Yu-Gi-Oh Card Maker Frozen?

Is anyone else trying to get to the Yu-Gi-Oh Card Maker page and having it totally freeze up? I cannot scroll down or put any info into the card maker. It was working fine about an hour ago and it's only that page. The forum works just fine and so do all the other sites I visit.
