"Very Well. I'm tuning my Level 1 World Flower, with the level 5 Sickle-Thorned Flower in my graveyard." Isaac placed his hand-in front of the graveyard-slot as his Sickle-thorned Flower monster card ejected, he took it and held it up, and it vanished into light. However, stars of light appeared from where the card once was, five of them. They floated up and went towards Isaac's World Flower, which open'd it's rose, revealing it's insides. The level stars went into the mouth of the flower and then the flower changed to a single-green star before turning into a single large ring. Finally, a beam of light struck the aliened stars inside the ring and a new monster was born. "I Synchro Summon, Splendid Rose!" A humanoid-figure wearing green with thorned-whips protruding from it's back appeared on the field. "Splendid Rose's monster effect activates. "Isaac then took another one the plant's in his graveyard, the Earth Eater card and removed it from play. "By removing from play 1 plant-type monster in my graveyard, the Attack of one of your monster's becomes halved. Which means your Cyber End Dragon now has 2000 Attack! Battle! Splendid Rose, attack his Malefic Cyber End Dragon!" Isaac looked at the face-down he set the last turn. "[i]This is my chance...![/i]" Isaac watched, to see if his attack would go through.

Darren watched as his dragon had it's attack halved before being attacked and destroyed, "I take 200 points of damage from that, but will you attack again, or will you choose to end your turn there." Darren looked towards the card in his hand and his two face down cards, wondering if he would need to use them or not. "Go ahead, attack if you think you can beat me with it, but be warned, I might just catch you in a trap if you try to."

Isaac watched as his Splendid Rose tore Darren's Malefic Cyber End Dragon to pieces. "Alright!" Isaac said, as he then heard Darren's remark. "I don't need to attack a second time. I activate my Blossom Bombardment trap card!" Isaac flailed his right-arm to the side, revealing the face-down he set last turn. "This card can be activated when a plant-type monster i control destroyed one of your monsters. It will then inflict damage to you equal to your monster's original attack. Malefic Cyber End Dragon has a total of four-thousand!" Now all Isaac had to do was wait for the effects of his trap card to kick-in and the duel would be his. However, Darren had two-face downs, will they stop his Blossom Bombardment?

"I will let your Blossom Bombardment trap go through, but only after I use Dark Reflection, to halve the damage and cause it to hit you instead, so now you are down to 300 life points but my field only has one face down card. What will you do, will you attack and try to finish this duel or will you end your turn and let me get another Malefic dragon to end the duel with." Darren watched him, wondering if the taunt would work or not to get his opponent to try a last ditch attack and get caught by his Magic Cylinder.

"Nnngh.." Isaac grunted as the blast of Dark Reflection pushed him back, stopping the effect damage of his blossom-bombardment. "Splendid Rose's second ability activates. By removing from play 1 plant-type monster in my graveyard, i can half it's attack and attack once more." Isaac took out and removed from play, the Poison Cycad monster card, the first monster he sent to the graveyard. Splendid Rose jumped forward once more to attack Darren, raising it's whip-like thorns to attack. "Either way, even if i didn't attack the duel was going to be over. Reveal your last card..." Isaac had a grim-feeling in his voice, he too knew the duel was over.

[Reinforce]

"Thank-you, my last card is the trap card, Magic Cylinder, which negates the attack and inflicts damage equal to the attack of the attacking monster. This duel is over, as Splendid Rose has more attack then your 300 remaining life points and so, the duel is over." Darren walked up to Isaac before saying, "That was one of the best duels I have had for a while, and I believe you are worthy of going into the Dark Thorn dorm, so go, and don't make this decision the wrong one." As Darren walked back to where the next duel would be held, he though 'I believe that this duelist might be worthy of the one of the greatest of the Dark Legendary cards, Last Thorn Draco, but he will have to find that out himself, and if he is, the card will reveal itself to him in time.'

