Roleplays get boring and die unless they have a bit of Humour. Believe me, the most successful Roleplays I've been always have atleast one character completely in it for the comedic effect, and have quite a bit of humour. CeDeFiA

Name/Gender/Age: Toto/Male/15 Race: Furtos
The Furtos are small dog like creatures that walk on two feet. Their maximum height is three feet, and the tall ones are rare. They usually have pointed ears, but a few are born with floppy ears. Their nose is always stubby. The Furtos also come in a variety of colors, but nothing red, blue, purple, orange, and similar colors. They look like this, but imagine them with more fur. The Furtos are peaceful creatures; they believe all life is sacred. They're all vegetarian and try to preserve nature. Animals in Furtos Woods have learned to trust the Furtos to the point that taming them is no longer needed. They are a rare race and only live in the Furtos Woods, located in the western part of Kerulia, which still needs exploration. Centuries of isolation from other races has limited their knowledge of the world. Human explorers found them and showed them that there was much more life outside the woods. The Furtos, however, weren't interested. A few Furtos went to explore the world, but many remain in Furtos Woods, keeping their traditions. For self-defense, Furtos usually have several pets with them. They're beast master and can tame pretty much every creature. They're also quick and agile.
Appearance: Toto is only two feet tall and has golden/blonde fur. His eyes are small and black, and his nose is also black. He usually wears a knight's armor(helmet, body, etc) that was specially crafted for him. It's light enough for him to easily move around, but it was also enchanted by a wizard to be strong enough to withstand steel projectiles like shurikens and kunais. The ponytail of his helmet is red, and the helmet also contains a visor that can be raised. Bio: Toto was born an orphan. His foster parents never knew let alone met his true parents. He was both angry and happy because of this. Angry because his parents gave him up. Happy because he was given to nice parents who care for him. Unfortunately, they were old too. When Toto was ten, his foster parents died. All he had left was their family pet, Oto, the giant turtle. For a while, friends of his foster parents took care of him, but now Toto takes care of himself. After the humans discovered the Furtos race, a bunch of other races rushed to see them. While it somewhat annoyed the Furtos that people were trashing their forest, Toto became curious. He didn't want to be contained in a forest. He decided to venture out to the unknown, taking Oto with him. He first met an elven mage who thought he was a lone baby. Though Toto was first mad at him for being called a baby, the mage became his friend and guided him to the wonders of Kerulia. The elven mage took him to an elf city, where he was laughed at for being short. Elves happened to be very tall creatures, so that made it worse. They weren't laughing when Toto showed them his fighting skills. He was quick, and surprisingly strong. He was immediately enlisted into the elven army and received the nickname "Little Surprise." Personality: Like all Furtos, he has a deep care for nature and animals. Also, he hates being called short, and goes into a rage when you mistake him for a baby. He also loves it when people underestimate him. It gives him the time to show off and prove them wrong. He is also very curious, which led him to leave Furtos Woods in the first place. Lastly, he likes riding Oto instead of walking. Weapon: Small sword. Other: Good at taming creatures. Also has Oto by his side.
@Magnet Soldier: Alright...I guess it's fine. @Drarven King: You're not a mage. Twig
To keep up with amazing stuff we make out of this world, I'll update this encyclopedia. Note that I'll only be putting stuff that are original in here. So don't expect to see an entry on dwarfs or elves. Also, you don't have to read this whole thing to be in the roleplay. This is only reference if you notice someone talking about something you don't know about, or if you just want to explore Kerulia. =D

The humans of Kerulia have yet to come together as one, but for now, they are divided into three: Garlof, the aggressive war hungry nation. Leya, the peaceful country. And finally, Luvento, the empire who wishes for order. Leya: Being the anti-war country, it isn't surprising that it's the smallest country of the three. However, it's also the most peaceful. Because of the peace, everything is pretty much better there than the other two countries. (Education, Medicine, Economy, etc.) The only thing they are weak at it their army which is specially designed for defense only. Not so much at attacking. Luvento: They want to unite all the countries together to form one empire. They're also the do-gooders, helping out whoever is in need. They go to war if they have to. Luvento is the country that often negotiates with other nations and races. Right now, they're debating about what to do about the "rising darkness." Garlof: The biggest country of the three, Garlof is a monarchy that wishes to be the strongest. Unsurprisingly, they have a big and strong army, invading whoever they wish. The negative part is that many nations and races hate them. Currently, they are at a bad condition with protests against the king. Democracy is starting to grow. Also, because they spend most of their money in the army, other services are limited. Education, medicine, and job rates are at an all time low.

