[b]Chidori:[/b] C'mon.. Do I seriously need to explain??! A lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.

[b]Chidori Nagashi: [/b]This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

[b]Chidori Senbon:[/b] The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.

[b]Chidori Eiso:[/b] The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. The technique can't be maintained for long due to the strength of it, but all chakra absorbed is sent towards the earth to be used later as a source of chakra for a more powerful technique. [b]Shinra Tensei:[/b] A exteremely powerful "Push" that can level an entire city. Because of the sheer power of the technique it takes hours to recharge.

[b]Chibaku Tensei:[/b] Creates a sphere of gravitational energy that then pulls everything around it into it's centre creating a large spherical boulder. It can be used to trap and seal a user inside and is impossible to break through unless with the power of a tailed beast. Bio: [spoiler=Biography]He knows little about himself and his parents. He was born in the Rain Village and was told he killed his father and mother with an unconscious jutsu. At age 7 he was sold as a slave to a rich noble from the Water Country.

He was later kidnapped during a raid on the noble's property and was taken to a mountain in the Fire Country where there were monks who practiced ninjutsu. They discovered he had talent and began training him in ninjutsu. He progressed very quickly but at age 9 he accidentally killed his teacher with a minor Shinra Tensei.

Greived over his loss he left the mountain and wandered for a year before entering the Leaf Village. He was quickly discovered though and was brought before the Hokage (Naruto). Instead of being executed, Naruto took him under his tutelage and he became friends with Naruto's Son, Shizen (This part is up to Shizen).

He quickly rose the ranks quickly and entered the ANBU Black Ops becoming one of the Hokage's most trusted Vassals and becoming almost like a son to Naruto and an older brother to Shizen (Once again up to him).[/spoiler]

Well, considering how Kagami himself doesn't know I don't think it's important right now, I figured I'd make it up as I went along but I was figuring I'd make him the son of Madara Uchiha which is why he had the Sharingan and Rinnegan implanted into him when he was born and how he's tied to the Akatsuki which is why I labeled his Akatsuki status as "Not Yet".

Btw, they didn't actually have the Rinnegan, and even if they did, their bodies were destroyed so that the Rinnegan wasn't usable. Though saying they had the Rinnegan transplanted into their body is highly doubtful, especially considering that even the summons of Nagato all possessed the Rinnegan, and I highly doubt that there were Rinnegan eyes that large that they'd be able to transplant them.

So I think it has more to do with the technique, through the sensor rods I believe that Nagato is able to actually to some extent distort the physical appearance of the body.

Also, I don't have one rinnegan in an eye, and a sharingan in the other. That would mean I could only use either Tsukuyomi or Ametarasu depending on which eye. But from the moment he was born, he was implanted with the Rinnegan, but also eventually learned that he could use the Sharingan as well, much like the made up "Sharingkugan".

I want to add a few more techniques. I'll also add them to my application.

[b]Chibaku Tensei:[/b] Creates a sphere of gravitational energy that then pulls everything around it into it's centre creating a large spherical boulder. It can be used to trap and seal a user inside and is impossible to break through unless with the power of a tailed beast. Though not as powerful as Shinra Tensei, due to the strength of the technique, any Deva Path technique cannot be used for a few minutes. [b]NOT LEARNED[/b]

[b]Storm Release Secret Technique: Demon Dragon Storm:[/b] A Storm Release technique (combination of water and lightning affinity chakra) that absorbs all chakra that is sent towards it meaning ninjutsu becomes impossible in a set area. The technique can't be maintained for long due to the strength of it, but all chakra absorbed is sent towards the earth to be used later as a source of chakra for a more powerful technique. This means that he can stockpile chakra in case he runs out of chakra or if he wants to recharge the interval for a Deva Path technique. [b] NOT LEARNED[/b]

[b]Storm Release: Laser Circus:[/b] The user creates several bright beams and shoots them at the enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from the user's hands as this technique is activated. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot, making it possible to strike multiple enemies with pinpoint accuracy, even bypassing hostages held in close proximity. The user can increase the number of missiles to a great amount to pin down an enemy. [b]LEARNED[/b]

[b]Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave:[/b] The user uses Storm Release to generate a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around him, creating an offensive and defensive ward. He can then uses these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at his enemies, and as an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing his enemies from getting close. [b]LEARNED[/b][/spoiler]

But Madara and sasuke are a different story cause they have the actual bloodline, unlike kakashi.

Lol magnet I just read your new jutsu xD, but GL with the genjutsu ,that don't work on my character since his specialty is genjutsu, but maybe it'll work on Shinsuke xD remeber what Itachi said to Orochimaru "Orochimaru,before my eyes, all of your jutsu become useless." In this case it's genjutsu.
