Effect seems weird,but i guess you aim at something.

I'm thinking about making an archtype that instead of being destroyed, get put in the opponents deck, and their effect activates when they are drawn.

How do you know if your opponent draws them?

They'd simply be placed face up so you know when they draw it, much like Parasite Paracide which I'm guessing the idea was inspired by. I see how you could make a set out of your idea.

As for the card itself, seems like an original effect that probably could be used in a few ways.