!!! "Damn.." Isaac said as he got pushed back, and his life-points are reduced to zero. Isaac stood up straight as Darren headed towards him. He listened to what Darren had to say and kept his emotions shut. He cracked a smile when Darren had invited him into the Dark Thorn Dorm, the dorm Isaac was aiming for. "Thank you Sir." Isaac said, trying not to crack and laugh over-psychotically. Isaac soon ran-out of the stadium, to get out of Darren's way and to let out his joy in a strange psychotic cackle. "Perfect! My enemies will know only fear." Isaac finally calmed down after a few moments. In his hand, he held a card, a black-card known as Exceed monster. "My lady, your guidance was right." Isaac said, as if he was speaking to the card. After a few moments, Isaac came too. "I wonder if others are being tested now." Isaac said, slipping the card-somewhere safe and returning to the Stadium.

[Mecha Love]

"My turn. Draw!"
Alex sighed "Not quite the card I wanted but it may help me. I Normal Summon, Elemental Baby Dragon: Water in Defense Mode. Now, solarius, attack the guard!"
Solarius dragon charged up another beam of energy. However a pale blue aura surrounded the guard, preventing any possible damage. Alex also sensed this girl had more developed powers, without realising it

"What are you planning" Alex thought.

[Spell Master]

As the instructor declared his attack and targeted Emilia's monster, a large explosion appeared where her monster was. When the dust settled, her monster was still there. Emilia tried to explain out loud but her head down low, "[color="#FF00FF"]As long as my Angel is in defense mode, she[/color]....[color="#FF00FF"]she can't be destroyed by monster attacks[/color]." Looking back up at her opponents dragon, she felt more and more scared.
"[color="#FFA500"]Strength[/color]......[color="#FFA500"]of[/color].......[color="#FFA500"]courage[/color].."
Emilia blinks and looks around and thinks to herself, [b]what was that[/b]? [b]I could of sworn I heard something[/b]? [b]But what[/b]?

"Ah. I see! Clever move. I hadn't anticipated that. Be more confident, you are a great duelist! Have courage."
Alex smiled as if he'd just made a bad joke. "Also Izo of there should have some more hope in you."
Looking at the expression on Emilia's face, Alex judged that it was almost time for her powers to be released.

"Good. We're almost there. Whether they will activate in this duel or in the next, only the cards, and time will tell." He thought.

"I'll end my turn."

Seaek noticed a kid wearing the colors of the Aztec Guardians dorm reentering the stadium. [color="#000080"][i]Wonder why he's here,[/i][/color] Seaek thought. [color="#000080"][i]Looks like he passed his entry exam.[/i][/color] After running the scenario through his head a couple times, several possible explanations popped up. 1: He was here to offer encouragement to the exam-goers. Possible, not likely. 2: He was gathering intel on the future student's decks, so he had an advantage. That was maybe a bit more likely, as Seaek was doing just that. 3: The kid had come back to duel some more. Well, if that was what he was doing, maybe Seaek could duel him. He decided to run over and challenge the kid to a duel. Which he did.

[b]I wonder who's voice that was[/b], Emilia wondered. [b]Maybe I was just hearing things[/b]. When the instructor ended his turn, she snapped out of her thoughts and realized that it was her turn and said a few times I'm sorry. Drawing her card, she gazes at her hand to see if she has anything she could use. [b]I don't have anything strong enough to take that Dragon of his down[/b]. [b]I suppose I'll do this then[/b], "[color="#FF00FF"]I'll summon Angelra Sage Summoner - Meethina in defense mode[/color]." as her new monster appeared, she added, "[color="#FF00FF"]I[/color]....[color="#FF00FF"]I activate my Sages effect[/color]! [color="#FF00FF"]Once per turn, I get 2 angel tokens in defense mode with 300 attack and defense[/color]." Taking one more card from her hand, Emilia says, "[color="#FF00FF"]Then I guess I'll put this card face down[/color]." Looking at her field, she sighs lightly and mumbles, "[color="#FF00FF"]I can't do anything but defend[/color]. [color="#FF00FF"]I guess I am hopeless after all[/color]."

"...[color="#FFA500"]courage[/color]......[color="#FFA500"]of[/color]..[color="#FFA500"]the[/color]......[color="#FFA500"]heart[/color].."

Shocked by the voice again, Emilia looks around to see where it could be coming from. Still unable to find a point of source, she looks at her deck and says, "[color="#FF00FF"]Courage[/color]???"

