It's like "Send 1 "Trunk" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard", but it's treated as being destroyed

And, if it's a cost, you can use it while Macro Cosmos is on the field, since "Destroy" doesn't care if it's redirected from the Graveyard.

Now that I read it...Hurricane's effect is imposible to activate...since...you can't activate stuff from your Deck.

You can.
Charmer's evolved forms activate from there. So does on of the Red-Eyes evos.
Rule of everything in Yugioh: If card says it works, it god-damn works, no 'you can't activate from there' will ever happen. If my normal trap says, "and you can goddamn activate this during damage calc" then you can.

Possessed Charmers I forgot them...and RED-Eyes Darkness Meta needs some effort to be summoned and all of those cards suck anyway...Being able to come of nowhere like from the Deck shuoldnt be allowed with good effects TBH

I believe -Griffin was referring to Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon who can only be Special Summoned from the deck by tributing a Red-Eyes B. Dragon equipped with Metalmorph.
