[Pg-16] Yugioh Summer Acadamy - Cove of Memories

As Kaden was talking, Nova heard a Shout from behind him. It was Iko, attempting to attack Ashley with here notebook. Much as he hated to admit it, he had a small crush on Ashley, and rushed over to her to see if she was okay. He glared at Iko for overeacting to something as little as a notebook. There was no need for violance. He then sat next to her on the bench. "Are you alright?" he said quietly, hoping no one else could hear. He had never really talked to a girl before, and was not sure what to say to her. He hoped that his crush wasnt to obvious.

Kaden glanced over his shoulder at the Obviously crushing Nova. He then continued to chuckle with a cat-like-grin. [i]"Crushing Nova? Thats gotta be the silliest few things to pop in my mind together since I went to that geek-prevention class. I never went back though, those kids why f***ing crazy."[/i] Kaden thought as he nearly finished his pudding and soda. He got up and threw the soda away to grab another and sat back where he sat before. He spooned the rest of the pudding straight into his mouth by angling the side of the bowl down into his lips. He wiped his face and whipped his hair out of his eyes just in time to notice the principle coming in.

"Yes Nova I'm fine. She didn't actually hit me. She's my friend she wouldnt do that."
[I]Yes he came over here![/I] Ashley gave her the thumbs up. "So you doin anything tonight?" Ashley asked him. "Maybe we could go to the bonfire together? Or is that too much?" Ashley said taking some more of her food.
"Oh hey, your friends not here yet? Well good pick on our table is all I can say."
Ashley finished off her food. She was kinda still hungry. "Any you still hungry, because I am.

Samantha left the class immediately. That class was the most boring Duel class since they got onto the island. She was going straight towards the cafeteria to get some food. [i]Wow I swear these classes are getting more boring, not less[/i] she thought as she continued to walk to the cafeteria. She thought also about the Campfire tonight and all of the good things which could happen down there. She really wanted to duel during this duel class so she could of versed Astro the Accel Synchro guy. When she got to the cafeteria she went over to Sienna and said, "Hey, how boring was that class?"

Sienna smiled."Boring. The only way to learn is to do it, like I sometimes say. Besides, I didn't even understand a single word the teacher was saying. Duel Class isn't exactly my favorite class." She sipped her water. "And I don't even know what a Billy Deck is; They didn't realy explain it. Oh well. Duel Class homework = Not happening." She smiled, then glanced around. "I wonder where the principal is; He should've arrived and told us all the Bonfire Night rules again. And eleborated and done all that Principal-y stuff already. And it's not like the Principal to be late."

Nova was glad Ashley was not hurt. "Oh good," he said, as Ashley continued. "Yeah, sure i'll go to the bonfire with you, it's fine," he said, thinking that this was going well. He was glad Ashley seemed to like him, and hoped it would stay like that. His crush on her was growing bigger. He thought about his homework, but that thought quickly dissapeared. Nova laughed at what Ashley said next. "Yeah, i think this is a gooc table too." he said, seriously. He really hoped his growing crush on Ashley wasnt to obvious. If it was, then people might tease him about it. Although, that wouldnt be too bad,

[i]My time to meddle with this little 'crush' fest.[/i] she thought with a devious smirk appearing on her face. "Nova, this is a girls ONLY table. If you would be kind enough to leave and bring Tim over here, you can stay. Now scoot" she said while laughing. She pushed Nova away by flipping her hands up and down repetitively. Through her glance, she noticed Tim and gave big smile, with a wink at the same time with blowing a kiss over in Tim's direction.[i]Did he notice me?[/i]

"You know Nova your crush for me is obvious. But I think its cute, besides I like you too. Anyway get Tim before Iko flips out." Ashley said as she got up to get some more food. She was still actually very hungry. "I'll be back. I'm still hungry and this stuff is really good." Ashley said walking over to the food. She picked up mostly deserts this time. It was filled with chocolate and amazingly awesome treats. She toke a bite and it was like heaven in her mouth. "try this stuff Iko, its beautiful! It tastes so epic!

Nova panicked sligtly at Ashley pointed out his crush, but then relaxed. He sighed. He went over to Tim and told him what Iko wanted. He returned feeling a little gloomier. He was now starting to hate Iko. She was probably trying to annoy Nova. That was very obbvious. Iko may have been pretty, but she was not nice. At all. Nova really hoped that she would leave him and Ashley alone. She really was horrible. He glared at her, hoping to catch her attention, unsuccsesfully. He looked at Ashley, tgen quickly looked away. He saw Kaden's friends arriving. Hopefully they wouldnt be too loud. This was nice, and he dindt want anything to ruin it.

