•Discard 1 card. Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Vylon" monster from your Deck.

With the Vylons being corrupted by the remains of Steelswarm, some of them still kept their original, pure powers and restarted their further research. They eventually created a new branch of machines, even more advanced than the previous generation, with the power able to stand their corrupted comrades, the "hedron" models. Octahedron's role was to specifically counter the corrupted versions of his fellows. Icosahedron's tuning abilities were superior to any other existing model, so they were quickly implemented into the synthetic Vylons. Those beings were able to stand the terror of Disigma and Digamma. First one, Omicron, was created from the remains of destroyed Vylons. It wasn't strong enough to fight his evil brethen, but Vylons quickly discovered that it has an unmatched hidden force inside of it, which was later transfered into a brand new battle machine, Iota. Before that discovery, a clone of first ever Vylon Synchro, Sigma, was created. With the renewed army and abilities, the survived Vylons were able to fight against the terror of their corrupted counterparts, arm in arm with other 4 tribes of the planet.
