This card can only be activated while you control a face up level 8 or Higher Synchro or Fusion Monster. Select 2 monsters of the same level from your deck and special summon them to your side of the feild, cards summoned by this cards effect have their effect negated, cannot attack and cannot be used for a tribute, fusion or synchro summon.

-Exceed Evolve-

This card mechanic idea is more on the case of Exceed monsters that require 1 Overlay Unit instead of 2 or more. The reason to this is that is that Exceed Evolve is a form of super evolution from certain monsters. Also from the required monster needed for this they will have an added cost so that the summoning condition isn't that easy.

You can remove this cards overlay unit to special summon as many Neo Spacians from your Hand and Graveyard to your side of the feild, if you use this effect you cannot conduct a battle phase or Fusion Summon this turn.

When your opponent activates a card effect that would destroy a card on the feild you can remove this cards overlay unit to negate the activation of that effect and destroy it. During the End Phase that this effect was used you can select 1 "Stardust Dragon" in your graveyard and treat it as this cards overlay unit.
