1)Well honestly, the good guys are the focused group, but if you want to be a bad guy then we can discuss it over PM

2)Yuishoko can be discover at any age, it is just a matter of when your family/clan believes it is time to pass on the Yuishoko to your character

Oh Gods, a rule gimmick.

Personal Info
Username: Supreme Gamesmaster Yddisac
Name: Ryoko Hanazawa (花沢りょう子; "Hanazawa Ryouko")
Gender: F
Age: 17
Blood Type: A-
Date of Birth: January 13
Hobby: Chess, magic
Appearance: Ryoko has dark eyes that seem, thanks to the bags in her eyes, to be based in dark pits in her face. That face is framed by thick, unkempt black hair that reaches a good ways down her back. She's fairly tall, standing 175 cm, but she almost always slouches. She always wears some kind of long-sleeved shirt (usually black), long black pants, and black boots -- for good reason: Her right arm has been defective since birth, like a blasted sapling...
Ryoko is not a popular person. Her dark appearance and esoteric interests have made her a complete outcast, regarded with ridicule at best and suspicion at worst. She almost encourages this view, writing her name in an utterly bizarre way and rarely speaking, though she's quietly bitter about it. More than anything, she wants someone to understand her, but she makes that very difficult for herself.
Ryoko's sheer, unrelenting sanity makes her even more dangerous in the eyes of others -- and rightfully so. She has the eloquence and hamminess of a Hamlet or Richard III, and the intellect and skill in manipulation to match. She can be quite a charmer if she wants to be, though she has yet to figure out how to apply her skill in manipulation to her frienships.
Ryoko's always been much closer to plants and animals than people. She's utterly indiscriminate in species, accepting carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores alike; the circle of life drives her philosophy. Needless to say, this is how she found her Yuishoko two years ago.
Her favourite food is milk chocolate; her favourite drink, water. She is, however, a fan of fruits, particularly apples, strawberries, and pomegranates. She doesn't eat meat, less because of ideological concerns (circle of life, remember) than because she just doesn't like it.
Insofar as allegiance goes, Ryoko is a complete wildcard.
tl;dr: Richard III, except a non-royal girl.

