[Pg-16] Yugioh Summer Acadamy - Cove of Memories

Kaden stood with a grin and forced Crade into the seat in front of him. His gin never faded even though his face looked like he was hardly paying any attention to Crade. He looked directly into Crades eyes with all the pain and dullness of the torture he felt deep inside and then blinked as his eyes returned to their usual happy-go-lucky and friendly normal way. "Crade, you don't have any memory of that night, moron!" He smiled so Crade would know this is light-hearted. "Please, don't judge my actions. You have no idea what you are talking about. So please... relax..."

Crade sit and looked to Kaden, when Kaden smiled and finished sayng what he had to say Crade started laughing manicly, but it was clear that he was in joy, he wasn't making fun orf Kaden, he was laughing in joy, he got himself confortable on that chair and looked to high up to the moon he then said mocking himself "Yup it is a blue moon.". He slighty smiled and looked at Kaden "Yeah I don't remember a thing from that night, and sorry if it sounded wrong, i didn't wnated you to get hurt, it is just that sometimes people can get blinded by themselfs." Crade extended his hand to Kaden in respect and in a signal of friendship and said "So what do you say, No harms done?" It was sure a weird sight to all to say Crade acting like that, ironic how the moon and himself were acting. "Once in a blue moon..." Crossed Crade's mind.

"Okay, fine I won't duel it on my own, but please let me out of the boat first." asked Iko as she looked around trying to see if she forgot anything that could help her during this time. [i]"I know I forgot something, but it is most likely not important at this very moment, so I will get it when I get back and the ghost is defeated."[/i] Iko thought has she kept roaming her eyes into the moon illuminated sky fluttered with stars across the entire dark shadows. "How are we going to beat it, Kaden?" Iko asked.

The boat slowly coasted into the bay of the side of the continent. It wouldn't be a long walk from the landing point to the Cove of Memories, but since most of the students won't be getting along on the way, it could feel like a long walk. As previously requested, Kaden lets Iko out first.

Kaden stepped onto the land. It was a beach. The fresh air tasted and smelled good. His lungs sucking in this beautiful air, it was an easy lure to the Cove. People run into the smell and quality of the fresh air on this side of the large land-mass and decide to take an adventerous walk. On this walk they might run into the cove, picking as a nice place to rest. The ghost would wake them up and offer his challenge. "Simple Trap is simple." Kaden said lowly to himself as he took a few more steps and turned back to watch the others step out.

Nova was one of the first people off the boat. He noticed how fresh the air was. It was probably a way to lure people in. Nova would not be fooled by it. It was a simple trap. Nova looked around. Now that he was here, he had almost no doubt who this 'ghost' was. He understood his destiny, at least this part of it anyway. He would not nessecarily be the one to win the duel, but there was something else that he aimed for. Apparently, if they beat the 'ghost' they would get a wish. This was what Nova wanted to get. Even with one wish, he could get anything he wanted. And he knew what he wanted, there was absoloutely no doubt about that. He just hoped that they would all get a wish. His plan, or rather, its plan, needed that to happen. If it didnt, Nova had another plan of his own, which only needed one person to get a wish, hopefully him, but it didnt matter in the grand scheme of things. All that matered was this 'ghost', at this moment in time.

As Jax was walking off the boat he runs his right hand through his soft black hair while he thinks “So….this is where it will all end….” As Jax touch the ground with feet he walks over to the side and stares at the glimmering ocean as it sparkles he begins to go through his deck of cards and takes out his signature card ‘No.0 Ultima Dragon Reaper Jax’ and says to himself “Please my beloved cards….give me the power to stop this ghost…” He closes his eyes and starts to think about his past experiences. He thinks about all the great times he had with his friends and all the influences people have had on him since he came to the school.

Everyone finally finishes the walk to the center of the cove. The beach of the cove seems to make a 'C' around the bowl of sea water. Kaden walks 'till his feet touches the cool water and sinks slightly into the damp mud-like sand, he left his shoes back on shore. His large black coat whiping in the wind as his watch hits midnight.

Several glowing blue balls form and grow everywhere on the cove. This scene is much different than Crade and Kaden's first scene here, as only a few of the small lights molded together to re-create someone from Crade's memory, since there are to many duelists here to re-create memories from, the ghost proceeds to re-create a vision of its true form. The balls all grow much larger and form together in the center of the cove. The Shape of the phantom blue light forms a giant silver dragon with grey-yellow eyes. The torso of the dragon enters the water of the cove and nothing forms under it. As the Ghost-Dragon speaks, its mouth doesn't move and its words are instantly understood clearly in the minds of all who stands in the cove. [color="#ADD8E6"]"I shall only accept 3 challengers!"[/color] The Ghost-Dragon's voice does not hold any characteristics like age or gender, just mysterious and inteligence. Kaden quickly threw his fist in the air. [color="#FF0000"]"I shall be one of the three challengers and of our team, I'll go first!"[/color] Kaden grinned.

