.2/2 - Picture - Badly chosen, need a new one. It is too realistic
2.1/3 - Title - Could use some work But work's out/. Apocalypse means end of the world. You need a the in between 'of' and 'Apocalypse'.
1.7/2 - Attribute, Type, Etc. - You need a strong DEF.
2/13 - Lore - Minor issues of OCG.
[center][spoiler=OCG Fix][i]1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s)
When this card is Special Summoned destroy every other card on the field. When this card is special summoned decrease your Life Points by 200 for each card destroyed by this cards effect. Increase the ATK of this monster by 500 for every time this card destroys a card your opponent controls.[/i][/spoiler][/center]
6/10 - Score. Multiply it by 10 and you get your percentage.

Second Card.
2/2 - Picture - Great picture, matches the card very well.

okay, but this can't be calculated by this tournament's system, try to word the scores differently.
You can't use your own system, if everyone did that no one will ever know who wins.
I'll do it for you now but everyone else should know to do it by themselves:

Oh gosh, I have NEVER put this much thought into judging other cards. I even have two tabs open so I can make comments while observing the cards. :<

So, to make things REALLY simple, I will give out points to each of the participants and give a reason why. If any of you wish for a more detailed response, PM me and I shall give you one...maybe. <_<

First up...Feathered Fiend!!!

[spoiler=Feathered Fiend]I must say, your monster appears quite balanced to me. It's attack power is based entirely on you taking advantage of a situation in the duel. Meaning you couldn't just throw it out there and be like, "Haha! I win!". Instead, you're forced to try to set up the desirable situation. The only problem I see with the card is mainly the picture. A Templar bringing the Apocalypse? I'm not seeing the connection. If there is one, I would love to hear it to be honest. And of course there are a few minor OCG errors and the title which someone has already addressed (you left out a "The"). But other than that, it's a good card! As for the two supporting cards, they are short and straight to the point. But the first spell doesn't relate to the monster? O.o

Points - 23%[/spoiler]

*cracks knuckles* Time for the next one!

[spoiler=Daft Punk]Ah. A short effect that clears the field, yet stays balance. Before I got to the "lose 2,000 attack part", I wasn't entirely sure it was that balance. Yeah, you have to pay 2,000 life points for five counters to clear the field. But that's not a problem in some decks where people can keep their life points quite high *cough*me*cough*. However, that last sentence makes up for it entirely. You're OCG seems good (better than mine), and the title fits in my opinion. Overall a good card.

Points - 21%[/spoiler]

Two down! Three to go!

[spoiler=♠Decietful King♠]There is only one problem with your card. The little line that says, "This card cannot be selected as an attack target." Alone, that seems fine. But when this card IS finally destroyed, it comes right back on the field. Plus, if your opponent uses an effect that targets another card, you can stop the effect by destroying this card and sending it to the graveyard. Then of course you summon it back. After that, you can clear the whole field by summoning it that way. This only leaves two options for your opponent. 1, have the whole field clear. 2, sit there and take a beating from your dragon. Either way, he/she is pretty much screwed. Yeah, you can only clear the field once with this card. But when adding in the rest of the effect, it's a bit overpowered.

Points - 16%[/spoiler]

This is a tough competition. :<

[spoiler=Maha Guns]Ok, so it's first effect is that it makes sure you have three cards in your hand. Fair enough. The second effect is that you have to discard a card after every second attack it does. When I read that, I was wondering why you added it. Then I read it's next effect. When you have four or more cards in your hand, you can pay 1,000 life points and nuke the field. Very nice! The last effect alone would have been great. You have to have certain requirements to nuke the field, but only after you give up life points. Then the second effect makes you hesitant to attack when you are trying to nuke the field. And of course the first effect helps you get cards so you can nuke the field. Overall, it seems quite balance and very creative. Wish I thought of something like that in a contest. >.>

Points - 23%[/spoiler]

Last one! *rolls up sleeves* Let's go!

[spoiler=White Hollow]It's a very creative card, I'll give you that. However, the downside is not that, well, bad. Yeah, for every counter that's one less card you can draw. That won't really phase most people. We all know everyone will just keep using it's effect trying to nuke the field every turn. If they get tails, they will simple sacrifice the card and summon it back with Monster Reborn or something and flip a coin again. Either way, it's overpowered in my opinion.

Points - 17%[/spoiler]

Look at the poll results.

Notice how they're is 3 voters with pretty much the same name with accounts created at a similar time period with no post, no profile editing, ect.? Yeah, that's probably why he's accused of cheating.

Allow me to explain that ........ those are my friends from school they couldn't create account's at school so they wanted me to make them at my house and i made the names something simple to remember all three so i told them on Friday and then i asked them if they had voted.... they said no so i asked why they said they forgot so i asked them to go on during the weekend andthey said they would go on look at all the cards and vote o their favorite. (note. during this time NEVER DID I ASK THEM TO VOTE FOR ME i told them to vote for who ever wouldnt care.) so i txt them friday night or saturday night (cant remember when i txted them im not a big texter) and they rushed on and voted. any questions?

the poll is for people who have come to this website on their own, not just to vote for a contest and that's it..
you can't guarantee what you said either, I wish I knew that those friends of yours at least knew something about the game, but I can't even be sure about that..

usually I wouldn't let you get back in the tournament, not only because of me suspecting you of cheating, but also because of the huge difference in the poll and judges' results, where in the poll you're at #1, the judges have given you the poorest score..
but...you know what..

I had a good day today, everyone's a winner, whoever participated (from whoever's still reading this thread), PM me with your art requests and I'll make them as soon as I can.
You proved yourself that at least you wanted to win badly, so I'll give you that.

so yeah, screw the rules I'm in a good mood.

But still, the one whose score was the highest and most balanced considering the poll and the judges' votes combined is White Hollow, who is the true winner of this tournament.
I won't be giving any more points but as I said you can all PM me with your art requests.
