Sorry, didn't notice the 4th Arrancar(You haven't been updating Accepted Characters list!) [s]But I think I should be able to have the 5th Espada then, because I already have an app up, and I reserved mine before Hotaru.
And because I'm stubborn, I'm going to change it to 5 and not further.[/s]
Scratch this. I have a better Idea.

You may have reserved but you said the 4th Espada. Its not my fault if you hadn't payed any attention to see if someone else had already put an app out for that spot. I reserved the 5TH ESPADA and you didn't. It doesn't matter if you have an app up.

What if I did that to you? Ignored the reservation you made for a spot and say *Oh, well since I have my app up before him I should get the spot. I don't give a f*** that he reserved the spot before me* Because thats exactly what it sounds like your doing.

So you should have the 6th spot not me. As far as Im concerned when I put my app out I'll be the 5th Espada - as Visser has accept my reservation. I can be just as stubborn.

Edit: Well then...Ignore my rant then.

I have read your rant(Nice rant, and sorry. I wasn't trying to be mean, just being stupid and childish, like I normally am.) But I've fixed it, allowing you to have 5th Espada, me not getting 6th.

And since you said I'm accepted, I'll post. Though I will mention I changed/added things to my app.

Sure! Go for it! I only want a one member fraccion though, and the arancar has to be female. Preferably with a smiliar personality as my character. You know, calm and stuff. Everything else is totally up to you.

I see you chose number zero Magnet. I was wondering who would take that.

[spoiler=Personality:] Rayu isn’t a very loud, or rowdy person and pretty much stays to herself. She has a very calm, almost cold disposition. Rayu is very submissive and loyal always willing to follow her Espada’s orders no matter what they may be. She would rather follow her Espada’s orders than Aizen’s, and would gladly give her life if so ordered. She has a sort of naivety that gives her an almost innocent looking, and behaving disposition. Rayu has a particular interest in things that are pretty, or cute. She could stare at a flower for hours without out moving. She likes to collect things from her visits from the human world; often teddy bears, plastic flowers, or anything that really catches her interest. Because she rarely speaks no one would figure that she has a keen talent for strategies. [/spoiler]

[spoiler=Biography:] When Rayu was alive she was the exact opposite of how she is now. She was very happy, and married to a wonderful husband, whom she had two kids with. Everything was fine in their home until that faithful day. A fire had broken out in the home next to them. Everything had happened so fast it seemed like a blur. The fire grew out of control and quickly – literally seconds – the fire spread to Rayu’s home, with all of them still inside. They didn’t have the time to get out. When help finally arrived they was only able to save Rayu; the rest of her family died that night from smoke inhalation. She didn’t live for very long after that, the grief and lineless taking over her body, and she ended her life by slicing her throat.

Rayu doesn’t remember any of this however, and her furthers memory goes back to when she was waking up. She was actually told she could have been the 5th Espada, but chose to be a fraccion instead, and so the ability for her 2nd resurrection from was sealed away. No one knows this except for Aizen, not even her Espada knows of this.[/spoiler]

[u]Before Release[/u]

