• Add 1 WATER-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.
• Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower monster from your graveyard.

Final Heir

Activate only when you control no Trap cards. During this turn, you can Normal Summon 1 "Monarch" monster in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. During your Standby Phase, you can send 1 level 3 or lower monster from your deck to the graveyard to add this card to your hand.

I don't know how exactly to word Glados' last effect so any help would be good. Rate, hate and crit. Constructive critism wil be repped and I will add more cards when someone comments.

Don't add your cards, that's spamming. Frognarchs (one of the most popularly played Monarch deck and the deck my orginal cards helped) doesn't have any continous Spell cards or Traps or else Treeborn Frog won't Summon.

Monarchs don't need support EVER Frogs are bad eoungh

and on top of that your Monarchs are blantenly OP'ed

The Water one is self explanitory for Frog pourposes and the factor of 2x ATK

Technology one is just meh. It realies on Synchros

oh and BTW Pot of Greed is banned for a reason Holy Crown sets up the Technology Monarch and 2 cards to draw