Ryoko was born on Friday the 13 to a rather superstitious Japanese family. She was born quite prematurely, and her right arm was damaged because of it. Her parents freaked out. Right from the beginning, she was very much disliked because of her arm. She was treated rather roughly and given too little love and too much fear by the only people in her life for three years.
Then her sister Mitsuki was born.
Ryoko's parents doted on Mitsuki. And so did Ryoko. It was hard not to -- Mitsuki was terribly sweet, and didn't pay the least bit of attention to Ryoko's damaged arm. The sisters became very close. VERY close.
But even so, jealousy lingered in Ryoko's heart. She began adopting all sorts of deviant behaviours in desperate attempts to buy her parents' attention, to no avail -- they simply became further convinced that she was a lost cause, continuing to spoil and over-protect Mitsuki.
Ryoko didn't fare much better in school than at home, of course. Her deviance and strangeness led to an almost complete isolation from her classmates. Her parents began to distance her from Mitsuki as well, though the sisters still adored each other.
Ryoko began delving into the world of literature as a means of escape from the world that so rejected her. Shakespeare, in particular, stuck; she can quote many of his plays from memory. She began to be inspired by the likes of Hamlet, Macbeth, and Richard III -- the tragic heroes ruined by their quest for power. This was where her quiet, vengeful designs began to take form.
When Ryoko entered junior high, something very important happened: She met Hikari Takagi.
At first, they shared loathing, unadulterated loathing. But when one of Hikari's boyfriends turned sour, Ryoko defended her -- thus began their friendship.
Ryoko discovered her Yuishoko during this time: a four-striped snake that frequented her yard approached a group of frogs and eventually ate the one that croaked. Ryoko, intrigued, asked rhetorically why it had done that -- and the snake responded. They inadvertently carried on about philosophy for five minutes before Hikari arrived and asked what the hell Ryoko was doing. Together, Ryoko and the snake pieced together the history of the Yuishoko, and the snake supposed that it must be Ryoko's Yuishoko. Ryoko's parents had been trying to keep her from her birthright in hopes that Mitsuki would eventually take it; obviously, that didn't work out so well. Hikari named it Ladon -- thus becoming one of the only people alive to know of Yuishoko that didn't have any historical connection to them.
Ryoko and Hikari were inseparable until the end of junior high, when Hikari moved. Ryoko begged to follow Hikari and was rejected out of hand, instead shipped unceremoniously to Kurusawa High. That pretty much cemented Ryoko's hatred of the world right there.
Now it's Ryoko's last year of high school. She's been distanced from Mitsuki for her entire high school career, and their meetings are now almost bitter -- Mitsuki is slowly losing her identity to popularity, Ryoko claims, while Mitsuki argues that Ryoko is becoming dangerously cynical. They're both right: Mitsuki is a changed girl, and Ryoko has a plan.
Now she knows the Kurogetsu plan are out to take over the world. She knows that they cannot be allowed to win, and intends to fight against them. She also knows that with Ladon's help, she can finally begin taking her vengeance on a world she strongly dislikes. No one knows what Ryoko's plan is -- not even Ryoko herself, yet. But she knows that opportunity has knocked, and she's off to answer the door with an eloquent, hammy soliloquy and a maniacal laugh...
The focus of that bio is a little odd; it hits mainly the high points, skipping over the monotonous details of her vicious cycle of isolation. She's got much more powerful motives than I'm hinting at. Her allegiance will depend on the personalities of the other Yuishobito.
tl;dr: Richard III meets Elphaba Thropp.
Yuishoko Name: Ladon
Yuishoko Type: Kobun
Yuishoko Sealed State Appearance: Sentient Japanese striped snake, Elaphe quadrivirgata
Yuishoko Activation: "I eat the apple of light and darkness."
Yuishoko Activated State Appearance: The activated Ladon becomes three-metre-long black serpentine being. It's covered in metallic scales and has menacing fangs, but it also has fearsome command of a magic-like energy field.
Its eyes are particularly striking -- truly the eyes of a snake, they have an almost hypnotic glow to them. Besides the power of the eyes themselves, the colour of the eyes betrays Ladon's elemental inclination -- there are many.
It usually wraps itself around Ryoko's body and right arm, with its fearsome head replacing Ryoko's right hand, but if Ryoko so chooses, it can fly away from her -- leaving her mostly defenceless.
Yuishoko Abilities: Ladon has seven sets of abilities, depending on the colour of its eyes. However, its abilities are mostly defencive: an energy field that can repulse most "magical" Yuishoko-based attacks, tough scales that can repel most physical attacks, and venomous fangs. Only one ability can be used at a time.
You can tell she's supposed to be a villain, at least during an early sub-arc.
...I'm so not accepted.
RED: Fire. Ladon breathes fire in a short range. The fire is no stronger than ordinary fire, however, and can be fought with the same means.
ORANGE: Earth. Ladon can create "shields" of energy to deflect most energy-based attacks wheresoever it desires. Very useful if Ryoko ever needs to protect someone/something, which is approximately never at the start of the RP.
YELLOW: Sun. Ladon's energy field becomes offensive in nature, inflicting mild damage and repulsing everyone nearby. A common setting for escapes.
GREEN: Wood. Ladon draws energy from nature to heal Ladon and Ryoko.
BLUE: Water. Ladon flies through the air at high speeds as if it were swimming through the sky. The most offensive of Ladon's abilities.
INDIGO: Metal. Ladon's scales become almost impenetrable to physical attack, but its movement is inhibited.
VIOLET: Moon. Ryoko and Ladon can blend into shadows, almost teleporting to wherever a shadow can be found. If there are no shadows in the area for whatever reason, they're forced into the open and weakened considerably while in Moon phase. This is by far the most powerful ability of Ladon's, but also the one that requires most energy to maintain; it's a desperation attack.

Umm, wow, that was quite an app... Anyways, let's get down to business shall we? While I see the 8 digit code, you have not put it in the right place and also, you need some serious spoilers to organize the app and make it easier to read. Go back and fix those things and you'll be accepted. Also, your powers are pretty OP'd, so either take out some things or keep the powers but make it so that she hasn't learn how to use them all yet. But yeah, that was quite an interesting app.

There is seriously no point to this eight digit code thing. It proves nothing, and only serves to drive away irritated applicants.
THAR SHE BLOWS.

I assure you, the seven-ability thing sounds broken on paper, but in reality, her offensive capabilities are... poor. She's much more of a tank and debuffer than attacker.

