Stigma - Let the epidemic begin...

Recommended Posts

This is an archtype that focuses on equipping themselves to your Opponent's monsters for deadly effects, almost the opposite of Dragunities. Stigma are the main monsters, they have effects mainly focusing on Anti-Meta and yet at the same time Synchro Summoning. Neo Stigma Infection focus on field control and effects that disrupt the opponent's stategies. They also have Lethal Remedy cards to support them. That's all thre is to them. Rate, hate, just comment.

Stigma Infection - Cheir
[LIGHT/Fairy/Effect/Level 4]
When this card is selected as an attack target, equip this card to the attacking monster as an Equip Spell card and end the Battle Phase. While this card is treated as an Equip Spell card, the equipped monster cannot be tributed or used as a Synchro material monster. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field instead. When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Stigma Infection" monster, you can select 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. Destroy it.
[ATK: 1700 / DEF: 400]

Stigma Infection - Soma
[LIGHT/Fairy/Effect/Level 3]
FLIP: Add 1 "Lethal Remedy" card from your Deck to your hand. If this card was flipped face-up by an opponent's monster's attack, reduce the attacking monster's ATK by 700.
[ATK: 1000 / DEF: 2000]

Stigma Infection - Ops
[LIGHT/Fairy/Effect/Level 2]
When this card is selected as an attack target, equip this card to the attacking monster as an Equip Spell card and deal damage to your Opponent equal to the equipped monsters' level x 300. While this card is treated as an Equip Spell card, the equipped monster is treated as a Tuner monster. If the equipped monster is used as a Synchro material monster, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field to negate the Synchro Summoning and destroy all non-tuner monsters on the field (except this card). You take damage for each card destroyed by this effect x 200.
[ATK: 900 / DEF: 1700]

Stigma Infection - Onyx
[LIGHT/Fairy/Tuner/Level 2]
When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Stigma Infection" monster that is treated as an Equip Spell card to your side of the field. If you use this card as a Synchro material monster the turn it is Summoned, you can discard 1 "Lethal Remedy" to destroy 1 monster on the field.
[ATK: 1000 / DEF: 300]

Stigma Infection - Brachion
[LIGHT/Fairy/Effect/Level 6]
You can discard 1 "Lethal Remedy" card from your hand to the graveyard to equip this card as an Equip Spell card to 1 of your Opponent's monsters. If you activate this effect, you cannot conduct your Battle phase this turn. While this card is treated as an Equip Spell card, switch control of the equipped monster. If the equipped monster would be removed from the field, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Stigma Infection" monster, you can remove from play 1 "Lethal Remedy "card in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 non-Tuner "Stigma Infection" monster from your Deck, except "Stigma Infection - Brachion".
[ATK: 2000 / DEF: 200]

Neo Stigma Infection - L'esprit
[LIGHT/Fairy/Effect/Level 3]
Once per turn, you can add 1 "Stigma Infection" or "Neo Stigma" monster from your Deck to your hand. If you activate this effect, you cannot activate Spell cards. Each time your Opponent adds a card(s) to his/her hand, including drawing a card(s), you can discard 1 card in your hand to send 2 random cards in your Opponent's hand to the graveyard. If your Opponent has less than 2 cards in his/her hand when you activate this effect, destroy 1 card on the field instead.
[ATK: 1500 / DEF: 600]

Neo Stigma Infection - Mémoire
[LIGHT/Fairy/Effect/Level 4]
If a "Stigma Infection" monster you control is destroyed in battle, you can equip this card to 1 of your Opponent's monsters as an Equip Spell card. While this card is treated as an Equip Spell card, all of your Opponent's monsters lose 500 ATK and DEF. If this card is removed from the field by a card effect while treated as an Equip Spell card, you can remove from play 1 card on the field.
[ATK: 600 / DEF : 1400]

Neo Stigma Infection - Peur
[LIGHT/Fairy/Tuner/Level 1]
If a "Lethal Remedy" card is sent directly from your hand to the graveyard, Special Summon this card from your graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned, you can remove from play 1 "Stigma Infection" monster you control to Special Summon 1 "Stigma Infection" monster from your Deck with less ATK than the removed monster.
[ATK: 400 / DEF : 700]

Lethal Remedy : Eternal Epidemic
[Spell / Normal]
Special Summon as many "Stigma Infection" monsters that are treated as Equip Spell cards as possible to your side of the field. If any of the Special Summoned monsters are used as Synchro Material monsters, discard cards from your hand equal to the level of 1 of the non-tuner monsters used. If you cannot, destroy all monsters on your side of the field.

Lethal Remedy - Cyanide Jabs
[Spell / Continous]
Each time a "Stigma Infection" monster you control is destroyed in battle, you can pay 500 Lifepoints to equip your destroyed monster to 1 of your Opponent's monsters as an Equip Spell card. If this card is discarded from your hand to the graveyard for the cost of an effect of a "Stigma Infection" monster you control, draw 1 card.

Lethal Remedy - Mutating Mutagens
[Spell / Quick-Play]
Activate during either player's Damage Step, when a face-up "Stigma Infection" monster you control battles. All "Stigma Infection" monsters you control gain 700 ATK until your next Standby Phase. If a "Stigma Infection" monster you control destroys a monster in battle during this turn, add 1 "Lethal Remedy" card from your Deck to your hand. If this card is discarded from your hand to the graveyard for the cost of an effect of a "Stigma Infection" monster you control, destroy 1 card on each player's side of the field.

Lethal Remedy - Paricetimol of Poisoning
[Trap / Continous]
All "Stigma Infection" monsters you control gain ATK equal to the number of "Lethal Remedy" cards in your graveyard x 100. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 "Lethal Remedy" cards in your graveyard to return 1 card on the field to it's owner's hand.

Lethal Remedy - Pulling the Plug

They seem more like Fiends than Fairies. Unless they're those little tricksters that like to drive people insane. ;)

I guess you could say that :) They are based on viruses from a game called : Trauma Centre. The equipping represents them infecting their host. Rating and any crit ?

With pulling the plug, it seems the costs aren't very effective, unless it gets negated by something like dark bribe/solemn judgement, as it can just return that discarded monster to your hand. So possibly the cost to return a monster from the grave to the hand could be also to remove another lethal remedy.

Just noticed a few things with ops, seems like its worthy of needing a tribute summon, because it does do a lot of damage and destroys quite a few monsters. It could possible be better if the owner takes damage for each monster destroyed X400.

EDIT: brachion can get 2 more of itself out, as well as another monster, so i think it's last effect should be: "When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Stigma Infection" monster, you can remove from play 1 "Lethal Remedy "card in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 non-Tuner "Stigma Infection" monster from your Deck except "Stigma Infection - Brachion". L'esprit should only send 1, i think 2 is a bit too much. (I really should have read all of them at once).

I will change Brachion but I will need a 2nd opinion on L'esprit and Ops as I believe they are fine. Ops is weak and therefore would not be used if you had to tribute for it. Same goes for L'esprit. These are weak monsters with powerful effects. Also this is my 400th post.