As the blue orbs formed the ghost’s true from Jax thought to himself "WHAT!? A DRAGON!?" Jax runs next to Kaden and yells "I’ll go second then! You'll be the second to get reaped by my reaper's ghost!" Jax's eyes grew fiercer as he started at his enemy. He knew that this was it...his time to shine....this time he would help in saving his friend and the island. Jax turns on his duel disk. The Screen on it glew a dark red color and scythe blades started to emerge from the top, Jax shuffled his deck and inserted his cards into the deck slot. He readied himself for the greatest duel he will probably ever experience.

Nova stared into the eyes of the beast. So it wasnt a fraud. Good. "I shall acept your challenge." Nova said, without a single moments hesitation. There was no way he could lose to this abomination. He prepared his duel disk. The cards started to glow a bright red, the exact opposite colour of the ghost. "I know, but there is nothing we can do about that... Our future is in the hands of fate now.." he murmered. Nova's Blue hair was waving gently in the wind. He looked over at Kaden. His eyes were filled with a steely determination. That fact did not surprise Nova in the slightist. Kaden's best friend had hardly any clue who he really was, and this ghost was responsible for it. Nova looked at Jax on the other side of him. That kid was brave, but Nova had no idea if he was good at dueling, as no one had actually seen him do it.

"I will be the third, I have something to prove to all of you anyways." said Iko with absolute confidence in herself and the other two people who are going to face the ghost. "A dragon? Not my thing, I like fairies." With a quick grab of her deck, she pushed in it into her deck slot on her duel disk and turned her duel disk on. Lights flashed from it and her Life Points took form on it. "Ready everyone?" Said Iko as she looked into the eyes of the dragon that was formed from the blue orbs.

A man with long silver hair, the same color of the dragons body, and eyes just like the dragons, was floating above the phantom dragon. He wore dark, undetailed clothes. His face gave a fierce combination of wisdom and a chilling calm. He spoke with a man's voice, but it was obvious that this was the same as the Ghost-dragon's previous voice. [color="#ADD8E6"]"I shall accept these four challengers. During this duel, I will be challenging you duelists for your soul-power instead of your memories. Your soul will be my prize, when one of your life-points hit zero, I win that losers soul. When you recive damage, my final form will absorb your soul-power and grow further to completion. I only need two full souls to complete my final form, you children do the math!"[/color] Cards floated to him as a quick burst of light blinded the view of his left wrist, slowly fading away to reveal a silver duel-disk.

Nova smiled. Soul Absorbtion? Nova was prepared for that. Even if his Life Points somehow managed to hit zero, his soul coudnt be absorbed. He could explain that with 1 simple statement to the ghost. "What soul?" said Nova, a smile playing on his lips. He had a soul, in fact, he had two. But the ghost didnt need to know that, if he did lose, he could surrender his evil side, that was how he could stay. He wondered if Kaden could do the same. He had an evil side, there was no doubt about that. But it took a lot of effort and practice to be able to switch to your other side quickly. He glanced over too Iko. She seemed even more confident than him. He hoped she could duel well. He looked over his shoulder at Ashley. He was glad that, no matter what, he would not lose his memories of her, unless he dueled twice. He took a deep breath, and turned back towards the ghost. Nova looked like he was in pain for a moment, but then, he opened his eyes. They were a steely cold. His face showed no emotion. "What do you wamt from me know?" he said, his voice deeper than usual. He nodded his head. "Fine. Looks like a challenge" he turned back to the ghost.

Kaden Grinned sickingly wide. His eyes seemed to finally show the excitement from deep down as his own convidence over-whelmed even the toughest of the duelests at the Cove.

[color="#FF0000"]"I go first!"[/color] Kaden raised his voice for the whole group. He drew his sixth card as his duel-disk activated. [color="#FF0000"]"I normal summon 'Blood Dragon Spawn of Dark Realm'! Blood dragon spawn's effect allows me to special summon 'Young Dark Dragon of Dark Realm'! With these monsters on my field, I will Tune my Yound dark dragon with my Blood dragon spawn to synchro summon 'Blood Red Dragon of Dark Realm'! Now Blood Red Dragon's effect activates and I remove my two Dark realm monsters from the graveyard from play to increase its attack points by 400!-But it doesnt' stop there, by Young dark dragon's effect, Blood Red also gains 800 attack points!"[/color] Kaden threw the cards to and from his field as his first turn was playing out. His favorite Dragon standing tall on his first turn.

