It's the movie where Will Smith has been imprisoned for a crime he did not commit but he could be set free by changing the lives of 7 individuals who are criminals and drug addicts. This makes the title understandable, the " Seven Pounds" are the seven people Will Smith has to change so he could be free. Something like that right? He made a fatal-accident that kill 7 people including his Ex-Girl 1. Give his home to Woman 2. Give his retina to a blind Man 3. Give his heart to Emily Posa (He falls with she) 4.
