When she isn't wearing the above stated in the picture she changes into her secondary ninja gear. Let’s work our way up shall we? Kikyo hates the sandals that are issued to every ninja simply because they are open toed. So instead she wears shoes, vowing to never put on sandals if she can help it. Instead of wearing pants, she wears shorts that stop right where the knee begins. However, underneath the shorts there are bandages on both of her legs; on the right leg the bandages stop where the shoes start, and on the left leg they end at the same spot the shorts do. Her kunai holster is on her left leg, and another is lying on the small of her back for either hand to grab. Her top is a dark blue, though not too dark, long sleeved, kimono top that folds right over left and a white sash that tie around the waist and is knotted on the right side. There are two slits on either side giving the top a front and a back flap that ends right at the middle thigh. On the hem on the front, back and cuffs of the kimono are decorated with snowflake patterns, and on the back is a large snowflake, with other small white dots around it making it resemble falling snow. The Konoha headband is tied around her sash, in the front, and right next to the knot. She normally lets her hair hang, but when it isn’t down its most likely in a pony tail.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=personality:] Off the field Kikyo isn’t exactly the picture of perfection. She’s an extreme tom-boy, preferring to train and study, rather than sit around worrying about the next fad or the cutest boy. Not afraid to speak her mind, being surprisingly blunt at times, and seems to have a natural penchant for getting into trouble; breaking things, losing things, and knocking stuff over are the common ones. Why? Well it’s pretty simple….She is a clumsy oaf!! For the life of her she cannot seem to stand on her own two feet for more than an hour without tripping, or falling over something! Funny enough her clumsiness is often what saves her in battle, as she’ll suddenly vanish from sight only because she tripped and in turn dodging the attack. On missions she’s…Well…Not as clumsy, and surprisingly enough Kikyo is superb at stealth missions, which is a mystery all on its own.

Even though Kikyo isn’t one to get mad (HA! What a bold face lie!....Oh, sorry), she hates it when people call her “Fuyu-chan”, which quite literally meant “Snow child”. It was the nickname that her friends gave her just to see her angry (which apparently they found fun.). Fortunately, that's being more annoyed than mad, but when she really gets mad you better hope a glare doesn't come your way because you'll suddenly feel as though a bucket of ice water was tossed down your back[/spoiler]

[spoiler=[b]Clan:[/b]]Fuyume Clan: You’re probably wondering why you’ve never heard of this clan before. Right? Well that’s because for the past few decades or so it’s been slowly dying out. Native to the Land of Snow (If that’s cool), an already small country; The Fuyume clan was just as small, with only a fourth actually being in the clan. Even though the clan isn’t known by actual name, of course not including the Kage’s; everyone, at some point, had heard about “The Ice Masters of The South”. Two distinct features of this clan are the bright blue eyes, common to all Fuyume clan members. The second, although bordering on the line of common and rare, is the extreme light blue, almost white, hair few of the Fuyume’s are born with. There is a rumor that a skilled Fuyume Clan member, who has trained profusely with their ability, is able to freeze almost anything by a simple glance. Because of this some believed that along with Ice techniques, they had a Dojutsu, but let it be known that the Fuyume Clan does not possess a Dojutsu and if there ever was the knowledge of it has diminished, along with the clan slowly doing the same.

While their Kekkei Genkai is in use, the user’s iris fades from blue to white. The strength of the user’s ice abilities are easily figured by the color of their eyes; the brighter the eyes, the stronger the techniques, and the duller the eyes the weaker the techniques, the weakest color being grey, with the pupil being green. As the eyes brighten, and the user’s strength increase, green lines starting from the edge of the iris and traveling to the pupil are seen. There are five in total. In the clan there are five signature Ice Release techniques, and with each line seen one of the techniques was supposed to be learned. The two stated below are indications that you have completely mastered the Kekkei Genkai; the five lines being seen, and all five signature techniques learned.

In terms of which style is best for this clan the list would be as such; Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and then Taijutsu. Ninjutsu is the type most commonly used by this clan, and by far the strongest arsenal in this clan. Genjutsu, although not as common, can be utilized well by this clan. There are some who specialize in this field and forgo Ninjutsu all together. As for Taijutsu, it’s extremely rare that anyone would chose to master in that. The clan isn’t known for extreme strength, albeit very swift. Out of every other clan, the Fuyumes are probably the worst off when it comes to Taijutsu. Although not impossible, it is improbable that any Fuyume member would choose this field to study. [/spoiler]

[spoiler=[b]Kekkei Genkai:[/b]] Ice Style Jutsu: Although it can be used in any type of climate it gets stronger in colder climates, so even if the user isn’t that skilled with it, the kekkei genkai can still be formidable in terms to durability and destructive force. So it’s best to be in a cold climate, but if that’s not possible it recommended that a jutsu affecting the climate in some way is learned. Also due to this being a kekkei genkai affected ability, it's stronger than those without a kekki genkai, but who knows ice jutsus.

