[Pg-16] Yugioh Summer Acadamy - Cove of Memories

Ciel looked behind her ever now and then, gazing out at the ocean like she always did. Although, being the middle of the night, she could only see the moon's reflection off the surface of the water. She was still clenching the crystal necklace that rested in her pocket. She was thinking about Kaden, and about the story she had just heard. "A wish, granted?" She thought. "I don't really have a wish right now... Maybe I should look into it anyways." she thought, trying to decide what to do. She looked over at Kaden. "Hey, Kaden. What do you think of that story that girl told us? About the cove?" Ciel asked.

"Thanks for that Iko! I knew something was up when you acted that way. Anyway Nova I've decided I want to duel you. If you want you can go first. What a great night so far eh? Let's make it even better with a duel. I got two duel disks with me if you need one." Ashley passed Nova a duel disk. She toke and her deck and shuffled it. Ashley put the deck in it's special spot. She dew 5 cards and waited for Nova. "Come let's go! I want to see what your deck looks like." Ashley said waiting for him. I can't wait to beat him my Chess pieces. He's going down! This is gonna be fun!

Kaden smiled a soft smile. His eyes drifted from ciel's to the ocean, following her line of view. "I think that if its out their, then I'll find it. I love adventure! And as for my wish..." Kaden gave Ciel a big hug infront of all the other students. "I'd wish for things to be easier... I'd wish for the weak to get a little stronger... I'd wish for my home-town to be a normal place of peace. That wish would keep my friends save... No more dueling for survival... no more pain..." Kaden whispered everything after the hug. His head felt a little heavy and he let go of Ciel.

[Simping For Hina]

Iko gave a sensational smile to both of the people and wandered away. She began to look around for Tm for a final time and this time she knew she was going to find him. She walked into the circle where she found Tim. She walked up behind him, gave him a peck on his cheek and took a seat next to him. "Hey Tim" she said with a flirty expression laying out on her face from top to bottom. "How are you today?" She gave him a hug and laid her head to rest on his shoulder.

Nova was happy to duel Ashley. "I think I'll go first!" He said, drawing 6 cards. "I will Summon my Wing Turtoise in Attack mode (1500)! And i'll set 2 cards face-down, turn end!" Nova was smiling. This duel was going to be very fun, and Nova was going to enjoy every minute of it. It also gave him a chance to test his new deck, which was always good. He wondered what sorts of cards Ashely used, and how he could beat them. There was always a way to beat a deck, no matter how immposible it seems.

Akari sat there gazing at the starry night before hearing a girl's voice exclaiming something about "looking into it". She pushed herself off the ground and walked near the beach, where she saw Kaden embracing another girl. "Oh, so that must be her" she thought to herself, not wanting to interrupt their "moment".
As Kaden let go of the girl, Akari sat down on the sand. "I was hoping to get acquainted with some of these people tonight...but it seems that everyone's busy" she sighed. "Oh well, maybe tomorrow..."

[Chaos Number: Card Master]

"Hey Iko," said Tim as he turned towards her and gazed at her. Tim thought [i]She is into me, though from what I saw her do before I think she's crazy. It would be better to go for someone like Sienna.[/i] Tim turned and gazed around the circle for a few more seconds. He tried to spot Sienna though he couldn't see her. [i]Just talk with her for a bit until you see Sienna[/i] he thought. "So Iko, how are you enjoying the bonfire so far and what were you talking to Ashley and Nova about?" he asked as he gazed back at her

[Simping For Hina]

"Yeah I am enjoying the bonfire. I was talking to Nova and Ashley as an apology for being a jerk earlier. I just really do not want to see Ashley get hurt. I mean she is my best friend." She let out a loud sigh and got off of the ground to grab some punch from the table. She got her punch and grabbed a napkin. She swiped the napkin across her forehead to signify that she was starting to get hot. She gulped down her punch as fast as she could. [i]I am starting to feel dizzy, maybe I need to take a nap. But none of this area looks decent to be a bed. I guess I have to stay up all night for this thing then[/i]

Crade noticed that a Duel was starting, he sighed and walked till the ocean's shore right where that dark ocean hit the sand. He started to gaze up at the dark sky only iluminated by countless stars and a big bright moon, he sighed and muttered lound enough so only he and anyone who get near him could hear, "Countless stars of such great myght, from such singular and irrelevant spot they look like the bright on the eyes of a godess." he then grined and continued "Such a beauty caries such a destructive power..." he then drew one card from his deck and sighed. "Nights like this will be hardly forgothen..." he thought to himself, he put the card back on his duel disk and started to whisper a song with no lyrics as he gazed up to the moon.