Geography Assignment: About Celis By Jon Celis is [s]an oddity[/s] a weird place. It is an island with a self contained ecology. About 100km long and 80 wide, it is bordered on all sides by steep sharp cliff walls that form a natural barrier and wall around the land. It contains lakes, ponds, rivers, a few hills. Multiple forests, plains, no deserts or beaches though. Fertile soil, volcanic in origin to boot. The weather is somewhat unpredictable but mostly fair. Doesn't seem odd yet? That's because I forgot to mention that it flies. Yep. Six miles in the air on average. A top speed of about 150km per hour. So, how in the world did a chunk of land that huge get flying? All the fault of an old 1200 year old gnome called Knas the weird. Even by gnomes. That should tell you how weird he was. He researched into a rock type that would give floating abilities. Not to the wearer or user, but to the eater. He wanted to fly with the birds. The old coot. His rock worked. Eating it gave the consumer the ability to fly. He found that just having it in your blood could let it work. Now, this was in the last war. Some general thought it would be a great advantage to have his army able to fly, so they went after him. The general lost most of his tropes getting to the secret place Knas worked in, but eventually found the old gnome. He died without telling it's secrets. Now, what does this have to do with Celis? He worked in an oasis of sorts, a garden of eden sort of place in a large mountain range known for it's impressive cliff and rock formations. A lovely land, hard to get to, quite large, about 100km long and 80 wide in fact. Sound familiar? The land was over a natural fault line and dormant volcano, which Knas rigged to explode. The dude was seriously paranoid. He found that his rock was quite explosive. What he didn't find was that prolonged heat and pressure caused the rock to catalyze and spread like wildfire, seeding more rock into a more stable form of itself. Gnomish babble aside, the volcano woke up mad and the lava made the entire bedrock of the oasis Knas' floating rock. So Celis was born. They were several small populations of different species on the island when it took flight (another one of Knas' experiments), and they were more or less stranded. Knas' kids, when they hatched, worked out a chair that would pilot the island somewhat, so Celis is not only the world's largest floating island (the other floating cities are flies in comparison), but is the worlds only flying island and the world's only pilotable nation. Not many people know about it (aside from the whales, but they fly and it was pretty hard to keep them from nosing about.) The natives (most of the hatred of Knas is gone, though he is still the national hero and condemner, but it is a paradise in the sky) with magic work at keeping it hidden and inconspicuous (the cloud that covers the base at all times is not natural. Seriously, you ever heard about a permanent cloud over 100km across?) Some of Knas' kids and grandkids have left (no, they weren't thrown off... Not all of them at least) and contributed to the floating transportation modes you see on the surface. (from a report on Celis by a human school kid who lives there)

Hidden in a forest nearby the Falavor, the capital city of Eldermane, Donovia is a city of webs created by the Rontage. *entry not completed*

Named after the great elven king who united all the elves together, Eldermane remains to be the home of most of the elves in Kerulia. Important Areas in Eldermane Falavor: The capital city of the elves and home to the current elven king, Leodon. Falavor is a gigantic city, filled by trees, scenery, and decor from the most creative landscaper and buildings designed by the best elven architects. Leodon and his familiy lives in a castle on top of a hill that is the center of the city. The hill is surrounded by four enchanted spiral towers, which act as guards for the castle. Below the hill are the homes of the prestigious elves, deemed worthy of living near the king. Their houses are all different shapes and sizes, but one thing they have in common is that they are all made out of golden stone.(not really colored gold. more of a pale golden yellow) The rest of the city are academies, houses, and other great architectural buildings. Magira: The great elven sorcerers and priests reside in Magira. It's the city of magic for the elves. If you plan on being an elven sorcerer or priest, you'll want to go to Magira, home of the best magic academies. The shape of the city is a triangle. At each corner of the triangle, there's a tower. The towers send out a wall of magic energy that surrounds the outline of the city. There are not many trees in the city. Most of the things there are roads, the buildings, and water. The water are used to transport wonder dust. The three main waterways are wide rivers that are located in the middle of each side of the triangle. The buildings are mostly made out of white stone. This is also the home of the Oracle of the West. The Oracle sits on top of a wonder dust filled fountain located at the center of the city.

Home of the Furtos race. For centuries, it was unexplored because the hundreds of thousands of colossal trees made Furtos Woods seem like a Labrynth. The Furtos had been living in these woods and know their way around. The huge variety of plants had given them medicine. The numerous types of fruits and vegetables had given them food. Lastly, the wood creatures had aided them during times where the Furtos's small body wasn't strong enough. Nymphs, walking trees, talking flowers, and other mystical beings also roam in the woods.

