[center][b]Hi YCM, J-Max here. I originally came up with this effect for the OCCG but decided to share it here as well.

This card can be Special Summoned from your hand by removing at least 3 Spell Counters from face-up cards that you control. Increase or Decrease the Level of this card by 1 for each Spell Counter on it. Each time a Spell Counter is put on a face-up card that you control, you can pay 500 Life Points to put 1 additional Spell Counter. When this card is used for a Synchro Summon, you can remove all Spell Counters from all face up cards you control to Synchro Summon the monster instead. [/b][/center]

I love it. Easy Level flexibility, it's a DARK Spellcaster, easily regenerates Spell Counters, etc. etc. I just don't understand that last sentence though. Wouldn't the monster you want to get out through Synchro Summoning be Synchro Summoned regardless you remove all your Spell Counters? I don't see it getting hit by the ban list in any way, but for some reason, it feels just, too good. Perhaps lower the ATK and possibly the DEF as well by a bit?

Fair enough ATK & DEF lowered by 300 each. As for the Spell COunter Synchro thing? Maybe a rewording is in order. How about this?

"When this card is used for a Synchro Summon, you can remove all Spell Counters from cards you control. The removed Spell Counters can be used as a substitute for the Level of the non-Tuner monster"

I know the OCG is off but you get what I mean
