The Ultimate Monster?

What is the true ultimate monster card? Which effects and stats would make a monster invincible? I decided to make my own ultimate card. Is it really ultimate, or can you think of an even better ultimate monster? Please tell me what you think. Thank you!

(I am not trying to actually make an ultimate monster card, for that card would be way too powerful and thus would not be used in any regular game. This card, while coming with powerful abilities, comes with a large price.)

Description:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play all cards in your Hand, on your side of the field and in your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card is unnafected by the effects of your opponent's Spell, Trap and Monster cards. Any damage this card takes during battle is inflicted to your opponent. This card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. When this card becomes the target of your opponent's Spell, Trap or Monster card effect, negate the effect and destroy the card(s). Any monster that attacks this card is automatically destroyed and it's ATK is deducted from your opponent's Life Points.

I suppose you can say that. But I just activate Magic Cylinder. That negates attack and inflicts the damage to you.

Nope! Even that doesn't work. I tested with the Duel Puzzle Maker on Yugioh 5Ds 2011 with Elemental Hero Wildheart and Magic Cylinder didn't negate the attack, I took no effect damage and the attack was successful.

Solemn Warning/Judgement destroyed it though so it would destroy this card as well.

Just Synchro Summon Shooting Star Dragon, equip it with "Shooting Star Bow - Ceal" and "Axe of Despair" and use it's effect and reveal 3 Tuners (4 if you don't equip Axe of Despair). 3 (or 4) Direct attacks for OTK! Having an unbeatable monster doesn't make you unbeatable! There's always a way around it.

It's so OP'ed that it's not even funny. Why would you make a card like this in first place?