Josaburg is a dwarven city fortified by very thick walls. Because the dwarfs are excellent blacksmith and craftsmen, everything is made of metal and stone that are shiny and expertly crafted. However, that is not what Josaburg is famous for. Most dwarven cities are shiny and fortified. What is special about Josaburg is that there is an underground mine that is under the city. There are even buildings in underground, making it part of the city as well. The middle circle is where the rich and noble lives, where the expensive and exquisite shops are located and where the upscale Inn's and restaurants are located. All of the houses here are quite large and made of both white stone and wood and the Mithwendor Castle is located in the middle of it all (surrounded by large walls of course). Some count the castle as a fourth area, but in reality it belongs to the noble district. The noble district itself is surrounded by a large stone wall and a moat. It has four entrances from the middle class area and is guarded at all times, to make sure that beggars and "other filth" is kept outside. The middle section is the Middle Class Area, but it branches out to the edges of the town in the east and south to keep people that enter the city safe from thieves and to keep them from entering the filty streets of what's commonly known as "the warrens". The middle class section is very diverse and houses people from all over the middle class scale. Here you can find everything from budget shopping to nice restaurants and cafés as well as decent Inns. Visitors in Mithwendor are adviced to keep their valuables close when travelling in the middle class section as there are many children from the warrens that act as pickpockets on the crowded streets. Visitors are also adviced to take care of where they walk as you don't have to make many wrong turns in some parts of the good areas to stumble into the warrens. The warrens is the outermost section of the city, most houses here are made entirely of wood and some are clearly rotting to pieces. This is where the poor people live and the criminality rates in this area is sky high. People are murdered every night for food or money and women are especially in danger during the night as there are many rapists walking about. This is generally the only place in Mithwendor you'll find brothels (there is one in each of the other sections though) and it's surely the only place you can find street girls in. The harbor is located within the warrens but the areas around there are of better standard and it's not as dangerous as the other areas. Due to these reasons most of the Inns that are located within the Warrens are found near the harbor and due to the large amount of sailors coming through there's always a good deal of people staying in them at all times. Something that is curious about Mithwendor is that they have two governments, sort of speak. One is the official government, ruled by the royal family and the nobility and the other is an underground government located within the warrens called the "Shianna". Shianna are the ones keeping track of all the prostitutes and organized crime within the city and they are the ones that control the assassins. Exactly who rules the Shianna is unknown, all that is known is that the ruler has three subordinates; The Brothel Mother, The King of Thieves and The Resonator.

A flourishing city built inside the wood of living, Elephant Redwood(Named for just how wide, thick, and durable they are) trees. They use the bark that they strip and wood they hollow to make furnishings and other things. They know the only way to kill a Elephant Redwood is to completely cut it down, so they do not mind. The animals live in harmony with the humans, as there is a layer of wood they only hollow to make windows.

Viemvear is a Demon plane Parallel to Kerulia, and is in fact where most of the sinners in Kerulia go after they die, There are many spirit beasts that in fact dwell in Viemvear, Including the Veirnar, and all sorts of Devils and demons, This plane is unknown to Kerulians

Sahiel Woods are located east of Leya, in the only border this Nation has to non-human territory. Sahiel is known for it's large variety of Medicinal Plants, and is the main reason Leyans are the lost advanced in traditional as well as more in-depth medicine. This forest has in the past, however, been the residence of an ancient race of Plantoids. The only traces left of this civilization are two Graveyards, found somewhere in this forest. On each Grave is a plant. Each of these plants have superb healing uses, which could heal any illness. But there is a side effect. These plants are seeds. Whoever ingests even a single cell from these plants will become the host of this Plantoid's embryo. There are also several kinds of wild animals in Sahiel, so it is discouraged to trespass without either decent protection, or someone who has ingested a seed. Trees in Sahiel can sometimes show different locations, due to reflection tricks from the foliage. Due to trees being carnivores, it is suggested that you only go near the tree if you are willing to feed it a snack in exchange for your life.

Appearance A race of humanoid felines. They have an average size about the same as humans. They live twice as long though, with the oldest known dying at 248 (he had an healthy life style). Life expectancy is only 80-100 though, because most Klahn are reckless. They are covered in fur except for the pads on their feet, toes, palms and finger tips. The color of their fur has a wide color range, almost every thing but bright yellows, greens, reds, and blues. Eyes are the same. Their skin color is odd, as different fingers and palm pads can have different colors. Fur patterns include strips, spots, patches, sploshes, and some fades. Though the young are fond of dying fur in different patterns. They do have hair, the term for it in their language, Kerio, roughly translates to 'thick/long/bushy fur tipping the head and spine' so they use hair and mane for short. Diet Dis Klahn are carnivorous and have little use or need for plants in their diet. They might sometimes eat a leaf or fruit for medicinal purposes. They mostly prefer their food raw and freshly killed, but they do appreciate good cooking, though rare meat is still preferred. You can actually poison and maybe a Klahn with more than three servings of fruit within six hours since they cannot digest it and the natural sugars may ferment cause alcohol poisoning (they are extreme light weights in terms of drinking.) To them, most things are prey, though they prefer herbivores over carnivores. Clothing Within their private homes and communities, they generally abstain from clothes aside from straps for holding tools and such, but pants are a fad (can't beat pockets.) In the general populace, they were pants and tops (mostly women) as not to offend anyone. Abilities They have long limbs and narrow shoulders. Their tails are prehensile and have an interesting tip that can harden and be used as a club. They shift easily from bipedal to quadruped as wells as from plantigrade to digitigrade locomotion with some interesting bone structures. Their jaws are able to unhinge. They can exert a pressure of over 500 pounds with a good bite. Unlike humans, they can regrow lost teeth. While they have five fingers, they only have four toes. They are natural predators and fighters and have large fangs and teeth, and claws. They have a lower pain sensitivity, faster healing and good senses. There smell is about 30 times better than a humans and their hearing is super acute. They are extremely adaptive and can change to fit most environments (for example if they move from the north to a hot area, they shed their thicker coats within three days for a lighter one.) Powers Magic wise, they are skilled with manipulating plants. For example, they 'grow' plants into their homes over two to seven days. Cas'ten are the major magic users. They wield basic telekinetic magic and elemental magics. Klahn are renown for their teleportation magic. Like the Chesire cat, they can fade away from sight, teleporting up to twenty feet. They don't have to move either, they can Fade an arm to avoid a hit them Fade it back. Masters are capable of long ranges but they use a different kind than the Fade, known as the Drift. They ride the Currents that surround the world to get to another location. Trips can take anywhere from a few seconds to an hour. Sliding a weaker from of the Drift that lets them move at extreme speeds over the land. Cas'ten are marked by long whisker like fur/hair growing from the tip of their ears known as Tennic. They often grow longer ears as they age as well. Shelter They don't built elaborate cities, sticking to simpler homes. They either live in trees and tree-houses or small hut shelters in plains, just to keep dry. The largest homes would be for expectant mothers and her kits. They are not really materialistic either; living as hunter gatherers they don't accumulate much.