[color="#FF0000"]"-Did I mention there is more? I activate the continious spell card 'Floating Castle of Dark Realm'! Upon the activation of this card, I'm allowed to special summon 'Hollow Innabitant of Dark Realm' and while my Floating castle remains on field, all my Dark Realm monsters shall gain an aditional 500 Attack! This puts Blood Red Dragon at 4700 and my Hollow Innabitant at 2400! This is just the beggining for this deck! I set a face down spell or trap card and activate the effect of the last card in my hand, 'Baby war Dragon of Dark Realm' is now special summoned from my hand by its own effect!"[/color]

Kaden took a deep breath as he laid the very last card from his hand. He sighed and looked down as it appeared he was almost ready to pass the turn. [color="#FF0000"]"-I shall Tune my Hollow Innabitant with my Baby war dragon to Synchro summon 'Green war Dragon of Dark Realm'! This monster gains 200 attack from baby war dragon and another 500 attack points from my Floating Castle, landing my Green war dragon at 3700 attack points!-This thing isn't over just yet! By its own effect, and the special conditions that allow its effect to activate, I now special summon 'Ancient Wisdom Dragon of Dark Realm'! With this, I end my turn!"[/color]

Nova drew. "I summon my Hate Hero - Aluxra in attack mode!" he said. A man with dark blue hair appeared from the ground, wearing a long, red cape and black trousers. "That will be it from me!" Nova shouted. While Nova's move may have seemed small compared to Kaden's, he had a plan. Nova gestured at Jax, willing him to start his turn. Nova's good side was observing the duel. Kaden was a much better duelist than he expected. His bad side was acting a little strange. He could have summoned more monsters than that. He must havd had a different stratergy.

Jax watches in Awe of Kaden’s and Nova’s moves. As he sees novas gesture for him to make his next move he turn toward the ghost and says…

[color="#8B0000"]My turn…..DRAW! First off ill summon my Reaper of the Moon #1! Then his special ability activates, When he is summoned I can special summon Reaper of the Moon #2 in defense mode. GO! SYNCHRO SUMMON! I TUNE REAPER OF THE MOON #1 AND 2 TO SUMMON…REAPER OF THE MOON #3!!! I’ll set 3 cards face down......TURN END![/color]

"Draw. My turn, I activate Valhalla, hall of the fallen straight from my hand. Because of this I can Special Summon Hatewana. To include, I normal summon Majestic mech - Goryu." said Iko has she knew her turn has to mean something for her to prove herself to these people, "Time to Synchro Summon Black rose Dragon. I activate it's effect, I destroy all cards on the field." She took a quick glance at her hand. "I activate Regeneration. Activate when 2 or more Exceed or Synchro Monsters are in the Graveyard, draw 2 cards from your Deck. Special Summon 1 Synchro Monsters from your Graveyard. Once they are Special Summoned, decrease your Life Points by 2000. If you have less than 3000 Life Points, you cannot activate this card. Now I can Special Summon REAPER OF THE MOON #3."

Her life points decreased by 2000, she had 2 cards in her hand and she had to make something more of her turn, " three cards face down, go"

"When the effect of Black Rose Dragon activates, i use the effect of my Hate Hero - Aluxra, Stoping him from from being destroyed!" Nova said, discarding a card from his hand. As long as he could keep Aluxra on the field, there was nothing his opponent could do. He wondered why the ghost was taking so long to respond. Maybe he was thinking. It seemed that even ghosts have to accept their defeat sometime. It would be a lot easier if the ghost just surrendered now, then they wouldnt have to waste the next half-hour of their lives.

The Ghost's human from that floated high in the air, had drawn his cards with a grin. "I set four face down spell or trap cards and set one monster. I then activate the effect of 'Overload - Awesome'. All players must discard their hands and draw five cards! Since I have no hand, I draw five cards. You children whom still have a hand must discard it and draw five. I activate the continious spell card, 'Ace Limiter SPELL'. I also lay the Field spell card, Memorial Funeral Grounds!" The Ghost played its turn quick with a rough way of going about it.

Field spell cards cannot be negated or replaced or destroyed. A draw phase can only be conducted when that player does not have a card in his hand. If a player does have a card in his hand and it is their draw phase, that phase is skipped and they do not draw a card for that turn.

Nova just stared. 80,000 Life Points?! "Since I have cards in my hand, i don't draw. Now, I Summon Hate Hero - Orcano!" Nova had a flash of inspiration. "I overlay the Level 3 Aluxra, and the Level 3 Orcano, to Exceed Summon my Hate Hero - Andromada! Now, I Remove my overlaid Orcano to Special Summon Hate Hero - Intrice in Defence Mode! Also, since Orcano was removed from the field, i can Special Summon my Hate Hero - Drakonia from my deck! Now, i Overlay my 2 Hate Heros to Exceed Summon my Hate Hero - Nebula!" Nova shouted, managing to pull of a combo even Kaden would be jealous of. "I also activate the Continious Spell, Searing Evil! Now, I end!"