"Well. That's interesting. I'll summon Maruding Captain! And with his effect I'll summon Chess Rook. Chess Rook will go in a monster zone that your traps aren't which means he can attack directly. Now I'll play The field spell Battlefield Board! This card gives each Chess monster 200 more attack! That will give Chess Rook 2100. I'll set one card face down and attack with Chess Rook! That'll be 2100 to your life points! ( 4000-2100=1900 )I think I've done enough to embarrass you this turn. Your turn."
Well that went a lot better than I thought it would.

Nova was shocked at such a powerful move so quickly, but he had just the stratergy to counter it. "I draw, And summon my Air Orca in attack mode (1400)! I shall now activate the spell card, Fish and Kicks! This allows me to remove from play your Chess Rook!" Nova was almost finished, but this could be a great game! "Now, I'm Overlaying my 2 level 3 Wing Turoise and Air Orca to Exceed Summon! When bubbiling forces meet, they combine there powers to form: Empty Space Sea Serpent Levaiel! (1800). Now his effect activates by removing an over laid monster, and allows me to take one of your removed from play monsters and add it to my side of the field, like your Chess Rook! And now, i activate my face down spell card, Heavy Storm, and i'm sure you know what it does! And with that done, your Chess Rook will attack you directly, and my Empty Space Sea Serpent Levaiel will destroy your marauding captain, as well as my Air Orca attacking you directly for 3700 points of damage!"

Well let me just say that was an impressive move, but not quiet. I'll summon another of the monster you just destroyed! Now I'll use his effect to summon Chess Pawn. Now I'll use Pawn's promotion! This cad makes me tribute my Pawn, but I get to summon any Chess monster except Chess King. I'll pick my Chess Knight! Since you don't have any spell or trap cards in your bottom zone, Chess Knight can attack directly! He's got 2400 ATK of punch. Let's see I guess your done. Chess Knight! Attack him directly!!!" Chess Knight closed in on Nova. He finished him off with a sword to the chest. Nova's life points fell to 0 it looks like Ashley won in 2 turns.
" Well that was a lot quicker than I thought it would be!"

"It looks like your forgetting, i still have one card in my hand, known as Battle Fader! By Special Summoning him, i end the battle phase, and my life points are safe!" Nova sighed, that was a close one, he very nearly lost the duel. But he belived that the duel wasn't over until the last card was played. And next turn he would win. "Do you end you turn?" He asked Ashley. If she set a card face-down, he was absoloutely screwed. There was only 1 card in his deck that would save him.

"holy crap that was lucky, but anyway I'll set this card face down and end my turn." [I]God he's lucky he had that cad in his deck. I really hope my next card is Royal Checkmate! That'll finish him for sure, too bad it's probably by the bottom of the deck. He should really make his move. But really if he wins this duel I'll have to kiss him. Because with the amount of power my deck holds it's pretty hard to get rid if this deck. Too bad he won't win this one. It'll maybe happen next time, probably when it really counts.[/I]

"I Draw!" Nova breathed a sigh of releif. He had just drawn the right card. "I summon my Trap Reactor Y FI! Now, if you activate a trap, you take 800 points of damage! Oh, and by the way, my Chess Rook can still attack you directly! Now, unless you would like to go out with a bang, i have won!" Nova was breathing quite quickly, quite eager to see if his attack had gone through. And if it didnt, at least he tried to win.

Sienna listened in awe as Kallen spoke of the Mysterious Cove of Memories, and the Ghost that granted a wish if you defeated it. Once Kallen had finished talking, a duel began, between Ashley and Nova. Sienna watched this, quite interested. Yeah, maybe she was no fan of Duel Class, but she still liked dueling none the less. As the duel progressed, she fingered her own deck, and began to drown in her own thoughts, like she often did.
[I]Mother and Father died to keep me alive a while longer; My entire life, they suffered starvation and thirst, but all the while kept me fed. They died knowing I would live for a while yet, because of their kindness and risks. It's depressing. And strange. WHY were they so poor they could hardly afford to live their life? And why I am know the "daughter" of one of the richest families in the world? Sudden shoot to the top.[/I] She frowned thoughtfully, running a hand through her hair. [I]It doesn't make sense. Why did the rich family want me? I was just a poor girl with a deck of chance cards. I'm not pretty or remarkable in any way. Even Priscillia, no matter how dreadful, had more chance of being adopted. Yet LONG before she left, I was chosen. I suppose fate works in really mysterious ways. And there is nothing I can do about it.[/I]

Samantha sat threw the story of the Cove of Memories. She had deep thought about the wish. [i]I need a wish, a wish to make sure that my dad never died. That would change everything[/i] she thought as she gazed around the group. She saw that there was a duel going on between Nova and Ashley. She then turned around and looked right next to her and saw Sienna who looked like she was thinking about something extremly deep. [i]I need the wish, now i must get people to go with me, though not yet, wait a bit longer[/i] she thought as she turned around to Sienna and said, "What a great story, Do you think its real?"