Silver declined the offer of a duel from the guy who was named Jim, and headed back into the arena and watch more of the entrance exams he said to Jim [b]"sorry i have other stuff i need to do, duel ya late"[/b] He then shot off like a rocket and went into the direction of the arena [b][color="#800080"]"wait!! oh never mind he's gone, but when he does come back i'll beat him[/color][/b] When Silver got back to the arena and saw someone challenge a guy in the Aztec guardians uniform to a duel then Silver said [b]"i wish to duel some more too"[/b] so he walked around asking random people to duel by saying [b]"yoohoo anyone want to duel me?"[/b]

Nova was shocked to see Isaac lose. Isaac had seemed so sure of himself, but that must have been him being vain. When Isaac walked away, Nova saw him take out a card. There was something odd about the card. It was black, but it was not a dark synchro, there were stars around the border. Nova new that sort of card. It was an Exceed monster. They had been planned for released, but they were cancled for no reason. How on earth did Isaac get one? Nova knew a few had been given to people who had won a competition, but that wasn't Isaac. It was him. Nova took the card from his pocket, staring at it. Soon he would have to use it. It was his most powerful monster. No one knew he had it.

[Mecha Love]

Alex was deep in thoughvt as he drew a card from his deck. He sighed, as if waiting for something to happen.
[i]I hope her powers are released today. Naturally her power will be strongest when she first uses it. She'll have no control so the energy released will be at its peak. I'll lose the duel but no matter. Losses can bring you a step forward to your ultimate goal. I'll explain things to her privately, as well as find out any powers she may or may bit possess. Her deck is calling out to her. It's time. If I attack and intefere, then it might be lost. I could activate the face down and could possibly win. Yet my victory will not come from winning this duel.[/i]
"Straight to battle phase! Destroy the token!"
The sun dragon powered an attack and obliterated the token.
"End phase."

Still wondering what the voice meant by Courage, Emilia looked back at the field and started to think, [b]maybe[/b]....[b]maybe there is a way I could win[/b]. She draws her card and then says, "[color="#FF00FF"]I activate Graceful Charity from my hand to draw three cards and then discard two[/color]." Drawing her new cards, she notices something strange, there was a card that was never in there before. She was not sure how it got in there but it some how looked familiar, she decided to worry about it later and focused on the duel. "[color="#FF00FF"]I'll activate one of my face downs, Spirit Rebirth[/color]. [color="#FF00FF"]With this, I can bring back a monster from my graveyard in defense mode with 0 defense and 1 level lower[/color]. I[color="#FF00FF"] special summon my Angelra Knight - Acroma[/color]." Another angel like creature took to her field. Taking the card that wasn't in her deck before, Emilia says, "[color="#FF00FF"]I[/color].....[color="#FF00FF"]I summon Legendary Summoner[/color]!" A monster that her instructor had played before now is on her side of the field. She starts thinking, [b]I have only 1 Syncrho monster strong enough to match his dragon but at least it's some[/b].... broken of her thoughts, the Legendary summoner started to glow along with her token and her Acroma. [b]Wait, what[/b]?! She screamed in her head as her monsters began to merge. once finished, a burst of light exploded all over the duel arena as a new monster appeared. A dragon had appeared on her side of the field, one that she has never seen before. Shock as all can be, the dragon looks at her and says, "[color="#FFA500"]I've been waiting for you, young Emilia[/color]." It then looked over to the other dragon and said, "[color="#FFA500"]It's been a long time, Solarius[/color]."

Alex breathed a Sigh of joy and relief. He looked up at the feathered Aztec dragon, directly into its piercing red eyes. Alex knew its effects, he knew he was beaten. However that didn't matter, all that did was the dragon of courage had been awakened once more. The legendary duelist of courage was a shy girl called Emilia.
"Aztec dragon of courage, welcome. We must speak later. Your powers are strongest now, when you are first summoned. So defeat us. I have already got a victory, the second legendary duelist has been revealed. Activate your effect and defeat us."
He smiled.
"But we will have a rematch."

It worked. Her deck called out to her. Finally! Let's just hope the same isn't happening at the dark academy.......