You didn't actually need to put your username, the 8-digit code was suppose to replace the username but whatever, accepted, and yes there is a point to the 8-digit code, it serves to see who actually read the rules in which I put important notes in.

Personal Info
Username: 2GREYC4F
Name: Keith Kagestu-Lucine (Call him The Magician)
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Blood Type: O-
Date of Birth: December 31/January 1
Hobby: Novels, Magic tricks, Urban legends, mythology, lock picking, [s]breaking and entering[/s], astrology

Appearance: Average looking, if a bit geeky. He wears glasses that often slide down his nose and has bizarre eyes. His iris is a very light gray, almost white, and his pupils are white as well. His doctors are still fearing that he will go blind and don't understand how he can see (he secretly thinks his magic has something to do with it.) His hair is cut a bit short and is mostly messy and tussled. He wears sweaters and striped button-down shirts often, giving him a semiformal look in most situations. He has a few scars on his hands from failed magic trick, but they are not easily noticed.

Personality: Keith is a bit quiet but flamboyant. He likes to share his latest magic tricks with his friends and anyone one else who will listen to him. He is skilled at not apparently paying attention to this and his surroundings if he gets engrossed in something, but he really is attentive to all that goes on around him. He likes to keep secrets, as he believes that is the mark of a good magician and is generally confident in his own findings. He doesn't really like surprises, but adores new things. He likes to reach out to people and to make friends, but he doesn't really get warm with them and is often a bit distant. He is very active and enthusiastic and doesn't like to sit still for long.
Keith is the son of a popular magician from Europe. He was born within thirty seconds before and after midnight on new years, making his official date awkward (his birth certificate has both dates.) He has traveled the world with his parents on their tours and acts and his spent most of his childhood in various cities and countries. It has had it's bright side, as he has an interest scope of knowledge and speaks about eight different languages passably. On the down side, his schooling has suffered and he isn't the best and brightest student and he does not really know how to open up to his friends. But anyway, he started to show a talent in magic from a young age. His parents developed his skills in magic and he eventually gained a side show all his own. Seeing his skill, his parents decided it was time to initiate him into the family secret.

The test was both simple and beautifully complex. Starting chained and locked in a trunk he had to both get out, decipher a few puzzles, pick some locks to get into the auditorium and pick the lock to the box at the bottom of the water escape tank. All for a paper with the words "the smiling face of the moon". Of course, he had to figure out the riddle. It took him two days to realize it meant the birthmark on his hand. Having passed the test, they told him. The mark was the sign of powerful magic. And real magic, not just the sleight of hand he learned from his father. His mother had it but it faded when he first showed an aptitude for magic. They explained that it was important from something, and that others might be after it, but the reasons why had been lost long before his mother time.

In any case, Keith has been working at understanding the abilities of the Black Hat and has worked out a way to use the power it produces, based off his magic skills. He has seen a few strange things since the Hat's power woke, but as to why they are after it, he does not know. He thinks the hat might have a personality of it's own based on the trouble it give him when he tries to work it out. To give him time to settle for once, his parents have set him up in his mother ancestral hometown of Tanimori while they tour in Japan.
Yuishoko Info
Does Your Character Already Have a Yuishoko?: Yes
Does Your Character Already Know How to Use His/Her Yuishoko?: Somewhat, but working on it
Does Your Character Already Know That He/She is a Next Generation Keeper?: Again, not really.

Yuishoko Name: Mikazuki no Akudama [三日月の悪玉] (Crescent Moon's Black [or evil] Hat), commonly referred to as just Akudama
Yuishoko Type: Keijo. (He's not certain and thinks it might be Kaho)
A crescent moon shaped birthmark on the back of his left hand. He has a somewhat short stage magician's wand (about 10'' long) that he never losses too. Really, everytime he thinks he misplaces it or leaves it, it shows up. Whether it is the Yuishoko or a conjured image made by it to distract from the fact that it is really a Keijo type is unclear. His eyes may be somewhat connected to it as well, but there's no real way to tell.

To activate Akudama, he must be confident in himself and his abilities. Otherwise, the activation fails or is much weaker and glitchy. His magic tends to react to his confidence as well. He holds his hand out and says, whispers or thinks 'Showtime.' The tattoo vanishes in a burst of silver sparks and a dark blue disk forms in his hand. He either rests it on his head or snaps it out and it forms into a black top hat. He can take it further and replace his clothing with a black three piece suit as well. A failed activation will have flaws in the clothing and/or items and the tattoo might not fade completely.

