uh..... Ok, I'm confused.

Lots of people like different things. I used to like YuGiOh, for life's sake. Thats the reason I'm here.
Some people like YuGiOh, some people like Pokemon, there are many different things people like.

Now, taking a fandom, for ex YuGioh, and directly following it's story line is not original, but some people will join it because of their pleasure in playing RPs of that fandom.

Taking a fandom, for ex Pokemon, and doing a different, twisty plot is considered original, and as long as the plot can be understood, people would join. But only those that enjoy whats going on.

Doing something completely random not relating to any fandom of any sort will also get people, as long as the plot in understandable and everyone gets the idea.

So basically, no matter what type of RP you have, people will sign up, as long as it is clear, well done and organized. Otherwise..... *plane falls from sky and crashes down*

That happens.

I shotgun July. Even though I'm not Christian. Meh. A good RP is a good RP.