James walked into the room. James was the Principle of the school so it was his job to give a safety speech. All of the students were there. James went up infront of all of them ready to give his speech on the Bonfire. "Ok now I will now begin talking about the rules for the bonefire again tonight. At this bonfire they will be no adult supervision. You must all stay as a group, so you don't get lost on the island. Now as you know you cannot take any form of drugs or alcohol on the island and if you are caught with them you will be expelled. That includes tonight." He continued to talk about other rules and safety measures which have to be said or else he would get fired. "Now if you get seperated from the group, attempt to find your way to the academy's main building because it can be seen from all around the island. If you don't have a good reason you will be expelled. Also I have convinced the school board to allow you to have the next day off so you can get back into normal sleeping schedule. So that means no classes tomorrow."

Nova was listening to the headmasters speech. He was relived to hear that there would be no school tomorrow, meaning he could put of his homework and be with Ashley. The bonfire tonight was going to be great, as there would be no adults, we could do whatever we want. Hopefully, he would be able to spend the entire night with Ashley, as his Crush was getting bigger by the minute. He knew that it was obvious, so there was no point trying to hide it, and just let other people accept it. He wondered if he had made friends with Kaden, even though it didnt matter.

[Simping For Hina]

Iko grabs Nova by the shoulder and pulls him over to her. "You know, crushes have the word crush. If you crush her, your heart will not be the only one that will be crushed. Only forwarning!" She gave a devious grin on her face. She got up from where she sat at the very moment walked over across the table to sit with Sienna. She sat down and passed Sienna a chocolate bar. "Here you are, I just wanted to see a smile! You always seem so lonely at this time of day" she said with a welcoming smile.

Crade, listened to the speech but didn't realy cared for it he just muthered to himself while reading "Hun... same old stuff...", he then finished his drink and closed his book, he put his deck back on the duel disk and started to remember of some songs that he use to hear, he then sighed and felt an enourmous void on him, he sighed again and muthered "How does that realy feels..." as a tear apeared on his eye, when he noticed it he quickly wiped it out with his right hand, he looked directly at the small water stain on the glove and though "A... Tear? It has been years..." he then grined and hold a laugh, he quickly got his book back and opened at a certain page, he got his pencil quickly and wrote a note on his book, and got back to his normal darkish and lone expresion.

"Yes!!!!!!!! No school tomorrow!" Ashley yelled out. "Iko quit being such a jerk! The bonfires gonna be awesome! See you at my dorm about a half hour before the bonfire." Ashley said before she put a bunch of deserts in her mouth. Ashley sat there quietly to draw attention away from her after that outburst. She ate her deserts in peace. I wonder if Iko's going to make her move yet. Nova brought Tim over to the table. I mean sure it was mean to use Nova's crush for herself. She didn't like that. If she wanted to get Tim she should of did herself.

Nova was shocked when Iko grabbed him by the shoulder, abd was thinking that he was disliking this girl more and more. She then strolled of as. If nothing happened. It was obvious that she did not wsnt Nova anywhere near Ashley, but two can play at that game. But Nova would do that later. For now, he would wait. Revenge was a dish, in Nova's opinion, best served cold. He would get revenge on Iko, but just another night. "What's up with her?" he asked Ashley, just incase he was wrong, which he rarely was. He was brilliant at judging people's personalitys, and Iko was easy to read.

[Later that night-10:00 Pm Bonfire Night. Middle of the forest, in a clearing roughly a 10 min jog from the acadamy and the dorms.]

The Giant bonfire roared as the students gathered around it and partied. They all grew closer to hear Kallen as she began to tell a rumor. Her lips were small and thin, a sweet and entrancing voice seemed to echo from them. Her long black hair waved with the rushing winds. "About 6 miles to the west, there is a large land mass, another island I'd say. If you go straight to their from this island's Dock, then travel abourt 25 miles north, you reach a giant cove. You see, the cove is full of thousands of tiny pearl-like marble balls that rest just below the water. The beach's sand practically glows. It is said that a duelist whom stands their at midnight will be challenged by a ghost. If the duelist defeats the ghost, then they will recieve a wish, whatever their hearts desire!" Kallen told the group in a haunting manor. She then retreated to the small table of snacks where she then vanished in the crowd of students.