The user also has the ability to control snow, moving and bending it to the user’s will. Unfortunately, it’s not an automatic thing. The user has to consciously move the snow to either block or defend. Another drawback is that the only way to move the snow is by pouring chakra into the desired amount you want to use. So although it’s quite handy, it’s very tiring as a lot of chakra is used. Lastly, to do this you must have substantial, and precise, chakra control in order to move the millions of tiny particles of snow.

Weaknesses in general are Fire style and lightening style. Even though the strength of the user and the climate effect can allow the user to fend off the attacks, the two styles will still have effect even if the attacks are weak. While Earth style is durable, it holds no advantage of ice. Wind and water are natural to the Ice style.[/spoiler]

Weapon(s): Uses standard ninja tools, though seems to have a preference for senbon. Also used blades but mostly jutsu made.

Wind Release: Wind Clone Jutsu - When the clone is hit, it disperse into a blast of wind that knocks back the opponent. She is able to make up to 10

Wind Release: Turbulent Cyclone - The user slaps his/her hands together to form a large twister, upheaving anything and everything in it's path. Kikyo is able to make 3 Cyclones at once.[b][Has not learned][/b]

Wind Release: Chakra Blade: The user concentraits their chakra to the palm of their hands, and then stretches the chakra until it resembles that of a sword. Though the blade it majorily chakra, wind is enfused in it so it takes of a light greenish color. When the blade strikes there is a strong gust of wind that follows, so even if the blade misses, the opponent will still be knocked back. She can only produce 1 at any given time. Wind Release: Needles of the Wind - The user gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

Wind Release: Wind Arrow Technique - The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. One arrow shot at a time

Wind Release: Wind Drill Technique - The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person. [b][Has not learned][/b]

Wind Release: Air Reduction Technique - The user of this technique causes the air pressue in a given area to drop causing all persons, besides the user, to fall asleep. This can only be used in a building, room or any indoor setting.[/spoiler]

Water Release: Water clone jutsu - The user creates a clone out of water. When the clone is hit, it melts into water. Must be near a water source to execute, and the clone cannot travel too far from the user.

Water Release: Water Dragon Jutsu - When around a large body of water, the user takes the water around her and morphs it into a dragon. When not around a body of water the dragon is shot from the user's mouth, by taking water from the air, her body and a large amout of chakra.

Water Release: Giant Tidal wave - The user creates a massive wave to swallow the opponent. Can only be used if near a large source of water.

Water Release: Water Prison Jutsu - Traps the opponent in a sphere of water. After the opponent is captured the user cannot move, and of the users arm must be connected to the water prison at all times to keep it active, thus rendering that arm unusable.

Water Release: Water Tornado - A technique where water is is made into a large spiraling vortex that spins around the ninja. This technique can ber used both offensively and defensively. Offensively to attack the opponent,and defensively to deflect attacks. Can be used either around a large source of water, or by taking the water and moisture from the air. The more moisture the faster the technique is executed.[b][Has not learned][/b]

Water Release: Giant Water cannon - The user slams their hands on the surface of the water, sending their chakra into the body of water. [b][Has not learned][/b]

Water Release: Underwater Breath - Simple technique used by channeling chakra to mouth, lungs, ears and eyes. With chakra moved to mouth and lungs the user gathers air from the water and is able breath underwater, chakra guided to ears protects from the aching caused by pressure, lenses of chakra protecting eyes work like swim goggles. For however long the user stays underwater, he/she must rest half of the time spent underwater before the technique can be used again. [b][Has not learned[/b][/spoiler]

Ice Release: Ice clone Jutsu - The user creates a clone out of ice. The clone is more durable than other clones, and will take more than one or two hits to destroy them. Their bodies are hard and cold - like ice - and when they are destroied they explode shooting out hundreds of tiny, sharp icy particles at the opponent. The user can also have the clones detonate prematurly. She can make 6 of these at once.

Ice Release: Snow [s]Cone[/s] Clone - Makes a clone out of snow. Only takes one hit to destory, before turning back into snow. Kikyo can make up to 10 at once.

