Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Same as Accel Synchro, giving some Exceed monsters an envolved form. (Ok they'll probably find some other way of doing evolved key monsters for Mr Yuma, but... meh) No.67 Hyper GoGo Secret Rare MBC-026 LIGHT Rank: *** Warrior ATK:1000/DEF:500 2 Level 3 monsters Lore: If this card would be destroyed by battle, remove 1 Exceed Material instead. You can Release this card and 1 Exceed monster you control listed on an Exceed monster, and Exceed Summon that monster. You can activate this effect during your opponents turn. No.97 Fifth Dimension Dragon Secret Rare MBC-027 WIND Rank: *** Dragon ATK: 2800 DEF: 1000 Revise Dragon + Hyper Gogo Lore: During your Standby Phase, you can remove 1 Exceed Material on this card to activate 1 of the following effects: -This turn, if this card battles a monster whose DEF is lower than this cards ATK, inflict the difference as Damage. -Pick up the top 3 cards from your Deck, and Special Summon a Level 3 monster picked up (shuffle other cards into Deck). This card cannot attack this turn. If this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 'Revise Dragon' from your Graveyard. Yeah, boo. Link to comment

You have to Tribute/Release level three monsters to summon a Rank three Exceed monster. Then those tributed monsters get placed under it, or something. Link to comment
Horu
I kinda understand how it works now. I tribute Level monsters accordingly to the Rank of said Exceed monster. So a Rank 3 could have a Level equivelent of up to 15? Link to comment
Umbra
It doesn't have a "Level equivalent"; it simply has a Rank, and that's it. It's also not considered "tributing"; the monsters don't leave the field, but are instead placed underneath the monster. On the cards themselves; since Level isn't a Rank, technically Fifth Dimension Dragon isn't an Exceed, but rather a Fusion. Exceeds call for monsters of a certain Level equal to their Rank; Fifth Dimension Dragon has specified those monsters, but is by all means still a standard Exceed and still needs the levels. I'd just go with calling it a Fusion, since that seems to be what it is, really. Link to comment
Sander
As Umbra said, it would be better off as a Fusion Monster, since Exceeds need Levels to Exceed Summon. Just make Hyper Goyo's release effect Special Summon the Fusion monster and treat the SS as a Fusion Summon. Much less hassle. Link to comment
EndlessOcean
You could make it 2 Rank 3 monsters or something. Link to comment