Normally, Akudama is a black top hat with a dark grey band above the rim with a silver crescent moon attached to it at a slightly crocked angle. The activation can be pushed even further; conjuring a black stage magician's outfit. It includes a three piece suit with a pocket watch and the hat as well as a black tie, silver crescent moon cufflinks, a crescent moon themed tie chain and a fair sized cape that is black on the outside and dark grey inside. There is the question if it is ever fully deactivated, pertaining to the wand he always has.

Akudama's abilities (while under Keith's control) are using his pride as western style magic. It has two main abilities; manifestations of thoughts and imaginations, and bending of space. The later is not as strong as the former, but is still major part of the Black Hat's abilities. Primarily, Keith's use of the Hat have been for manipulating pride into shapes and forms for uses such as conjuring, illusions and things like teleportation. It is basically using Pride to form a variety of forms an images that appear different to confuse his foes.

His wand is the most concrete form of his power and is either formed by the Hat itself or by his subconscious. He can alter the size of the wand and use it as a shinai or a quarter staff. He is capable of firing blast of silver 'magic energy' from the tip. Not exceptionally strong, only a bit stronger than a punch, but multiple hits can be difficult to hand. His cape is a good defensive tool and the suit over all raises his endurance. When he uses Black hat, he can float around. Most of his abilities follow the same basic principle but tweaked a little to look different (eg. he Magical series and the Card Trick are all conjured items he controls, just in different shapes.)

The Hat can be difficult at times, acting glitchy and not providing what he imagined, leading Keith to think it has a mind of it's own, but the Hat has merely linked to Keith through his subconscious and gives trouble only when he himself is not that certain in his decisions. But the Hat has a third ability, to suppress the conscious mind and let the subconscious control for a while. It isn't something Keith knows yet, but it is the Hat's way of ensuring the protection of the keeper as well as it's own power.

Magic Wand: can cast illusions with it or levitate things he points at (through invisible hands of pride). He can shot visible or invisible blasts with it and adds 'magic' words for show. If he losses it, he can either summon or conjure it back.
Card Trick: Conjures cards he can control to block attacks or attack. They can sometimes explode and have sharp edges.
Magical Hoops: Conjures multiple rings that he can control telepathically. They can be used as physical weapons, deterrents, restrains and in several imaginative ways
Magical Hats: tosses his hat, or a conjured copy, that flies around like a magic buzz saw.
Out of the Hat: Pulls magic constructs from his hat like doves or rabbits or cats that act as familiars. He subconsciously 'programs' them with simple instructions and they are not very flexible or even useful aside from distractions. Too many or too complex ones strain his mind. He can make objects as well, but they fade in a few minutes. He is limited by his Pride. He can't make complex things he doesn't know how to work either, like a gun, but can make a water gun or a gag gun.
[The things struck out are ones he hasn't worked out yet, maybe conceived, and attempted, but not put into practice][s]
Conjuring: Creates magic constructs without the hat. Basically the same ability as Out of the Hat without the hat.
Hat trick: Enlarges the hat to absorb something and either banish it or redirect it from another hat. (Think anime yugioh magic cylinder)
Magical Scarf: the same as the hoops.
Magical Daggers: a more vicious from of the Magic Hoops.
Hat Shuffle: Conjures large hats to cover something, secretly moving them to another hat. And application of Hat trick. (think anime magical hats)
Hat Tunnel: Jumps into one hat to come out the other. An application of Hat Trick.
Black Hole: Another application of Hat trick. He opens a hat brim that resembles a black hole in the air over an item or target and sticks his hand into either another hole or his hat and it appears at the other hole.
Cape Warp: Vanishes in a swirl of fabric to teleport somewhere else.
Cape Caper: The cape can also be controlled by him since it is made from his Pride. (Think Jiro's mantle from Hajimete no Aku or Allen's crown clown cape from D-Grayman)[/s]
Personal Info

Username: F98Cjh2o

Name: Minawe Kanigawa (Pronounced “Me-na-way”)

