[Pg-16] Yugioh Summer Acadamy - Cove of Memories

Recommended Posts

"Hey," she said as the Toast popped up. Samantha took it out of the Toaster and placed it on her plate and then spreaded it with honey. She alsp grabbed a bottle of juice from the fridge and poured it into a glass. She took the plate and glass and sat down at the bench and said, "So Sienna, did you meet anyone interesting in the last week, I thought I saw you dueling someone last week and I forgot to ask about him." She couldn't really remember exactly who she was dueling that was partly why she asked. She started to eat her toast and drink her Juice

She tied the bandages that she had gotten from the nurse around her forehead, grabbed her hair and pulled it out so it did not get stenched in blood and began to read a bock from her book bag. She noticed a cute boy come near her. "Uhh, I am all right, I just fell into a pole. I will surely be okay soon enough. And if you didn't realize, we are in the infirmary." said had all said with fluttery eyes trying to get the guy to laugh. Another girl was walking out of the room when the guy walked in. "Hey, uhh miss. Thank you for your help and thank you for getting my cards for me!"

(OOC: We time skipped a week Card, at least last I checked. but yeah)
Sienna took her toast and spread some margarine on it. "The duel din't go so well. I lost. But hey, I'm number 20 in our duelist rankings here! If he hadn't drawn bad tune or that Synchro protector I could've won." She munched on the corner of her toast, and swallowed. "But it's not like I care. I'm here to get better, so I can duel really well. That just tells me I need to wait until turn three, so I can have a spell negator on the field, like My Arcana Force 0 - The Fool when I get the right toss. But that might take some time. I'd need a couple of well defending face downs as well." She finished her toast and drank her milk.
"I did meet a couple of people after the duel; Most were nice and saying I did well. But no-on really amazing. Not that I was on the lookout for a cute guy or anything." She witheld a laugh.

"Oh," he said. The girl was good looking. He gazed into her eyes and then looked downwards at her appearance. She was wearing pretty clothes. "So What's your name, Mines Tim, Tim Evans," he said as he gazed into her eyes again. Wow so now I have met a few more people who were on the island he thought as he tried to remember if something was mentioned about what was happening today. He then gazed down towards the cards which the nurse had just handed her. He didn't see any cards which he couldn't beat though he wasn't gonna say that.

Chris woke from his bed. "Another day, another...OH TO HELL WITH IT!" He leaped out of bed and threw on his casual clothes and favorite jacket. He laced his boots, combed his hair, over his left eye of course. Put on his glove and Golden Duel Disk with the Cobra representing the Gravekeeper's. He greeted his cards with a hardy, "Hello my cards! Oh and now I'm talking to cardboard. Real cool Chris, just nice." He took out a simple bottle of milk and chugged it down in no time and threw it over his shoulder. Same old sloppy Chris. He began running out of his dorm. "Good morning Campus!"

Ashley had arrived at the academy 1 day late. And because of that she was stuck in her own dorm. It sucked. No one ever wants to be in a academy without a roommate. It's like you had a special issue. Ashley didn't like being special. She liked to be like everyone else. Ashley woke up to see her deck on the side table. She loved this deck. She's had it for 3 years. Her deck was based around the board game of Chess. She loved to play chess too, but really duel monsters was the way to go with her.
"I hope I get a room mate soon" Ashley said sadly.
Ashley took her night robe off and put on a nice combo of some blue skinny jeans and a blue tank top. She made a breakfast milk and went out the door

"Oh, you are the prodigy? Tim Evans is a wonderful name. My name is Iko Hinakiyoshi. And I saw you staring at my card," she said as her other hand was grabbing her deck, "You may think they are weak, but I am not the person who loves to win, but I do know how to make a duel continue until the other person surrenders." She tried to get up by moving her feet in the direction of the ground. She couldn't complete it because her head was throbbing over and over again. She moved her feet back into the bed and just sat there, bored and had nothing to do.

Ashley went outside with a breakfast milk in a water bottle to hear one of the guys excited. Well I wonder who that is? Ashley thought jumping down the stairs and hurrying to class. Her thoughts toke her over on the way there. She kept thinking of ways things could play out today. It was like she was a guy nervous to ask a girl out. As she walked down to the school she toke notice of the nature around her and almost stopped to explore like 5 times. She had an urge to go and explore the island, but she kept going because she knew she didn't want to be a trouble maker. Ashley arrived at the academy and walked into the classroom and toke a seat in the way back. She was early. That's just great!