Appearance Furtos are furry creatures that only grow up to about two and a half feet tall. (Rare ones can grow up to three feet). They do walk on two feet and have a body like that of a small human child. They usually have pointed ears, but a few are born with floppy ears. Their nose is always stubby. The Furtos come in a variety of colors, but nothing red, blue, purple, orange, and other odd colors. They also have small eyes. They look like this, but imagine them with more fur and no head hair. What are Furtos? The Furtos are peaceful creatures. They believe that all life is sacred, and they try to preserve nature. They are also vegetarians. Animals in Furtos Woods, the name of the forest they live in, have learned to trust the Furtos race to the point where taming is unnecessary, but they are still terrific tamers. They originated in a big forest mainly consisting of colossal trees. The Furtos never dared to try to venture out of the forest. They were happy with where they were. Fruit, vegetables, and medicine was provided by the different trees and plants. They weren't found by the other races since the western part of Kerulia still need more exploration. They were also hard to find because their villages were located deep into the forest. Because of the isolation, the Furtos weren't familiar with the outside world. It wasn't until a human explorer found them that they even found out that there were more intelligent creatures besides them. The human explorer told them all the wonders of Kerulia, but the Furtos weren't interested. Many stayed in Furtos Woods and kept their traditions. There were some Furtos who did find their way out of the forest, but several immediately went back in. What's special about them? They "have a way with animals," and almost all of them have pets. Many use their pets for self defense. Not only that, they're good at making herbs and potions out of plants. Also, they are quick, have good dexterity, and are stronger than one might think. Combined with good stealth, they make good fighters. Their fighting skills however are barely used because of their peaceful nature.

Gnomes, Tinker's in the Dirt Written by Giorg Kaern, Racologist Small diminutive creatures that are most often found in caves and tunnels, gnomes are queer creatures that live in low light conditions but are adapted to handle bright lights. They do venture out above ground, but the majority of the civilization lies below the surface. They are one of the more advanced races, but also appear to be the least advance because of the nature of disrepair, mess and overall unsafe dangerous look of their creations, most resembling nothing more than scraps cobbled together from the discards of a blacksmith, tanner and miner, often held together with strips of cloth and dubious looking bots. Even knowing this is due mostly to their spontaneous and eccentric nature is little comfort to one who takes a ride on the rickety lift down into one of their many cities. Appearance Gnomes are generally between one and two feet tall. They have skinny limbs, small bodies and large disproportionate heads. Their hands and feet are the same, possessing six digits that are double-jointed and can bend in different directions. Their digits also have three joints instead of the two that are common to most other species like humans. They have wide mouths, large soft noses and a pair of massive eyes. Their eyes have three membranes; a clear one that acts like protective goggles for water, smoke, dust, etc, and two darker ones that act as shades for bright lights. Their eye lids close sideways. They are often are dark skinned, in earthy colors. Culture Gnome culture is about building, mining and creating. They are ruled by the gnome that builds the most spectacular creation during the election. Aside from that, they is no real structure to the society. Every gnome builds for itself, grows its own food and takes care of its own mistakes. They switch feely between the pronouns it and he. Gnomes are all about making things, no matter how strange and useless it may seem. Ecology Gnomes primarily live off funguses and subterranean mosses they scrape from rocks with their sharp front teeth. They also gain essential nutrients from rocks and earth so they each them too, using their flat tough back teeth. They are insectivores and eat the occasional fish. They are asexual, reproducing by laying eggs-like cocoons, or cocoon-like eggs . Their genetic code is prone to mutation and is the source of diversity within the population. They made eggs (called crusps) first by producing a mass of cells around their bodies, primarily their throats, over a period of a week or so then mixing the thick cell paste into dirt, iron and other minerals and forming a large ball. The ball hardens into a nigh impenetrable mass that can remain dormant for centuries. When the crusp maker dies, his death sends shocks over the telepathic link he maintains with his crusps and causes them to break open in a few hours. The new gnome if full formed and has a portion of the memories of their maker. They are one of the races that does not know natural death. The oldest known gnome died at 1467 years, 245 days, 5 hours and 32 minutes. He died when his magic hour glass, designed to reverse time, reversed him to a lump of cells (the cells eventually regrew, but he forgot everything about who he was and had mutations in his DNA, effectively making him a new person.) They are considerable stronger than they look, capable of lifting over ten times their own weight. Their bones are precipitates or iron and their cells can endlessly regenerate. A good ability to have considering half the population blows themselves up before breakfast, often to get breakfast. Magic Gnomes have an interesting relationship with magic. They cannot wield it themselves, but they can influence it and use to power their creations (like the golem fad they started a few centuries back.) Magic also makes them a bit (extremely) crazy and eccentric by the standards of other races, but that madness is what makes them so inventive and allows them to live. (A gnome actually experimented with that, placing some [s]victims[/s] volunteers in a magic isolated room and seeing the results. They were dreadful bores and practically drones until their magic was returned.) Gnomes make the best magic weapons and magic storage devices, often without even realizing or thinking about it. (from "Guide to the Peoples")