Gender: Female

Age: 17

Blood Type: AB+

Date of Birth: May 21
- Unknown to a lot of people she likes to collect swords, and keeps them in the dojo that her parents have, on a display rack.
- Swimming
- Collecting stuffed animals and phone key chains. (Though she is embarrassed to admit this)
- Reading (Often old scriptures, but it could be anything)
- [s]Always looking mysterious[/s]

When in school she normally wears a long sleeved, black, button up shirt that is always tucked into a blue skirt. She wears thigh high, white socks along with black flats. Around her neck is a necklace that has the depiction of a fan with the fire kanji on it. She is rather simple in her clothing choice, but Minawe doesn’t feel as though it is too important – just as long as you look presentable for the occasion. Minawe doesn’t often differ from the norm too much – when it comes to clothing – but when she does, she does so very awkwardly.

At her home she adorns the Japanese Kimono, and bamboo sandals. Her hair is often pulled up in a tight bun with two red chopsticks holding it in place. All of the kimono’s Minawe own have the picture of a fan with either the kanji for fire, or being depicted of being surrounded by fire.

Her final change of clothing would be her Miko Priestess outfit; a white top, with red pants that have almost a baggy look to them. Once again her hair is up; however it is simply in a pony tail held by a thin white – sometimes red – ribbon. On the back of the top is yet again the picture of a fan with the kanji for fire. This is also what she wears when she practices sword fighting in the dojo. (If you don’t know what I’m talking about just think Kikyo’s outfit from Inuyasha)

Being brought up in a strict, and traditional Japanese family she is often looked at as strange – considering the way the Japanese culture has been modernized. She is very quiet, always carrying the air of being aloof and mysterious. Minawe has a soft voice – something usually takes people off guard – but the underlying tone of strength and confidence is not easily overlooked. She isn’t the most approachable person. With her sharp stare and seemingly secretive behavior, people are often intimidated by her. Sometimes her behavior can be misinterpreted, and seen as a “to-good-be-associated-with-you”; which to a certain extent could be true. The look in her eyes is often described as sharp, even callous looking, and always seemingly calculating something.

She holds true to the Japanese tradition, always referring to people by their last names only and adding the appropriate honorific to the end. One thing she doesn’t do is bow to people she doesn’t deem worthy of her respect – something that she is a deep believer in. Without respect, and honor you are seen as insignificant in her eyes.

There are rumors going around that she is a witch that will curse anyone to damnation if they get in her way. How the rumor started she hasn’t a clue, nor does she care to find out. There are few things that peak her interest and rumors are certainly not one of them. However, there is some truth to this rumor. Minawe is a Miko Priestess in the shrine on her parents property, which people often come to for prayer and blessing – occasionally to be purified from evil spirits. This, however, only made her less approachable by her fellow students, and labeled as “freaky”.

Another reason why she doesn’t interact with others is because she wouldn’t want them to get hurt. Believing, that her enemies might attack her friends just to get to her, and that is something she doesn’t want to happen again. Due to the fact she is a loner, most people wouldn’t know this, but she is very protective of the ones she takes “interest” in.

Minawe was born at the exact time – and thus 5 days early - her aunt of 48 years died, and it was because of this the Kanigawa family knew the next generation Keeper had been born. For many years it has been the females of the Kanigawa family that have been destined to be the Keepers, and in control of the powers granted. Now the Kanigawa’s are well known for the Shrine that is kept on their property, and is open to the public for prayer and donations to keep the shrine in tip top shape.

The family is not only known for their shrine, but also their wealth. The Kanigawa’s are situated in a large traditional Japanese style house, complete with shoji sliding doors, and everything. The whole house is one floor, however the house is wide and lengthy. There is a yard that stretches from the house to the stone fence surrounding the house, as well as a Dojo – which is where Minawe’s time is majorly spent. All around the manor there could be symbols seen of a fan with the kanji of fire, which is meant to depict the Kanigawa’s spirit; the fan plowing on the fire, making it burn brighter and becoming livelier.

This is where Minawe grew up, taught and schooled in how to behave. Her parents were not ones to change their beliefs, and both were also brought up in traditional Japanese homes. It was required for Minawe to always wear a Kimono when in the house, and to begin her Miko lessons as soon as her 6th birthday arrived.