"I like that strategy, it sounds weirdly interesting," said Tim as he began to flash out his cards. "My cards are all Legendary Flame cards, based on special summoning and Synchro summoning, they are pretty good, they were my father's." He cut himself off there. He didn't want to boar her to death talking about his childhood. He knew people didn't like to hear about people who run away from there families to live on the street. "So where are you from, I am from Neo Domino City," he said wanting to figure out where she lived.

Her alarm had sirened the room, commanding her to get up. And so Iko did, she grabbed her deck and duel dick. Put on her normal duel outfit, headed to the mess hall and gathered her pieces of bread and put butter on both of them. She shoved them into he mouth and ran to math. She took a seat in the back like she normally does and took out her notebook and textbook. I wonder what we are learning today in all of the classes. I might skip Duel class because it is boring

Astro had already woken up a couple of hours early. He had walked out in the night and sat on the cliff overlooking the sea and the rising sun. He pulled out an apple. e
"The duel went well, I guess. I could have done better." He thought.
It was morning now so he picked himself up and walked casually over to the academy. If he was not mistaken then it was maths class. Not his favoured class but obviously that was dueling class.
He began hearing the mutter of people so Astro strode over to catch up.

"Good Sienna, though if you did find a cute guy you would of told me," said Samantha as she continued on eating her toast and drinking her juice. She then went over and put the cup and plate in sink and said, "Ok do you want to go to the academy building now Sienna or just hang around here for a bit longer, I mean nothing is going to go on for a while yet." She said as she gazed downwards towards her duel disk and thought of everything which has happened over the last week

"Hey Iko!" Ashley said as they were the only ones in the class. "How was your night? I can't wait until I get a roommate or something. I hate having an entire dorm to myself. There's no one to talk to." Ashley said perring over to the door to see if anyone else was coming.
Ashley opened up her books and started to review well she waited for the class to start. Ashley still having he milk finished it off in one gulp. Looking into her work she noticed she'd did something wrong. Quickly erasing she changed her answer.

"Hey Ashley, my night was hectic, I had to do my homework for that damn Duel teacher. He is cute, but so weird," she pointed out, "Oh, you have a single room too? Would you enjoy to be my roommate? I could move all of my items into your room today after all of our classes are done." She gave a warming smile. I need to work on a new deck, I probably should go to the store too. She grabbed her pen and wrote down an entire list of cards that she would need to get for the construction of the deck. First, I need a deck type to actually work with.

"Well, once I get dressed I'm gonna go do a sort of short exploration, chat to some people, maybe find a cute guy I can brag about!" Sienna joked, washing her glass and plate. Once she had dried them and put them away, she walked back into the bedroom and got changed. She brushed her long, silvery hair for a momeng, then tied it up in the usual way. She grinned, and grabbed her Duel Disk. Pushing the center button a few time, she shrunk it into a small pouch like contraption, with her deck inside. Slipping it into her pocket, she exited.
"Hey Samantha, wanna join me on my walk? Maybe we can meet some more people!"

"That would be great! I'll help you! What are you doing?" Ashley said happy to be talking to someone.
She likes the duel teacher? Really? "Do you really like him I mean I hate him. If anything I wish there were different teachers. I mean all of them are so annoying." Ashley said starting to gossip. Looking back at her book she decided to double check her answers. She hated Math. It was her worst subject and really she didn't care about the homework. If she didn't have her parents threatening her to get good grades she'd of left it.

"Yes Sienna, lets walk and meet more people," Samantha said. All she could think about were the times before her father was dead and her mother went crazy were dead because once that happened nothing else fun ever happened. She was enjoying these times so much that she never wanted them to end. Though she knew that it was only the summer which she was here for, after that she would be back in her horrible life of study with no free time. "Ok lets go," said Samantha as she walked out the door.

"Hey Sienna, Samantha! How are you? Sleep well?" Astro Asked as he casually strolled over to the two girls who were gossiping together. "You done maths homework then?" He asked, nodding at the maths book hand.
Astro swept his hair back as it got into his eyes and put his hands in his pockets. He looked at the pair waiting for sm answer. He took out his deck and began shuffling it like he always does.
"Pity I can't use this card. It's one of my ace cards but its a Delta Accel Synchro, it needs a duel runner, a clear mind and confidence. A high speed duel runner like mine usually helps too." He smiled warmly. "Have you ever seen a Delta or even a normal Accel Synchro Summon?"