What is a Lamia? Lamias are quite rare creatures that are feared by most, yet not believed to be real by all. A Lamia is most commonly a woman (as male Lamias are forbidden due to their religion and are thus hunted and killed off by Lamian Priestesses), with a mystical sense of charm exceeding from her. She doesn't have a need for food or water, neither does she need to breathe. The only thing she really needs to stay alive, is blood from a living creature, most preferably a creature with a soul (i.e human, they can feed from animals but they give them only a tenth of the nurture they get from human blood). To stay strong a Lamia needs to feed daily, although she doesn't need to drain the victim completely in this case. Most Lamias tend to drain their victims anyways, or kill them by other means for safety measures, unless the victim is a believer of Thanata (the religion of Lamias and those who worship Lamias) whom would most likely offer their blood willingly (even if this would mean they die without rising as a Lamia themselves). If a Lamia doesn't feed she will grow paler and weaker for each day that passes, making it more obvious to the genreal public what they really are. Male Lamias: Male Lamias are very rare and continusly travel around in an attempt to stay alive. It is rumored that male Lamias can constantly hear their goddess, Thanata, whisper ill meaning things in their ear and that they constantly feel watched, thus causing them to be very paranoid. A male Lamia most often just tries to blend in with the crowd and to be very anonymous to avoid drawing attention to themselves, especially from female Lamias and believers of Thanata as this would most likely lead to their death (well, re-death). A male Lamia possesses all the same powers as a female Lamia but they rarely get extremely powerful as their life spans often tend to be quite short. There are a few very old male Lamias scattered about in Kerulia, but these are not known by name by anyone as this would lead to their imminent death. Male Lamias tend to feed more often than the females to keep their skin being a blushy "living" color and they are very talented when it comes to faking breathing as they tend to do it even when sleeping. Appearance: All Lamias look different as they all maintain the same appearance as they had when they were turned. However, all Lamias share some physical traits which shall be stated here. All Lamias are naturally pale as they have no blood running through their veins, if they have fed recently they will have a healthy blush to them though. The eyes of a Lamia always have a slight hint of either red or purple to them, but this is very hard to see as it only flashes by every now and then, most often when the Lamia is angered or excited in some way. Powers: Lamias, male and female, all share the same powers. They have heightened strength, endurance, speed, dexterity, sight, heal abnormally fast and hearing as well as a certain charm that seems to be elluding from them which is near hypnotizing. This alluring charm makes them seem more beautiful than they really are (because the rumour of all Lamias being beutiful is a lie) and by looking a person in the eye they become extremely pursuasive which is very similar to hypnosis. Weaknesses: Lamias fear sunlight at it is directly leathal to them if their bodies are exposed to it. They can move about during the day if covered up completely with clothes, however, they will still be extremely vulnerable and weak during the day. If a Lamia doesn't feed it will become weaker by the day and most Lamias will starve to death if they don't feed within a week. If a Lamia hasn't fed within 4 days it will need assistance in catching it's pray as it is much too frail to overpower someone by their own accord and they will be unable to use their allure. During the day a Lamia won't heal wounds automatically and a Lamia who hasn't fed for 3-4 days heal very slowly. They cannot grow new limbs if they are chopped off and if their heads are removed from their bodies they will die immediately. A Lamia will aslo die instantly if their heart is punctured and they cannot heal any non-leathal damage done to their hearts. Thanata: The religion of all Lamias is called Thanata, which is also the name of their Goddess. A good 85% of the followers are women but there are some men that follow the beliefs as well. Only women may go through the very gruesome and painful ritual to become a Lamia but every now and then male Lamias are created, most often by a Lamia whom they have an affair with. To turn a man into a Lamia is punishable by death according to Lamian laws, as is being a male Lamia. Thanata occasionally speaks to all her Lamia's, she whispers words of encouragement to the females and threats to the males, she speaks more often to priestesses. Female Lamias are viewed as demi-gods by the human followers (male Lamias are considered walking sins basically, it's the worst thing in the entire world) and most of them constantly offer their blood to local Lamias. This causes human believers to be quite pale and frail most of the time as they often don't have the time to replenish the blood that was taken from them before they offer it again. A Lamia will never drain a believer unless it is completely necessary or done by accident, however, believers do not fear being drained and if to be drained is actually considered to be the most worthy death one can meet. Blood is of course a central part of the religion and it is considered to be holy. To spill blood without reason is considered to be something bad, this only applies to human believers of course as Lamias don't actually bleed. A human believer of Thanata would be terribly upset if they accidentally cut themselves and thus spilled blood. The Ritual to become a Lamia: To become a Lamia is very gruesome and painful ritual, that not everyone survives. The ritual is something you are picked for and to be offered to become Lamia is the greatest blessing a person can get. Once a person is picked, she will go to a chapel along with two to five priestesses where a circle has been painted on the floor with blood. The chosen will undress completely and stand in the middle of the circle while the priestess(es) chant an ancient chant. While they chant the chosen will stab and cut themselves repeatedly while drinking blood from a bowl offered by one priestess. This goes on until the chosen faints from bloodloss, at this point the priestess who forced blood down her throat will join in the chant while burying the body of the chosen in the middle of the circle. The next night the chosen will rise as a Lamia, unless (s)he managed to die from the bloodloss. Curiosities: Lamias cannot feed from anything related to trolls, goblins or giants and centaurs and Furtos are treated as "soul-less" creatures (i.e animals).

