Can I give points for a prize if someone accepts to make a contest that I want to enter?

I can't enter my own contest and there's a card I made that I want to enter, but no contest to enter it in. So I decided, if I can, I'll give the prize for someone who makes a Pokemon card contest that I can enter. If the winner isn't me. We'll have to figure that out if it is but if it's someone else, I'll give the prize.

but you must need a judge in the contest itself, in order to help you giving the +rep as the prize..