[b]Expert Hand-to-hand[/b] – Like her Espada, Rayu is mostly seen using hand-to-hand combat, opting to follow his guidelines of who is “worthy” and who isn’t.
[b]Expert Swordsman ship[/b] – Once again, she reflects her Espada by not drawing her blade unless there is absolute need to, or she is told. Though she rarely uses her sword she is shown to be the strongest Fraccion in this field. She has the ability to easily go on par with the bottom 3 Espada in 1 resurection, and Shinigami while in Shikai and Bankai.
[b]Pasquisa[/b] – Rayu is highly skilled in both finding and determining the strength of an individual by analyzing their spiritual pressure.
[b]Hierro[/b] – Rayu has an extremely resilliant Hierro, and is considered one of the strongest due to her ability to become the 5th Espada. She is able to take hits from shinigami in shikai form without retaining a stratch from the impact, and even stopping blades cold with her bare hands. Even when they are in bankai it will take some time before her hierro is cut. She is also able to withstand most kido attacks.
Enhanced Strength – Despite her small frame she has immense strength, able to lift things 10 times her size and more.
[b]Perceptive Combatant[/b] – Able to discern from observation how her opponent moves, attacks as well as highly perceptive combat instincts. Combined with her intellect makes for one precise fighter.
[b]Keen Intellect[/b] – Has the ability of understanding her opponent to the point where she can almost predict how and when her opponent will attack. She is inept with the ability of grasping a situation and using it to her advantage.
[b]Spiritual Pressure[/b] – She is known to release vast amounts of spiritual pressure, however it is noticeable that even when she goes all out that she is still holding back; which is due to some of her powers being sealed from choosing to be a fraccion.
[b]Cero[/b] – Rayu is able to fire a cero from either of her hands. When she has her sword drawn she is shown to prefer firing ceros by channeling it through her blade.
[b]Bala[/b] – Another ability she has is firing a bala. It is considerably weaker than an average bala, however it it is still noticeably stronger than her cero. She can fire from either hand, or from her sword when it is drawn
[b]Garganta[/b] – Has the ability to open pathways through the dimensions whenever she please.
[b]Sonido[/b] – Rayu has a considerably fast Sonido, able to easily surpass most shinigamis while in shikai, and able to stay on par with most in bankai. She is able to cross distances in moments, and is the fastest among the lower 3 Espada.
[b]Natural Scent[/b] – Rayu has a scent that is like a weaker version of her [b]Pollen[/b] when in resurrection. She keeps it dulled to a bare minimum, but if she needs too she can increase the strength of her scent. Rayu has to be close to the person, and it cannot be smelled by anyone other than Rayu. The scent causes paralyzation but only last for a few hours. She can also pass it through direct contact with a person, or through saliva or blood. If she chooses she could have people catch the scent, as long as they have been exposed to it already. It is done by sensing out the person spiritual pressure and then increasing the scent already in their bodies.

[b]After Resurection[/b]

[b]Enchanced Spiritual Pressure[/b] – Same as above only much stronger, though the feeling of her holding back is still felt.
[b]Enchanced Hierro[/b] – The strength of her hierro is doubled which makes it even harder than before. In this state she can block attacks form shinigamis in Bankai form with her hands.
[b]Enchanced Sonido[/b] – Speed is increased in this form as well.
Ghost Bala/cero - A bala/cero that Rayu condenses into a ball form. When it is shot towards the opponent there seems to be two balas/ceros right in front of one another. The first one is just an allusion which will pass through the opponent confusing them which allows for the second technique to hit.
[b]Torrent Blast[/b] - Beats her wings to create large blasts of air to either strike the opponent or push the opponent back. She can also use it as a shield to block kido based attacks.
[b]Pin Needles[/b] - An attack that is coated with the pollen that she naturally produces. The pollen coated needles – if it hits – will paralyze the opponent where ever it hit. If the needle hits the head then the whole body is paralyze, and if the needles hit anywhere over the heart then there is a possibility that the heart can become paralyzed. Paralyzation can last up to a week.
[b]Fierce Current[/b] – Beats her wings and blades of condensed air and spiritual pressure is shot towards the opponent.
[b]Cocoon[/b] – Acts as a shield. When she is attacked she covers herself with her wings which will then harden to block attacks. The hardened wings then fall off, and she re-grows new ones.
[b]Rapid Regeneration[/b] – Can regenerate parts of her body, and organs as long as her head is still intact.
[b]Pollen[/b] – Rayu produces this on her wings and the pollen, which is in dust form, can cause paralyzation. Paralyzation can last for up to a week.
[b]Natural Scent[/b] – Same as when not in resurrection. The only difference is that the scent can travel a little more than an arm length away.
[b]Pollen Antidote[/b] – The antidote to the paralysis is also produced by Rayu. When the antidote is consumed by the one affected then the effect will instantly wear off. The antidote is made by unique hormones in her body, so the chances of the antidote being recreated elsewhere is slim to none.
[b]Pollen Spray[/b] – In this attack the pollen takes the form of a spray, and instead of paralyzing the opponent it sprays the opponent with a scent that only she can smell. It allows for Rayu to know at all times where the opponent is, or if she needs too, too track him down. It can be washed off, but the scent will remain as it mixes in with their spirit energy, and it lingers where ever the person was.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Resurrection Abilities:]
Rayu’s resurrection form is that of a butterfly. She can retract and extend her wings at will, and along with flying she can produce a pollen that paralyzes her opponent, and the antidote. Her hollow mask spreads out and now it covers half of her head as well as her left eye – almost like a visor. Her speed is increased drastically both in the air and on the ground.[/spoiler]
