Downside Posted June 17, 2007 Report Share Posted June 17, 2007 Neon is cool, although his name ("Elemental Dragon Neon Dragon") seems a bit repetitive. Maybe just Elemental Dragon Neon? The picture is cool. The effect is cool, although you have to change it to say ATK points where it says lp.