Due to the ghost magic card Jax threw his hand to the graveyard and drew 5 new cards.

I activate the effect of reaper of the moon #3! When hes destroyed I can bring back the other two moon reapers! Come back Reaper of the Moon #1 and #2! Now I activate a magic card from my hand! Reaper’s Tomb! Which means I can bring back any Reaper-Type Monsters from my graveyard! Now I bring back my Reaper of Darkness which was sent to the graveyard thanks to your magic card! Now I tune my Reaper of the Moon #2 and Reaper of darkness to summon Ultima Reaper-Jax!!! Now I activate my reapers tomb once again! NOW! I bring back my Reaper of the moon #2 and Reaper of darkness and tune them once again to summon Reaper of Dragons!!! Now it’s time to end this combo! I overlay Ultima Reaper-Jax and Reaper of Dragons to Exceed summon my Signature card! GO! No.0 Ultima Dragon Reaper-Jaxcob!!! He gains 500 attack for each reaper and dragon in all our graveyard! I have 5 plus the dragons in Kaden’s and Iko’s Black Rose dragon! That’s 9 times 500! Brining his attack to 4500! Next ill set 2 cards face down! Turn END!

[Simping For Hina]

Iko threw her hand into her Graveyard. She took a glance a her hand, and summoned a face down defense position monster onto one of the card slots on her duel disk. [i]I can't do anything here, I am going to die, sorry everyone. Let me be in this world, I was never meant to be here anyways.[/i] Iko though. She murmured under her breathe, but nearly so the her teammates could hear her, "I cannot do anything, I guess this is my final turn. Beat this monster for me. Thanks guys."

The Phantom Drew his card and Set it face down in defense mode.

Kaden threw two Face-downs and Summoned his 'Corrupted Samurai of Dark Realm'. [color="#FF0000"]"With this Monsters effect, I destroy your Ace Limiter!" [/color] Kaden Grinned and then started his Attack Phase. [color="#FF0000"]"My Samurai Attacks your Defense position Monster!"[/color] It was a Normal monster with no Defense. [color="#FF0000"]"With his second effect activated, I destroy two of your Spell or traps, that is one of your face-downs and your Field Spell Card! Now my Green war Dragon Destroys your Second Face-down Monster and my Blood red Dragon Dominate's your Life Points!"[/color]

OOC: We'll just attack him directly with the rest of our turns, He'll Attack And Kill off Iko and then we'll defeat him with our next turns. Go Nova!

"Good. Now, you shall feel the power of 2 whole galaxies falling on you. Hate Heroes, Destroy him!" Nova shouted. He watched as the two used their giant black swords to slice down the ghosts Life Points. "I think ill set 2 cards face down and end my turn.", he said, again jesturing at Jax to begin his move. Soon, the ghost would die, and then, they would get their wishes.

Jax saw nova’s gesture once again.

“Draw! I summon Reaper of Eyes! When Reaper of Eyes is summoned I place 2 eye counters on him. For every eye counter on him he gains 1000 attack and defense points! Now I equip him with one of my face downs! Scythe of eyes! This means I get to place 2 more eye counters on him, making his attack 4000! Now I activate my Reaper’s Tomb again! So now I’ll bring back 3 of my reapers to the field! So come back Reaper of the Moon #1 and 2 and Reaper of darkness! Next ill activate my second facedown monster Reapers ghost armor! All I have to do is sacrifice 3 Reapers on my field and I summon my Ghost Reaper Token with 4000 attack and defense! Now I active my Reaper’s Tomb again which brings back two of my reapers! Reaper of the Moon #1 and #2! Next ill sacrifice them for my magic card! Dual Tribal Scythes! I equip it to my Dragon Reaper Jaxcob! Not only does he gain 1000 attack he can also attack twice! So go!!! No.0 Ultima Dragon Reaper Jaxcob (5500 Atk), Ghost Reaper (4000 Atk), and Reaper of Eye’s (4000 Atk)! DIRECT ATTACK! Now ill set 3 cards face down! Turn…END!

The sight of her hand, her mind started to wander, her eyes flickered into the darkness and with a leaning towards the ground. She opened her hands, her cards flew everywhere and she was on the ground, out cold, not even a faint tune to be heard from her mouth. As crash lead to follow the falling of Iko. Her duel disk started to flicker, she was done with the duel. Since she had fainted, no moves from her could be made. This was the end of her soul, Phantom come and get here.
