Isaac said, as he then watched as his sickle-thorned flower was finally blown to pieces. The shock wave cause Isaac's hair to blow back a little. He snarled slightly, as his favorite monster was finally destroyed. Taking it and placing it in the graveyard, Isaac looked back to Darren. Waiting to see if he was going to end his turn now. First things first, Mystical Space Typhoon destroys your swords of revealing light! I'll also set 3 cards. Attack Spirit dragon! Destroy the Set card." Alex wasn't really that surprised when marshmellon was flipped face-up. "Marshmellon?" he quiered. "Have you forgotten about my monsters effect?" Alex Life Points dropped to 2000 while his opponents dropped down to 300. "Okay, I'll end my phase there." [i]Ineteresting. My Spirit Dragon is the perfect counter to his Deck. "Alright I'll play Lightning Vortex and discard Upstart Goblin to get rid of your monster. Then I'll Summon Nurse Reficule the Fallen One in defense mode. And to end my turn I'll put two cards face-down." [i]This is perfect! I have two ways of ending the duel! Either next turn he can't get an attack in and I play Gift card the next turn to take out the remaining LP's he has, or he gets two monsters on the field and finishes me. He pointed at a single face-up card on the field. "Halving the damage its called. Instead of taking 3000 damage, I take 1500 and you take 1500. Unfortuantely for you, 300 Life Points was all you had. I still was left with 500. So I won. However, this Deck really impressed me. I will definately need you in the near future. Anyway, please go over to the desk and sign your name. You've passed!" Alex reached out and shook Troy's hand warmly. He smiled. [i]That deck was impressive. I nearly lost that one. At least my trap card came in handy![/i] He suddenly turned his attention to a boy standing on the side lines. "You want to join the academy without an enetrance duel? Now a kid was running to Fudo. Probably the next upstart to duel him, and would be just good enough to prolong the Duel, but bad enough that all intel Seaek got on him would be rendered pointless when he didn't get accepted to the Academy. Troy toke his uniform and put it on over his shirt, and left it up zipped. Troy went back to the Duel Arena and watched the entrance duels. Darren was smug now, enjoying the challenge but confident that this duel was nearly over and that he could wait and see who the next opponent was. The face down still troubled him but even with it he still believed he could win this duel regardless of what it was, and knowing that the one card in his hand could help him with that. "I summon the tuner-monster, Parasitic World Flower!" A grotesque flower rooted into the ground rose up, from in front of Isaac. (0/0) "This tuner-monster, while i control no other monsters, can use Plant-type monsters in my graveyard as Synchro Materials, however, those monsters will be removed from the game if i do so." Go ahead, Synchro Summon and see if your monster is strong enough to destroy my dragon, I will just get another next turn to replace him though if you do." regardless of what his opponent played, Darren was confident, he had a Malefic dragon on the field and even if the other monster was strong enough to destroy the current Malefic, he could get a new one next turn to replace it. Isaac placed his hand-in front of the graveyard-slot as his Sickle-thorned Flower monster card ejected, he took it and held it up, and it vanished into light. However, stars of light appeared from where the card once was, five of them. They floated up and went towards Isaac's World Flower, which open'd it's rose, revealing it's insides. The level stars went into the mouth of the flower and then the flower changed to a single-green star before turning into a single large ring. Finally, a beam of light struck the aliened stars inside the ring and a new monster was born. "I Synchro Summon, Splendid Rose!" A humanoid-figure wearing green with thorned-whips protruding from it's back appeared on the field. "Splendid Rose's monster effect activates. "Isaac then took another one the plant's in his graveyard, the Earth Eater card and removed it from play. "By removing from play 1 plant-type monster in my graveyard, the Attack of one of your monster's becomes halved. Which means your Cyber End Dragon now has 2000 Attack! Battle! Splendid Rose, attack his Malefic Cyber End Dragon!" Isaac looked at the face-down he set the last turn. "[i]This is my chance...![/i]" Isaac watched, to see if his attack would go through.