Appearance L'nyencros grow to be 4 feet exactly, with no deviations from this. They are pure white in coloration, with soft skin compareable to a human. They are completely hairless, with two to three flat horns protruding from their skull. They have a single long tail that extends for at least 4 feet, they commonly keep their tail curled up against their body. There is only one opening on their body, their mouth, which they only use to communicate with other species, and even then it's just a formality; the majority of their communication is telepathic. Their hands possess four short fingers, that end in a curve. The fingers have one uniform shade that the L'nyencro shares with it's tail and feet. The feet are similar, possessing four toes and a very emphasised ball heel. Society L'nyencros have an odd society when compared to others, and yet it's very straight forward. Their society is akin to chess pieces. When a L'nyencro is born, it instantly belongs to one class. Pawn, Bishop, Knight, Rook, King, or Queen. The final two being extremely rare, only occuring once or twice in a millenia. Pawns are the lowest class, but for sure not the worst. They, like all L'nyencros, possess psionic ability. An average L'nyencro can lift up 20 times their weight, at least. Bishops and Knights are stronger variants of Pawns. Bishops focus on empowering their psionic powers, while Knights take a more 'savage' path by also using weaponry. Rooks take on a completely different role entirely, using 'machines' to fight their battles. Along with psionic abilities, Rooks also possess a knack for machines and gadgetry. Kings and Queens are relatively unknown when it comes to their abilities, as it's extremely rare to meet one. These preset racial jobs are very restricting, if you're born into the Pawn class you will not be able to advance, and the same for the other classes. Even when faced with this, most L'nyencros are not bothered. The majority accept their positions in this hierchy. While being born to a military caste, it doesn't mean you are automatically and completely confined to only doing that job, that is only your job for the military. Outside of military situations you are allowed to do anything you please, and considering L'nyencros prefer to maintain peace with other civilizations, the military castes are merely formalities. So what is a L'nyencro anyways? L'nyencros are extremely intelligent beings capable of psionic abilities. They are deeply intwined with the history of Kerulia, and with space. They have been known to be great scholars and wizards, with their power being famed to even be able to warp time. While they are extremely intelligent, they are also extremely fragile. As of lately, their population has dwindled down to about 1,000. Various new diseases have been plagueing the race and their numbers have been dwindling, making the already uncommon race extremely rare. The remaining ones live in small groups beneath the Earth, often near an ocean or large lake. Technology L'nyencro technology is just a tad above Dwarven tech. Their designs are much simpler and fluid, a stark contrast to the dwarve's almost steampunk spin on their machines. Besides that they don't have much individually as a race. While they can make 'robots' and 'guns', they are terribly basic and the majority of L'nyencros ignore them for their psionic powers. Rook suit's are their highest form of technology, being large suits of metallic armor containing a cockpit inside for the L'nyencro, the suit itself is only about 8 to 9 feet tall and while powerful, doesn't contain much 'gizmos'. The suit's defenses are different for each Rook. Define 'Psionic' L'nyencros are powerful psionics, meaning they are on the level of psychics. Psionics however, use their mental power not only for telepathic purposes, but combat purposes as well. Each L'nyencro has a 'piece' (an object of sorts) that allows them to channel and contain their psionic energies, if the piece were to break, the L'nyencro loses their abilities until they can find a new one. They can lift objects, communicate telepathically, and invade an enemy's head. Depending on the L'nyencro's skill and rank, they can cause confusion among enemies, read their thoughts, or even erase their most recent memories.

