It's an interesting concept, especially if you have a decent stall set up to where you don't HAVE to do anything to gain advantage. I like the idea, but am indecisive on its execution.

It's just an interesting concept: a card that gives you a hand bonus for doing absolutely nothing during your turn.
The question is, is +3 cards really worth passing your turn?

Not hard to do on your opponent's turn.

WAY too slope. Easy to pull off when you're in the lead.

I would do absolutely nothing for 2 additional cards. This would do wonders in a dragon based deck.