"Ew, he is cute. But that is all. Oh, I plan on making a new deck soon enough." said shared, "That would be great for you to help me, it would actually be nice to talk to someone at night. Maybe we could gossip a little more!" Iko moved her notebook over to Ashley's side of the desk to let her look at the cards she wants to get for her new deck. "Tell me what you think of this set and other ways of improving it. I actually want to create a deck that would help me to win duels." She grabbed her deck from her waist and showed each card to Ashley.

"Hey Astro!" Sienna smiled.
"Actually, I have seen a Normal Accel Synchro. My 'brother' Nathaniel was dueling a friend of his in a Turbo Duel. He managed to Accel Synchro a monster, don't remember which one. It accidenly crashed his friends duel runner into oblivion." She shuddered. "Last time he ever used that monster in particular, or ever did and Accel Synchro. As for Delta Accel..... I don't believe I've heard of it. Is it like an Accel Synhro, but a different type?" Sienna ended with a question, curious as always. Knowledge is Power, afterall.

Crade, got distracted looking trought a window in the hallway of the room where he was heading for the math class, but he had some free time, he didn't bother or cared for those ho passed trought the hallway, at some point he got back to his senses and entered the room silently, and as usual went to his lone and dark corner, he sat and started to look trough his deck, he almost burst into chalenging everyone else on the room for a duel, but he got a hold of himself and got back to his cards, some time later he got his Black 3 bok in hand, leaned the chair on the wall and open it on what looked like the exact half and continued on reading it, he then got some papers from inside the book and placed them on his table, he closed the book and got a pencil from inside his coat and started drawing somehting on one fo those papers.

"Yeah that's what was thinking. I hate having no one to talk to when it's night time. I end up exploring the forest a bit, because of so much boredom."
Ashley turn to Iko's deck and looked at the cards.
"Those cards seem to be pretty good. I'm pretty sure you've just been dueling people that are at a better skill level. Give it time and you'll get really good." Ashley said mainly to encourage her keep that deck. She didn't really like creating decks. That why she copied hers from the Internet.
Ashley turned to Astro. "ummmm nobody cares about you delta accel." Ashley said completely talking the truth. Nobody cared.

"Hey Astro, I have seen it, even battle it though never have beaten an Accel Synchro Monster," Samantha said as she saw Astro come over and start a conversation about Accel and Delta Accel Synchro. Samantha reflected on that day which she verused someone on a Duel Board who had accel synchro. "So Astro how have you been since you arrived on the island," asked Samantha as she strolled off into her own memories about the Accel Synchro monster and how brutally powerful it was.

"I can win duels, and I have been. I just use to make them last long to wear down my opponent." she replied, "And you travel in the forest? Can I come this time? I looks so beautiful from my dorm room." She grabbed her notebook and deck . She placed her deck back at her wrist and her notebook back on her side of the desk. "Astro, you want to Delta Accel Synchro? I want to too, I plan on buying new card today that will work in my new deck. I just need to look up the Delta Accel Synchro monster that corresponds along with it. Do you want to come and help me pick out cards after I move my stuff into Ashley's dorm?"

"Yeah, its harder to do and harder to control. Only 3 known people can successfully do one. The first is Antinomy, the original Tech Genus duelist. The next is Yusei Fudo, we all know who he is. The third person would be me." He laughed at the girls shocked expression. "It's hard to do physically and more importantly, mentally. You need a blank mind, focusing on nothing but the duel. After a while you can control it and not.... crash into oblivion. You also need a synchro tuberculosis and 2 synchro non tuners. Barely any decks support delta accels."
He sighed, "How are you anyway. You can ignore my synchro lecture. Most think I waste my time.
I like it here. Plenty of space, plenty of friends, plenty of powerful opponents! Lessons are alright but teachers act as if we are dumb. I want to see our duel teacher delta accel synchro! What about you?"
Astro looked at his watch. "Better get going to maths" he sighed. He sprinted into the main building and took his seat in the middle of the classroom. He groaned. This would be a long lesson.

'I think that Samantha isn't telling me everything. In fact, she has the frame of mind to accel synchro. Maybe not delta, but definately normal. I'll wait for her to tell me in her own good time.' he thought
