EndlessOcean
Nova was in trouble. If he didn't draw the right card, he would lose. "I draw. And set a card face-down. End." Nova couldn't have been in more trouble. The 1 card that could let him win had escaped him. He had lost. There was no hope left. But Nova had tried. But he could have won. Instead he had to be greedy. It was immposible for him to win now. Even if he could draw the card he needed, it was to late.
Mecha Love
Alex sighed. "Trap activate, destructive calculation. I lose 300 life points. I can now summon a Level 3 monster sent to the graveyard this turn. Legendary Summoner, come forth!" The warrior reappeared on the Field. Reinforce
"You underestimated my deck, which was a mistake in itself, but you also underestimated my skills as a duelist, which was your second mistake. I activate Cold Wave from my hand, a card that can only be played at the start of my main phase 1, and stops us both from being able to set or play spells or traps until my next turn. Next I might attack you directly with Malefic Rainbow Dragn for the game. (2800-4000=0(-1200)) your time is up and your duel is too. You are assigned to the Dark Tech dorm and are now dismissed. EndlessOcean
Nova was in shock. He couldn't belive that he lost. He had never lost. He was devastated. But, on the other hand, He had been asigned to Dark Tech Dorm. Now that he was going to the academy he could finally destroy the light academy and get his revenge. Soon the people who had killed his parents would pay with their lives. There was no way he would ever lose another duel. He always learnt from his mistakes. CommanderVolt
Isaac walked over by Nova to take his place. "Alrighty then." Isaac had put the academy-style duel disk they gave him at the entrance to use. Isaac drew his first five cards and then drew the sixth one. "Draw!" He said, pulling the sixth card off the top of his deck. Isaac looked at his hand. "Darren also uses a field-spell... Isaac thought, as he glanced at the Garden of Madness field-spell in his hand. "I summon, Poison Cycad in defense mode." A Palm-tree like plant burst from the ground in front of him. (0/0) "Next i am going to set one card in my spell or trap card zone and end my turn." Isaac looked to Darren, wearing his ominous grin. Barian Warlord
Cross was amazed by how many of the students were dueling for recreation during the entrance exam it was obvious that they were either unaware or to stupidly confident to realize that the unwritten rule of the academy is that if you want to live to duel as little as possible. One bad hand or someone playing a deck that is poison to yours could end your life, but these newcomers would either learn that lesson or die so it didn't really matter. Why didn't the Malefic user just use his field spells effect instead of using a draw amper, and then the other kid was dumb enough to actually give up a Malefic monster for Darkness Metal Dragon and not even use it's effect to bring out another dragon. Cross didn't care who heard him no one from the academy was dumb enough to challenge him and even if they were they would probably be a pretty trashy duelist. This Account is Unplayable
Leon approached the entrance gate, and was soon addressed by the guards. Niv-Mizzet
Albeit his advanced brain capacity and net-surfing sans computer capabilities, Seaek was getting really bored. When is this duel gonna be over, he thought, and the more rational part of him: Even if it does finish, will I get to duel then? Or will another skill-less noob take the field? But the duelist now is really good. Maybe I could get to face him when I get into the Academy- if I get in. He grinned. There was no way he could be denied entry. His deck was packed so full of surprises that no one who had ever played Seaek in a fair, or even an unfair match (of which he had had quite a few, the scientists who had experimented on him had a particular liking to those) could predict what would come next. Even Seaek was still finding new combos with the cards. Once again, he thought When is this going to end? CommanderVolt
Isaac watched Darren's move intently. When his turn finally came around he chuckled under his breath and then drew his card. "Draw!" Isaac said, as he placed the top card of his deck into his hand. "So you decided against attacking me." Isaac said to Darren, as he then took a spell-card from his hand. A slot on the back-side of his Duel Disk opend up and Isaac placed his card in it. "I activate the field-spell Garden of Madness." The slot that had opend up, now closed, his Duel Disk responded to the card insertion and soon the field was swamped with vines with sharp thorns. "If the turn player does not declare an attack, then they will recieve 500 Points of damage on their end phase. So, im going to set a monster in my monster card zone, and finally, 1 card into my spell or trap zone. I end my turn, and in doing so...my field-spell inflicts 500 damage to me!" Reinforce
"Its my turn then, and I think I will start by stopping you from doing any Special Summoning. I tribute my face down Gellunduo and use its effect to count it as two tributes to tribute summon my Vanity's Ruler. Vanity's Ruler attacks Poison Cycad on the field." Darren watched at Vanity's Ruler held up his hand and generated a ball of light which was then thrown at Poison Cycad. As it was thrown, Darren smiled, as if taunting Isaac into trying to stop the attack.
CommanderVolt
Isaac waited patiently for the Vanity's Ruler to reach his Poison Cycad. "I activate Ivy Shackles!" Which was a card which did nothing at that point in time, so Isaac then watched as his palm-tree was toppled over. "Vanity's Ruler stops my Poison Cycad from producing any tokens." Isaac said, while taking his monster card and placing it in his graveyard slot. "Also since you've attacked, your safe from the effects of my field spell." Isaac glimpsed at the field. Reinforce
"Fine, since you have finished using your trap card, to turn my Vanity's Ruler into Plant-Type, I might set a fourth face down card and end my turn. Take your turn now and make your next move, since I have stopped anything like Special Summoning, so unless you are planning to use a quick-play spell card now, it will now become your turn." Darren looked at his one remaining card, formulating strategies for most of the cards he could possibly draw, and wondering if he would pick up the ideal card to use or not. CommanderVolt
"Sorry, but i have nothing in the sense of a quick-play spell to activate." Isaac drew the top-card of his deck and added it to his hand. "Draw!" Isaac said, then he quickly peered at his hand. "During my turn, Ivy Shackles will see to it that your monsters are turned into Plant-types. So im activating the Fragrance Storm spell card from my hand. It's effect will destroy one plant-type monster on the field, and allow me to draw a card. If the card i draw is a Plant-Type i get to draw again. So Go, Fragrance Storm, destroy his Vanity's Ruler!" "At this rate i won't be accepted..." Isaac examined the field, and looked at the three remaining cards in his hand. Isaac started to chuckle insidiously as he then looked up. "I am setting a monster face down." Isaac said, as he then took a card from his hand and set it side-ways in one of the monster-card zones on his duel disk. He now had a monster on the far-left and second-to-left monster card zones. "I'm going to end my turn, and because i didn't declare an attack this turn, my field spell will see to it that i take another five-hundred points of damage." Reinforce
"My turn, Draw. I didn't get the ideal card but I did get one that will allow me to complete my lockdown instead, I summon Shining Angel into attack position. Next I activate Double Summon, and tribute Shinnig Angel to summon the card I just drew, Sky Scourge Invici. Like I said, my lockdown is now complete because since I tributed a LIGHT fairy type monster to summon Sky Scourge Invici, all spell cards are negated as well and I am left with two definately useless face down cards. I now attack the far left face down monster with Sky Scourae Invici and then attack the second to left face down monster with Vanity's Ruler. Your only choice now is monster effects and attacks, can you stop my lockdown. By the way, the field spell is negated as well though so you don't take any more damage due to it's effect currently if you don't attack."

"What...so i won't be taking any more damage from my Garden?" Isaac seemed to have a strong look of dissapointment on his face. Isaac revealed the far-left monster he had, the one which was attacked by Invicil. It was the Mad Nepenthes monster, whose 1900 DEF could not stop it. Isaac moved his Mad Nepenthes to the graveyard. "The attack of your Vanity's Ruler wont get you that far, my other monster is Naturia Beans. A Plant who can't be destroyed in battle once per turn."