"Make your move then!"
Alex then looked at Izo.

Emilia stared at the dragon on her field in awe. She wasn't sure how to react in any other way, then out of no where, the dragon spoke to her, "[color="#FFA500"]Emilia[/color]. [color="#FFA500"]I know you get scared when dueling but right now I need you to be strong and use my power[/color]." She nodded her head. She had never seen this monster before but for some reason, she felt as if she has known it for a long time. She work up her positive attitude and continued, "[color="#FF00FF"]When my monster comes into play, you have to draw a card[/color].[color="#FF00FF"] if it's a monster, you take damage equal to it's level times 200[/color]. [color="#FF00FF"]if it's a spell, you have to remove 1 card on your field, and if it's a trap, my monster id removed[/color]." Not knowing how she know she knows this monsters effect, but explained it greatly, she felt weird. Emilia then took the last card in her hand and said, "[color="#FF00FF"]I[/color]...[color="#FF00FF"]I activate my Spell card, Celestial Wings of Divinity and I equip it to my dragon[/color]." As she activated her card, the dragon's wings expanded widely and they looked like angel wings now. As Emilia continued, "[color="#FF00FF"]This card make the equipped monster count as a fairy monster as well, plus increases it's power by 2000[/color]. [color="#FF00FF"]And with my field spell card, it gains another 500[/color]. [color="#FF00FF"]that means it's attack it 5300[/color]." Pausing for a moment, she then continued, "[color="#FF00FF"]I[/color]......[color="#FF00FF"]I move to attack[/color]. [color="#FF00FF"]I attack your Solarious Dragon[/color]!" As her dragon expanded it's wings, it opened it's mouth and fired a large white energy blast at her opponents dragon. As the attack came in contact with the other dragon, it exploded and her opponents life points went down drastically. After that, Emilia's Life points started to increase, she tried to explain, "[color="#FF00FF"]When[/color].....[color="#FF00FF"]when a monster that has Celestial Wings of Divinity equipped, my life points increase when it destroys a monster by it's level times 300[/color]."

Alex was about to draw, but sighed and layed a hand onto his deck.
"I lose." He said matter-of-factly. Without looking at it he said; "Origin Elemental Dragon: Spirit. Level 12. That means I lose the duel, however, the true battle has only just begun. Well done Emilia! It's obvious which dorm I'm putting you in." He said as he looked at the Aztec dragon who was fading away. It nodded and said in the language of dragons, which was audible to very few people in the room, including Alex and Emilia;
"Danger awaits. Train and duel. The final encounter may come sooner or later. Find them Alex."
It then turned its head towards Izo.
"Hope" it said simply.

"Emilia, I have one or two last duels. I need to speak to you afterwards as we head towards the academy building. It's a fairly long journey by boat so we have plenty if time."

[Spell Master]

Unable to understand about what had happened. Emilia looked at the dragon as it said danger was coming and then vanished, she turned over to her instructor and was about to ask him if he knew anything about the situation but said that they would talk later. She nodded her head in depression and said, "[color="#FF00FF"]oh[/color].......[color="#FF00FF"]okay[/color]." Still uneasy about what had just happened, she got off the dueling arena and went back to where Izo was seating. "She looked at him but then suddenly blushed uncontrollably. She didn't know what to say. So she just sat there waiting for either him to say something or for her to find something to say.

Silver watched the duel end as all of the cards disappeared, [i]hmm.... so this Emilia person has used the "Legendary Summoner" card so she must be one of the chosen ones, she also managed to defeat Alex.....something which i [/i] Silver restrained himself and then he heard a voice, [i]what's this danger? and how come i can hear it, but never mind that[/i] [b]it's time i repaid that Jim guy a visit[/b] Silver then left the arena when........ [b][color="#800080"]Going somewhere[/color][/b] [b]i need to get changed into my uniform apparently the actual academy is accessible by boat[/b] [color="#800080"][b]i saw the last parts of the duel and that dragon appearing, and speaking of duels we were meant o have ours[/b][/color] [b]oh yea, time to grind in the dirt[/b]...

