I though I was on this site that watches the show...good to know I'm not alone :D

The whole series is amazing, however I think Cal Lightman needs an arch rival to match to make it more interesting like in The Mentalist, Jane has Red John and in White Collar, Niel has the guy who kill his girlfriend

Browarod/Azrael/whatever he is now watches it too. :D

And that's not a bad idea, I think it'd be difficult to do in this series because of the way the events in the episodes happen but Tim Roth could probably do it.

Great thing about it is that the concept isn't made up and that micro-expressions do exist. :) Some good psychological research has been carried out on it.

Cool, nice to know.

Tim Roth did say that his character, Dr. Lightman was based on Paul Ekman who created the field and development in microexpressions and body language through behavioral science and the Facial Action Coding System (FACS).

Cool? yeah!

I hope it get a renewed for season 4 because FOX is very very douchey and have been canceling good shows so..yehhh..

Seen the odd few episodes and when it comes to reading body language/actions I prefer the mentalist.

The mentalist is more to a mind game really. Jane see's your body language and your judgement then manipulate you into doing the things that you though is right according to instinct. Like psychic when their sucking money from ya. Although I do not get the psych and the mentalist comparison but Lie To Me's more straight forward, dealing with deception.
