You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 8 or more from the field or your hand, at least 1 of the monster(s) tributed must be FIRE attribute. Blistering Punisher FIRE Level: 8 Pyro/Effect: This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Blistering Gateway". This card can not attack. As long as this card remains face-up on the field damage inflicted to your opponent by the effects of FIRE monsters except "Blistering Punisher" is doubled. Once per turn you can discard 1 FIRE monster from your hand to inflict damage equal half to that monster's ATK. ATK: 2400 DEF: 2000 Link to comment