Nova was starting to get bored. What he woudn't give to get out of here right now. Nothing was happening. Nova stood up from the stands and walked out, seeing if he could get to his dorm. As he walked around, It was obvious which dorm was which. The Dark Tech dorm was completely mechanicized, cogs and gears everywhere, while the Dark Aztec dorm was encased in sets of Totem pillars, each 1 representing important events. The Thorn Chain dorm was covered in poisonous plants. He entered through the giant doors of the Dark Tech dorm, looking around in awe. There were students everywhere, each one of them dueling. He saw a pile of dead bodies in the corner. This grossed out even Nova. He passed them all, going up through a spiral staircase that seemed to move to suit him. When he got to his room, he realized he was there alone. That was fine, Nova had never been one for conversation anyway. He climbed onto his bed, looking up at the ceiling. He started to doze off.


Nova opened his eyes, and gasped. He was no longer in the Dark Tech dorm, but in a giant machine. There were cogs every where, moving in ways Nova thought immpossible. He walked around the machine, being careful not to get cut by spining blades that seemed to randomly appear. He was climbing a set of stairs, when he heard a voice. He couldn't make out what it was saying, but it was coming from up the stairs. Nova was almost at the top now. He heard the voice again. This time it said: "[b]Nova....[/b]". Nova was at the top now. There was a card lying on the floor. Nova picked it up. "Dark Tuner - Deathmaster?" he said slowly. As he was about to put the card in his pocket, There was a flash of Darkness. Suddenly, A giant Dragon appeared in front of him. Nova fell on his back. The Dragon let out a mighty roar, then dissapeared. Nova looked around, and was amazed to see another card lying on the floor. As he picked it up, his eyes flashed a brilliant gold, before returning to normal. Nova looked at the card. It was "Metal Armoured Dragon". Nova stared at the card for a second then put it in his pocket. As Nova turned around, he saw the entire machine crumbling around him. He tried to run down the staircase, but a giant cog fell in his path. As he turned around, he saw a giant blade coming towards him. It was to late to dodge. Nova was going to die.


Nova blinked. He was back in the Dark Tech dorm. He breathed a sigh of releif. It was just a dream. It was then he realized that the cards were still in his pocket. He took them out and stared at them for a few minutes. So it wasn't a dream, Nova thought. But that was immpossible. He couldn't have magically appeared in that giant machine could he? Nova decided to leave the questions until later, and put the cards in his deck. He was never letting go of them.

Wow! Someone has talent! She just beat Alex! Troy thought to himself. Troy decided to walk around when he ran into someone else watching the duel earlier.
"Hey! How's it going? I'm Troy. Can you believe that girl just beat Alex! Wow what a duelist! Anyway I've been looking for a duel to pass the time. You interested?" Troy said to the boy.
I really hope I get to duel this kid. I need to practice my game to make sure I keep my talent, I thought to myself. After about 30 seconds I said,
"So how about it?

OOC: I'm talking to blaze if you didn't know

Seaek, seeing that the current duel was over ([color="#000080"][i]Finally![/i][/color]), confidently strode up to the arena to face Alex. "[color="#000080"][i]I believe you said you have one or two duels left. I wish a spot in your Academy. So let's see if I'm good enough, eh?[/i][/color]" Seaek asked. Activating his duel disk, he double-checked his internal and external readouts. No use having his systems fail now. [color="#000080"][i]Oh, great. [b]Now[/b] my display is giving me teh worst-case scenario. That would have been helpful about twenty minutes ago. Oh well, guess I'll have to live with it.[/i][/color]

[Mecha Love]

"Right. If you so wish to join, you will have to duel me. I'm sure you've seen my deck, do I will need the name of your Deck."
[i]A cyborg? Weird, but defiantly a chosen one. We'll see how he does. I doubt any more Dragons will be awakened. They are all still dormant it seems. Solarius checked. I'll see if his dragon awakens when we are at the academy. But for now-[/i]
"Duel! You take the first move, if you will. I think this will be an intersting duel. I can't wait to see the outcome of this." He smiled jokingly; "By the way? Whats the worst possible outcome?! I could probably guess. But spontanious simulations won't help here. I'm FULL of surprises!"
His duel disk shuffled his deck and Alex drew 5 cards.
