlefield. In the distance I heard the footsteps of horses. I crouched down by a tree and brought up my bow and arrow. I aimed at where the sounds were coming from. A horse came trotting into view with a rider on it. I let go of the arrow. It soared thru the air and met its target. It made contact. I ran up to the fallen rider as it crawled in the same direction. Stealthily I came up behind him. His stomach was bleeding badly with the arrow punctured into it. I decided to end his misery, so I stepped on his stomach causing the arrow to go all the way thru. The horse ran off at the sight of this. I sounded the horn with victory in my heart as I marched ahead.
The breeze had a certain feel in it today. It was going in the same direction as I was. It was a pleasant feel. It filled me with pride and hope. As I approached my army’s camp, I slowed down feeling that the war had ended. I held my head up high as I scouted the area for my allies. My eyes came upon a man that was walking towards me from a nearby forest. I raised my sword at him and screamed at him. As I took a closer look at him I noticed he had the king’s symbol. I took my guard down and went to congratulate him. I approached him and let out a sigh as I stopped. I went down on one knee with my face down propped up on my sword. I raised my head to look at him. As I did I was stabbed with an arrow in the chest. I looked back down, blood was rushing out. I looked back up at the man who I no longer knew. With a smirk he said, “Looks can be deceiving”. I lay there as I had been fooled by my opponent. There was nothing more I could do. My body was paralyzed on the ground as I took my final breath. Everything stopped; I was no longer part of the world. I was just a pawn.
[/spoiler]

I just got back into the dragon business as a hobby. :D

And how you people's make the super smiley face without the smiley? D:
