[WATER/Aqua/Synchro/Level 5/Effect]
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, add 1 "Umi" from your Graveyard to your hand. While you control a face-up "Umi", negate all Battle Damage you take. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can return all other non-WATER monsters on the field to the owner's hands
[ATK: 2300 / DEF: 1000]

[s]Aqua is overrated.[/s]
Definetely OP'd. I'd say make the level around 7, and even then, the ATK/DEF would have to be lowered a bit, or maybe 1700/1200 or something.

Basically, you get Umi in your graveyard, get this guy on the field, he gets destroyed, you lose no life-points, and they have to re-play all their non-aqua monsters (usually all monsters).

In order for a selected decktype Synchro Monster to be OP, it has to be better than T.G. Librarian, or else its worthless

Its effects only need Umi, which is easily destructable. Plus, Umi decks need some support that is seriously lacking for them

Hell no.
You missed the fact it has to be destroyed by battle.
And something with 2500 ATK(Assuming Umi is out) would unlikely be destroyed that way.

So yea, the effect as-is:

Is perfectly fine.

In fact, he could even let it add Umi from his deck as well, and it would still be fine.