Minawe was taught by only the best, and didn’t leave her home until it was time for her to attend middle school – the same time as the past female Keepers were. It was only then did her parents allow for her to assimilate into the proper attire, for the appearance she needed to obtain - basically modernized clothing. Due to the fact she was home school she was not very out spoken, preferring to stay to herself. By this time she had already started coming into the powers granted to her, and was already fighting the Akukon. Her second year of Middle school she met her first and only friend; Hiko.

It was the first person Minawe actually felt a connection with, but who didn’t share the same burden as she did. Sadly this friendship did not last long. The Akukon had attack Minawe’s friend knowing the connection between the two, and hoping to distract Minawe. Minawe had only resently started this battle, and Hiko didn’t stand a chance. She died that night, and after that Minawe vowed to never be so close to anyone, that it would hurt to lose them. So now she doesn’t have “Friends” but only “intrests”.
Does Your Character Already Have a Yuishoko?: Yes
Does Your Character Already Know How to Use His/Her Yuishoko?: Yes, but not fully
Does Your Character Already Know That He/She is a Next Generation Keeper?: Yes

Yuishoko Name: Seishin Fujo (Meaning “Spirit Priestess”)

Yuishoko Type: Keijo
Seishin is located on her arms in the form of 6 kanji, 3 on each of her forearms. It’s located closer to the top of her arm closer to the shoulder. The three kanji form a triangle with “life” and “death” being the tip on the triangle. (The color on the spoiler is that Kanji’s color association) On her right arm:

Minawe simply thinks about which kanji to utilize, often by Kanigawa release: then the name of the kanji she wishes to release. The command can be verbalized, but it is not required. When the command is given said kanji begins to glow – each kanji has their own color association – and then a ring appears around both of a wrist. It doesn’t touch her skin, and actually hovers around the joint. It has a fire-like appearance to it as the flames will break away from the source before vanishing; and these rings also take on the color of the kanji released. When a sword is summoned, Minawe will hold out her hand, so that it’s parallel to her body, and then a circle will appear with the activated kanji in the center, that seems to be free floating in front of her hand – do not forget everything is still color associated. The sword’s hilt will appear first, and then she will proceed to pull out the entire sword with the opposite hand.

When summoning two swords, she will hold out her hands to the side and whichever kanji is activated, that kanji appears in the center of the free floating circle, and this time the tip of the sword comes out. The sword will continue to emerge from the circle until the entire sword is released, and she has grabbed onto the hilt.

Seishin’s appearance is a collection of different blades. It simply depends on which kanji is activated.
From left to right: Death, Fire, Wind, Earth, Water. The sword used for the Kanji “Life” is the same sword design as “Earth” however, its blade is a pearly white, almost to the point of blinding, especially when the sun hits the blade. The grip is also yellow. Minawe can use the power without channeling them through the sword, however, the effect will be weaker. Though it is good for concerving energy , and weaker monsters.

Vision: Give the holder of Seishin’s mark the ability to see into the future. The visions are not subject to control, and usually come whenever they want. However, when Minawe is meditating, she can usually trigger one. The visions are rarely straight forward, usually leaving her with more questions than answers, and sometimes very cryptic.

Purification: Gives the holder of Seishin’s mark the ability to see, and purify lost souls.

Soul Sight: Gives the bearer of Seishin’s mark to see a person’s aura, and true heart; basically, to tell the intentions, or feelings of a person by the fluctuations in their aura. With this she can also tell it the person has a Yuishoko, but only if it has been activated by the person. Minawe can chose when she looks through “Soul Sight”, and when she does her irises seem to glow slightly.

Kanji: Fire: Gives her the ability to channel the power of fire through her sword. She can use fire base attacks, and increases her strength. The kanji gives her power, however it decreases her ability of adaptation. Meaning that in a fight it will take her longer if the variables in the fight change (i.e whether, opponents, fighting styles etc…)

Kanji: Wind: Gives her the ability to use all aspects of wind to her disposal. This kanji drastically increases her speed, allowing her do dodge most attacks with ease and travel long distances quickly. When using this Kanji her overall defense is weakened; meaning it will take fewer attacks before she is defeated.

[s]Kanji: Life:[/s] This sword is not used for battle at all, and cannot be used to kill. Whenever this blade cuts through someone all of their injuries will be healed. The sword also has the ability to bring someone back to life; however the user would have to use up all of their “pride”. So basically it’s trading one life for another.