Appearance: Minecraftians look like normal humans, but their body parts are composed by blocks, as in, each body part is blocky. The torso is one part, the legs are another, the two arms, and their heads. Minecraftians take on the appearance of other people, but with a pixilated look. They are about half the size of a normal height human. Some people relate them to Mimics, Ditto, and such creatures. Due to their small height, many Minecraftians are mistaken for Dwarves, one of their pet peeves. They have a life expectancy of 100, but not many live past the age of 40 due to the fact many of them die to enemies in caves and the like. With some magic, the Minecraftians have produced a spell which allows them to alter their appearance. Because of this, you can never really be sure how old a Minecraftian is. Life Style: Minecraftians often have a nomadic life style, living wherever their current food source is, or wherever they feel like exploring. Most Minecraftians make a living by exploring deep caves, and raiding the treasures inside, if nomadic, or by farming, if not. They are a simple race, although a few Minecraftians have created a living using the Redstone Circuitry developed from the Redstone Ore. The majority of miners in the civilization trade their own goods with the other races, although more often then not they use what they find instead. Others sign up as Warriors to defend miners and farmers in small towns. Minecraftians don’t need to eat, but eating can heal their injuries. Contact With Other Races: Minecraftians are not a secluded race. They travel and trade with many of the races, all of them except for the Rontage. Even though they trade with the Lamia, more often then not they don’t know it. When it comes to Elves, Dis Klahn, and the Furtos, they respect them for what they have done to survive. They are partial to the Dwarves. due to their mines, although they still don’t like being mistaken as one. They are most involved in trade with the Dwarves, but there are a few Minecraftians that instead trade with Elves. There are a few Minecraftians that worship the Lamia, but they can not be picked out due to the fact that a Minecraftians look only changes as they want it to. They cannot give blood to a Lumia, as their blood is a thick substance that keeps them from bleeding because of how many cuts they suffered from their work in the mines. Abilities: All Minecraftians are skilled craftsmen and miners. Since the race first started, they survived by mining and farming, and continue to do so til this day. Very few Minecraftians live in cities, preferring to build their own homes or just small towns. They can fight, either close with a sword, or long range with a bow. Lately, more advances are being made with their crafting technology, but they still have much respect for the way they have always done things. Minecraftians have pocket dimensions where they can carry anything they would need. They can carry up to forty stacks of items. Only sixty-four items can be in a stack. Due to the way these people work, they are hardier then most races, and can last longer without air then any of the air-breathing races.

What are Rontage The Rontage looks somewhat like a spider, with the body of a snake coming out of the torso. (Imagine the spider monkey in Spy Kids, just with a snake instead) Two of its legs can convert into arms, for holding weapons. The legs of the Rontage drip with poison, and are moderately sharp. They can still spin webs. The snake part can be two things, depending on the age and gender. If a male, the snake part is a viper, and the poison grows stronger as the Rontage grows. For Female, It is a constrictor, and grows stronger as it ages, until it's too old for it to use its muscles. Shelter Rontages live in cities made of interconnecting webs. These web cities are usually made in forests, but they can make webs anywhere. They usually make cities at places where there's food nearby. Food Rontage will only eat the insects in itss web if it can't find any other food. Rontages feed on flesh and use the water inside its victim as its water. The Rontages's idea of eating is: The bigger , the better. Rontages do not like to share with other races, and are very territorial. They have no leader, and they have no laws, except do not kill each other. Abilities Rontages are actually rather intelligent, and know how to use some of the basic spell, and also have a good fighting ability with weapons. Without weapons, though, they are just as good. The Rontage race is one of the fastest runners, using all eight legs. They know how to make clothes out of almost anything, and the Rontage's web is known as the softest thing known to man.

Slian are, for all intensive purposes, a Hive Mind. Each Slian within a certain range extends their influence to the other Slian within around 10 miles, sharing thoughts and experiences. All these thoughts are collected by a Brood Mother, which is normally the center of the 10 mile radius. The Brood Mother is the main controller of her group, capable of directing multiple Slia at once. If a Brood Mother should die, each surrounding Slia linked to that Brood Mother will essentially become helpless, being unable to perform voluntary acts, only able to maintain a position and breathe. A Brood Mother is not without restrictions, however. At the center of a 100 mile circle is the Slian Queen. This Queen is able to interact with each Brood Mother in the world, thus indirectly influencing each Slia.

A normal Slia, or "Drone," appears as a bipedal humanoid, with what look to be two spider-esque limbs as locomotion. Extending from a Drone's shoulders are two sinewy arms, that slowly become scalier until where the hands on a human would be, there are three "fingered" claws, two normal, one opposable. The head is like a human head, but lacks teeth. The eyes have a permanent "glazed over" look, as Slia are blind, but evolution has not yet caught up with this fact. Drones interact with the world by "sensing" others, getting a general idea of where everything is.

Brood Mothers are often considered the "weirdest" of the three breeds, unsurprising, seeing as there is little relation to a humanoid, and Queens are not sighted often enough to have their appearance be common knowledge. This breed's body is composed of what can only be described as a giant silvery white cocoon, suspended by eight spider legs, which only allow a slow means of transportation. Brood Mothers, when not interacting through their brethren, can interact with other sentient beings by empathetically sending emotions to a recipient, but are unable to directly talk or speak. Brood Mothers carry a large role in Slia colonies, being the main source of Drones. Each Brood Mother is capable of asexually reproducing up to five drones at a time, which, when born, become part of that particular Brood Mother's Hive Mind. If a drone under a Hive Mind dies, its corresponding Brood Mother immediately stops moving in order to begin the process of making a new one. It is possible for a Brood Mother to die by somehow being forced to create six or more drones.

