Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up "Meklord" monster you control, except this card, and 1 Synchro Monster in your opponen's Graveyard. Equip the Synchro Monster to the selected monster. The equipped monster gains ATK equal to the equipped monster's ATK. The equipped monster is treated as being equipped by the effect of the equipped monster. If this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, select 1 "Meklord" monster in your Graveyard, except "Meklord Fleet Mekanikle", and Special Summon it, ignoring the Summoning Conditions.[/i]

Way you had it, the Kikoutei's ATK essentially doubled, making the Emperors 10,000 beaters without even trying.

Though I am now inspired to make Alien support in this format.
