Anyway, in a lot of ways, it's useless, but most of the time it's OP, imo.

The problem is that no matter how high of a cost you have, it's the benefit that's the problem. In a roleplay, it's fine. IRL, maybe not.

OCG fix:

Pay half your Life Points. Reduce the levels of every monster in your hand by 4.

It's like a dual Cost Down.

Ya its supposed to be like that i am using it in Rp and My deck is mostly lv4 or lower monster because my Ace Card Star Mutant

Pay any number of Life Points in multiples of 500.(max. 4) Reduce the Level of 1 monster you control or that is in your hand by 1 for each 500 Life Points you paid, for the rest of the deul.