Slian Queens are rare, usually one for every two hundred Brood Mothers. A Slian Queen appears as multiple spider joints writhing out of the ground, which is where most of the body is located. If dug up, the body of a Slian Queen is a mass, a five meter orb of some sort of fleshy substance. Slian Queens asexually reproduce Brood Mothers, which remain inside the protective territory of the Queen until the Brood Mother has sired at least five drones. Without going into detail, the loose ground that the queen is located under moves away as the Queen rises up, and released the Brood Mother. Slian Queens are notable for being the only breed of Slia that can talk. In the same way that she gives birth, a Queen rises up, and uses nearby limbs to vibrate an external vocal cord, creating the necessary sound waves for speech. It is unknown whether Queen can actually move. All documented Queens have remained in one place since documentation.

Strangely, the Slia understand that, unlike themselves, other races are composed of completely sentient beings, and as such, each death matters. Because of this the Slia only rarely are agressive, mostly just rearing and doing what they can to remain alive. In terms of interacting with cultures, Slia flock to civilized areas, usually mistaking the constant movement for the movement of a Queen's limbs. These patterns result in the stereotype that Slia are not all that bright, which is half true, seeing as Drones are not even sentient. It was even by interacting with others that Slia developed names. Greater interaction with curious explorers led to many an explorer getting confused whether they had interacted with this Brood Mother or Queen yet. It was an inconsequential change, and it made others happier, so each Queen quickly adopted their own system for giving names to their brethren.

Slia have multiple chinks in their metaphorical armor, the most major of which is their blindness. Each breed has its own way of "sight," but no breed can actually see. The other major problem is the reliance on a hierarchy. If something were to happen to a Queen, the Brood Mothers would go crazy. If something happened to the Brood Mothers, the Drones would, in essence, be dead. There are no checks and balances to prevent this, so it seems that Queens are a cornerstone, the only reason Slia even exist.

What are the Tengu? Ancestors of the Tengu had always associated themselves with demonic magic. Centuries of curses, transformations, and cross breeding had led them to what they are now. They are often mischievous, causing havoc and confusion to anyone they want to steal land from. Because of this, they are often driven out of the land they stole, but then they'll just go somewhere else and steal someone else's land. Today, they reside in the island nation of Iyoko, where a colony of dwarfs used to live. The Tengu drove the dwarfs out simply by stealing their clothes and other precious items. Although they are troublemakers, they're not very aggressive. In fact, the they haven't even had a big war with anyone despite constantly stealing land. Appearance Some say that the Tengu were once human, but no one knows for sure. They look human, but quite different also. They have long white hair, hunchbacks, and long noses. Perhaps the biggest difference between them and the humans is that the Tengu have red skin. Also, they wear any clothes they find or make. Fashion isn't very big on them. Abilities Many are able to do simple demonic spells such as controlling someone else's body movements, but spells require a lot of energy. Energy capacity is something the Tengu need to work on. They can, of course, talk to dead spirits who still roam Kerulia. If you were a skilled Tengu, you were able to raise skeletons to fight for you. The chiefs of the Tengu are usually the best necromancer. Shapeshifting is also an ability they posses. Usually, they can only shape shift into something that's the same size as them and or close to the same shape.

Veirnar (Vey-ir-nar) are Spirits that Dwell in Viemvear, but in fact had been powerful enough to go in an out at will via shadows of certain places, They are humanoid and extremely intelligent. all Veirnar are female and tend to abduct anything to mate with. Appearance and typical Lifespan: Pure-breed Veirnars do not have any solid appearance and are in fact almost non-existent, due to many dying of old age and other causes(Hybrid Veirnars can live a little past 20 Millenia, while Pure-breeds can only live 500 years). Pure-breed Veirnars tend to look like some sort of Amorphous Dark slime that takes a humanoid appearance. Hybrid Veirnars tend to be a humanoid version of what the hell ever it's "Mother" mated with in appearance. Relations with other nations: Veinars are refered as part of the "Darkness" that the Oracle of the North Speaks of, but in fact, they are very peaceful creatures unless threatened, They are in fact a nightmare to fight cause they tend to literally come out of nowhere Most Northern Dwellers tend hate Veirnars with a burning passion, despite their peaceful views. However, they tend to like to pull pranks and are often an annoyance. They are partial towards Lamia, being fellow undead, however, some Veinars expected Lamia to be more Serpentine(They encounter Serpentine Lamia in Viemvear) Diet: They are Omnivorous, which can be a clear giveaway, but to keep their racial identity a secret, They try to match the diet of their "Father" Powers and weaknesses: Most Veinars are capable of extreme magic, but however they are unable to cast magic when exposed to Sunlight. They also cannot be exposed to anything "Holy"(i.e. Crosses) since they come from a Demon Realm

No, a 2-legged, two armed, walking, talking, Volcano with a face. Master Red
I have the info for Lamias (vampires for you simpletons) done, still working on my character
What is a Lamia? Lamias are quite rare creatures that are feared by most, yet not believed to be real by all.
