YES. Or how about "When this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, return one monster on the field back to the owner's hand for every non-Tuner that was used for the Synchro Summon."? That way it can be used to bounce 2+ monsters and cause far more shenanigans. Just an opinion / thought. Either way though, Penguins need an awesome Tuner.

Alright, that thing's pretty cool, I could see it getting played in all sorts of stuff, not just Penguins, especially with Surfacing out, it could be used pretty much amazingly, spamming out monsters. Now, a very slight OCG fix here.

When this card is sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon, select [b]1[/b] monster your opponent controls, and return it to the owners hand.

That's about the only problem I can see and that's just me being pedantic. I think this is a great tuner and as aI said,I'd play it most anywhere.

but you can already do that O_O. Big Emperor--->Dewloren---->Formula---->Stardust. Play Surfacing into another formula and you got shooting.

EDIT: Darn, it wasn't. Divine Penguin Valley would have been world's #1 Deck due to proness. Still, interesting card.