Kanji: Water: Gives her the ability to channel both water and ice through her blade. When using this weapon her attacks are strictly water base, and she can freeze the water for ice attacks. This kanji gives her the ability to adapt to situations quickly, and see through opponents movements – and seemingly making her faster when in actuality she can simply see the attack more clearly, and can react accordingly. While giving her that ability, it also takes away from her power.

[s]Kanji: Earth:[/s] Gives her the ability of using earth to her will, and desire, however, only earth based attacks can be used when the kanji is active. When this kanji is being used, Minawe is endowed with extreme defense, and is more durable during battle. She can take more hits and is not easily knocked down, unfortunately her speed is cut in half.

[s]Kanji: Death:[/s] The most powerful, yet dangerous sword in the Kanigawa arsenal. When this sword is swung a mass of dark energy is released leaving nothing but death in its wake. Whenever this sword is used to kill someone, that person’s soul is forever enslaved by the sword’s owner, and can be called upon to help whenever the owner wishes. However, the longer a person uses this sword the less sane they become. They begin to lose their since of self, and slowly their “Pride” begins to dim. Eventually the person will die, and their own soul will be enslaved by the blade. So normally this sword is used in a “There’s no hope” kind of situation.
I know it’s not required but this is just in case you may not understand why she would be granted priestess powers.
The Kanigawa’s power originated back when Miko’s were as common as the air you breathed. It was to a woman named Ayame Kanigawa, a powerful Miko Priestess in her own right, and very well known. Ayame was gifted with many things, and among those was precognition , and the powers of purification. It was as if she was blessed by the Gods themselves. People would flock from all over just to hear her words, and receive her grace and blessings. To many she was their savior, and source of light. Some would even go so far as to saw being with Ayame was the closest to a divine being as they could come while in the flesh.

However, Ayame was always plagued by visions of death, loneliness and despair, yet no one knew of this and so she was left to slowly go mad by her own power. She began to hate her power, but there was nothing she could do to stop the hate and darkness that was taking over her heart. Why was it that she had to suffer from these visions? Was this what it meant to be chosen by the Gods? If it was then the Gods can have their power.

The Gods saw the pain, and sorrow of Ayame and struck a deal with her. They will take away her suffering but she must forever be in service of the “Keepers”. Ayame hadn’t a clue what that meant but readily agreed only thinking that she would be free from such taxing powers. Like the Gods promised her powers were taken from her and she became like any ordinary Miko Priestess without any divine abilities. When Ayame died, she died a normal and pain free woman, however she did not realize the burden she had just put on her family when she died.

The Gods, fulfilling Ayame’s part of the deal, took hold of the immense spiritual powers she had and divided them equally among 6 elements: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, Death, and Life. With that the Kanigawa’s Keijo was born. However, because Ayame’s spiritual energy was used it’s almost as if she isn’t at rest at all. Because of this, the Kaniyama’s believe that all of the Keepers are one person – Ayame – just constantly being reborn into a different life, as was her deal with the Gods; for her to be forever a Keeper. It is because of this that each Keeper, is taught the ways of a Miko Priestess.

While there are other variations of this legend, and how the Kanigawa’s got their powers. One even telling why the channel object are swords, however, this is the one most familiar.

Hope you all enjoied it!! ^^
I tried to give each sword a weakness, so left me know they're a bit OP'd (Which I know you will lol) By the way, I literally stayed up all night doing this app.

Hotaru, we'll for the sake of not holding back anyone's creativity/design, your character can wear any type of clothes they choose, do you need to change anything before I review your app?

Luxray, in the rules I state you can have up to three characters

GreyCat, I am in the process of reviewing your app

NO MORE RESERVES/APPS WILL BE ACCEPTED EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY HAVE A RESERVE OR AN APP ADMITTED

EDIT: The above statement does not affect Luxray, I'm still waiting to see if he wants to reserve or not.

Alright, now for the apps

GreyCat, since your Yuishoko is a birthmark then it's a Keijo type Yuishoko, other than that, accepted

Hotaru, it's Keijo not Reijo lol, though your abilities seem a bit excessive, I will allow it, but just don't overdo it in a battle, accepted

Note to everyone, as your characters grow, in terms of strength through battling, training, and what not, they will be able to gain new powers so no need to have such an excessive array of abilities in the first place.

EDIT: Luxray, reserved
