"Why are humans so boring?" he asked himself. He looked up at the sky, enjoying the view of the blue sky, until his eyes fixed upon a large, dark portal in the sky. He scratched his head. "Was that always there?" he said to himself, laughing a little bit as the obvious answer escaped his lips. "Of course not". Rex grinned. "Maybe something exciting will happen". He jumped up and down in excitement. "Maybe I should check out the Soul Society, see what's up". He grinned and licked his lips. "I haven't had a good battle in quite some time. Maybe I can find some relatively strong Shinigami to cut down. Whatever the case, I will spill blood, soon enough". He looked back up at the portal in the sky.
