Aside from the fact that it's a 3-card OTK that uses no banned, limited, or semi-limited cards, can be run with decent cards (dragons) rather than stalling junk, and has 2 highly searchable components (Terraforming and Sangan/Mother Grizzly)? All you need are 13 Dragons in the deck (the first two FGD can be Fusion Material for the third), and you can strike the final blow with Catapult Turtle itself. A deck weighed down by Exodia cards can't do so withotu Exodia. If you have 17 Dragons + 3 Catapult Turtles, that means you can't do an OTK if you draw 3 or more Dragons. WRONG. Read Chain Material. Just try and make aChain Material Deck that will beat a Manticore Exodia Deck, andwe'll see which is better. Chain Material is far superior. It works in a regular dragon deck (including one with Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon) and requires no extra cards other than the three used in the combo itself. Manticore Exodia needs the entire deck built around it, needs to run bad cards like Right Leg of the Forbidden One, and is basically useless without the combo. Also, you can activate from your hand, deck, graveyard or field. Learn to read please. Lastly, you'd be screwed if you drew both your Manticores, or if you drew just one without COSR.