"I'll use Draining Shield! So I gain 2100! And I assume you end." Ashley drew a card. It was the perfect card she needed! Royal Checkmate! "I'll use Royal Checkmate! This card allows me to Special Summon Chess King! Now every card on my side of the field, deck and hand are sent to the grave! I get a choice to either attack you or inflict damage. I'll take the inflict and that should finish you off! Good game man! I'm sure you don't have a counter for that!" Ashley ran up to Nova and gave him a big huge. "That was a great duel man!" She said kissing Nova on the cheek.

Sienna snapped out of her thoughts and glanced at Samantha, then at the starry sky. "Maybe." She suggested. "Of course, it's quite possible The Cove of Memories is just a myth; Something to lure travellers to this island. But to be honest, I've never heard the rumor before this. I wonder what it's all about?" She finished with a qustion, contemplating an answer. "It COULD all be a myth." She decided. "A thing people have made up over the centuries to cover up the dissapearences, if any, of people they know." She smiled. "But personally, I reckon it's real. If a precise location can be told, as it ws, then maybe, JUST maybe, it really exists. In which case, so does this wishing Ghost."

Nova was smiling. He knew he hadn't won, but it had been a great game. He huged Ashley back. "Almost had you there!" he said. He was glad Ashley was here. At the moment there was no place that he'd rather be, and no one else he'd rather be with. Again, he wished that this night could last forever, and again, he reminded himself that it was immposible. It was still a great night, and Nova would treasure it forever. He sat down again, looking up at the thousands of stars in the never ending sky.

"I really hope that the wish is real, though the location itself is almost definently real," she said as she gazed around the circle again. Nothing much was happening apart from the duel. [i]I need a wish so badly, I need a wish, the wish will solve everything which can be solved[/i] she thought. She remembered all of the god times before her perants died. She could experience them again. They were great times. Now there was a way to get them again. "Ye well there is something out there, something and it could be something that spectacular," she said as she gazed over to Sienna

[Mecha Love]

"Lets go then." Astro said, breaking the silence of everyones thoughts. "Maybe not now but listen, if this is real, which I don't doubt, someone needs to do something about it. We can't just leave it there to do what it does."
He sat thinking. He pulled out the Billy Deck he had made earlier.
"I will be allowed to duel. This.... spirit will be strong. If we would face it, we'd have to be stronger."
The heat of the flames hit Astro's face, warming him in the bitter night air.
"I wonder..."

Tim then spots Sienna not to far away from him. "Ok Iko I have to go do something," he said as he stands up and walks over towards Sienna. [i]This is it, shake out all of your nerves, do this[/i] he thought to himself. He continued to do what felt like the longest walk ever. When he finally made it behind Sienna. [i]Come on she is probably the cutest person on the island, you can do this[/i] Tim continued to talk. Tim was never that good around girls because he dosen't have that much experience. He walks over and taps Sienna on the back of her sholder and says, "Hey Sienna, can we talk."

Sienna glanced over her shoulder, and was surprised to see Tim just behind her.
"Hey Sienna, can we talk." He asked.
"Uhh... sure." Sienna said, smiling brightly. "What is it you want to talk about?" [I] I wonder what's going on... He looks sort of nervous, as though he's done something wrong, or is about to say something..... well big. REAL big. For him at least. I wonder what he wants to talk to me about; We don't usually chat much. Most of the time we're on opposite sides of the classrooms.[/I] But she shook off her worries, and continued to smile brighty. It was her nature, afterall.

Tim gathered together all of his thoughts and emotions. [i]Ok now this is probably going to be one of the hardest things your going to have to do though you must do it. Hey you know what why not just start talking to her first, then if you can't do it you won't look wierd[/i] he thought as he started. "Sienna, so how have you been enjoying the island so far, been having fun?" said Tim as he heard what had just come out of his mouth. [i]Wow, that is bad, I am so bad at this, I am hopless with women[/i] thought Tim as he awited her response.