Kaden stood near Ciel, wondering what they would do tonight.

Akari sat as Kallen told her rumor. "Good; maybe I'll actually get to meet my roommate here, after spending last week on the beach..." she thought as Kallen started talking about the cove. However, later in the story or rumor, she looked up, apparently interested as Kallen started mentioning the part about the ghost. She stood up, looking blindly around for someone who looked like they would be called Ciel, whose name she saw on her room door.

[Gabriel Maeso]

Crade was leaned on a tree reading the 0 black book. He listened to the story with atention and sighed/maniac laughed at it, then turned back to his reading of the 0 book. He read a bit more and sudently got a bit confused look on his eyes, he then grabed a piece of paper and wrote the story that the girl told everyone and compared it the what was writen. He grined at it and closed the book quickly, the wind that was made from the quick movement of closing a book made a small sound, he didn't cared about it. He sighed and put his right hand over the eye on his duel disk and said to himself "If this ghost realy exists, I would like to duel him, I have nothing to lose anyway..." he then grined and looked up to the moon on the clear sky.

Nova was sitting next to Ashley near the bonfire, and so far had had a really nice time. It had been really fun, with ghost stories, and stuff. Nova was feeling great. He had never really felt this good, as he came from a very bad backround, with his father being a drug addict, and his mother dying at birth. Nova did not want to think about that, so he looked around for something to focus on, with no luck at all. He then saw Kallen talking anout a ghost. Nova thought she was probably making it up, as there was no such things as ghosts!

[Simping For Hina]

Iko got scared and started to shake because of the stories that were told. "Are you sure it is fake? What if rumor was and is still real, what would we do?" she shakily said. She walked backwards, without watching her step, trying to get back to the dorms. Without realizing, she slip on a log and fell on her butt. "Owwww!" she screamed. She pushed off the ground and got onto her legs. She turned around to see if anything had happened. "And these were my good pants too!"

Tim was also sitting in the circle. After the story he wanted to go down there immediately. [i]Though I have no wish[/i] he thought to himself. He stayed with the group though he reckoned that someone else would want to go down there to. If that happened then he would go down there to with them to make sure that nothing happens to them. He gazed around the group and saw everyone who was on the island. [i]This night should be fun, the only way how it won't be fun is if something happens to someone[/i] he thought as he continued to gaze around the circle

Ashley was having a great time. She started to snuggle up to Nova and leaned her head against his shoulder. She could tell he was thinking about something. Ashley decided not ask about it. She didn't want too much drama to be brought to this bonfire. "I kinda wanna duel you Nova, but I kinda don't. I haven't actually made my decision yet, but you should know in about 5 minutes after I lay here on you for a bit." Ashley said as she went in a little closer. She looked at the fire. It brought her good memories with her family. She loved to camp. It brought her heart in one place. She was a lot nicer when she's by a fire. It like a good person spell.

Nova laughed at Ashley's comment. He liked having Ashley with him, she was really nice. It couldn't have been a better night for a bonfire. The sky was clear and the stars were bright. The moon seemed bigger than usual, almost like it was closer. Nova felt very happy tonight, and wished it could last forever. But he knew that was not possible. If only it was though. Nova looked up at the sky, and watched a shooting star go bye. [i]I wish this night could last forever![/i]he thought as the comet shot past.

Iko dusted off the dirt from her skinny jeans, but she really didn't focus on her jeans, she looked around to see if Tom would be anywhere near. [i]Where would Tim be today at this hour?[/i] Soon she decided to give up. She walked on over to Nova and Ashley, "I am very sorry about earlier. Ashley is my best friend every since day one and I really want nothing to happen to her." She grabbed from her bag a card. "This is a dragon warrior, I thought you might enjoy it!" she said, while she gave the card to Nova as an apology.

"Thanks!" Said Nova, gently taking the card. He looked at it. "Are you sure?" he said, not wanting to take the card from Iko. He was surprised that Iko was apologizing, it looked like Nova was wrong about her. It was becoming a brilliant night, and he hoped it would stay like that. The stars in the sky seemed even brighter now, like they were acting according to Nova's mood. That just made Nova even happier. If things went on like this, his time at the academy would be brilliant.