Ice Release: Snow Storm Jutsu - By controling the wind currents and moisture in the air she can create her own climate condusive to her jutsus. Greyish-white clouds will start to form, and then it will begin to snow. It takes only 5 to 10 minutes before the temperature considerably drops, and the battle field is covered in snow. Snow Manipulation - By pouring her chakra into the snow she can move, and bend it to her will. [b][Has not learned][/b]

Ice Release: Blizzard - Much like the Cyclone Jutsu, the user claps his/her hands together causeing a funnel shaped blast towards the opponent. If hit directly by the attack you could be frozen completely, subjected to frost bite, or body parts numbed. If used in conjustion with Snow Storm Jutsu, it can create a large blizzard that hinders the sight, and fighting abilities of everyone other than the user.

Ice Release: Snow Shuriken - Gives the user the ability to create ninja tools out of snow, allowing the user to control where the shuriken goes and gives the projectiles more destrustive force.[b][Has not learned][/b]

Fuyume Clan Secret Release: Cold Shower - The user concentraits wind chakra to one hand, and water to the other. Then hold them straight out with the heal of the palm touching. Sends a blast of sharp icicles towards the opponent, which the user can do five times in a row before having to rest. For multiple attackers Kikyo will often spin causing the shards to fly all over the place.

Fuyume Clan Secret Release: Frozen Tundra - It doesn't matter what kind of climate it is used it, it simply depends on how much chakra the user can put out. The user slams their hands onto the ground having wind chakra in one hand, and water in the other hand. Large ice spikes are then shot from the ground. Though it is usually used offensively, it can also be used defensively, by the user having the spikes surround them.

Fuyume Clan Secret Release: Blades of Ice - Derived from the two sword style, otherwise known as Musashi sword style. Requires the user to concentrait both water and wind equally in each hand, thus forming two swords of ice. Very durable, and can easily stand up against steal, and other swords. Requires the user to be skilled in sword fighting. [b][Has not learned[/b]

Fuyume Clan Secret Release: Bloody Shower - Can only be used when Snow Storm Jutsu is in effect. The user raises one hand to the sky, and the other is infront of him/her in a one hand sign. The clouds then darken before hail, and large icicles drop from the sky raining down on anybody the user wishes.[b][Has not learned][/b]

Fuyume Clan Secret Release: Dark Blizzard Explosion - The strongest Fuyume clan technique that requires complete mastery of both wind and water nature chakra, and the Fuyume Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user condenses the chakra inside of them and continues to build the chakra over time. The user can store as much chakra as they want as long as they can contain it. When the user is ready the handsign for Dragon is made before the chakra is released in a large explosion. The explosion can stretch for over a mile - sometimes even 2 miles depending on the amout of chakra stored.

During the explosion wind chakra is release in the form of wind blades, as well as a freezing ice cold blast. Anything in the explosion will either be cut up from the wind blades, for frozen by the actual cold blast. [b][Has not learned][/b] [/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler=Bio:] Kikyo was born in the Leaf Village of Konohagkure, and grew up always wondering why she looked so different from everyone else. However, it wasn’t until she was 10 years old did her parents tell her why. You see before she was born her parents decided to leave the Land of Snow. They weren’t persecuted, or exiled and nothing of the sort. They simply believed that if they stayed there, there was nothing for their child to gain. The clan was dying, and it was as plain as the constant snow. The elders knew it, the clan members knew it, and even some of the children knew that something wasn’t right. Why raise a child in a dying civilization? So they packed their bags and left for the leaf village. They moved at a slow pace, because Saya (Kikyo’s mother) was pregnant at the time, and Kai (the dad!) didn’t want to rush their path. Just over 3 hours away from Konoha, Saya went into labor. Of course Kai didn’t know what to do. He was no midwife, and wasn’t anything close to the sort. Luckily a team of ANBU was passing by and the female with them, who by the way was a medical ninja, spotted them. Long story short, they manage to get her to a hospital before Kikyo popped out (lol?).

So Kikyo was born; blue eyed like every other Fuyume, however there was an added bonus! Her hair was so light blue is looked white! It resembled the snow when the sun hit it just right and it was white but had a bluish tint, or glow to it. Saya always kept Kikyo’s hair cut short, but not just short, it was in a boyish style; and behold! There wasn’t a single person, who at first glance, thought that Kikyo was a girl. Not that it really bothered her at the time because all she used to hang around with was guys. At the time girls were boring to be around. It wasn’t until she turned 10 did she get permission to let her hair grow which she did, and unfortunately her clumsiness did as well.

Kikyo trained long and hard when she was in the academy, doing her best to get through with the academy as quickly as possible. Sadly do to her clumsiness she was slowed down. After it seemed like her clumsiness would prevent her from graduating, the Hokage invited her on a C-Ranked mission. No one knows why. Maybe he was drunk at the time, or lost a bet, or maybe he simply had belief in Kikyo's ability. Whatever the case, it was a good in Kikyo's favor. True she was still as clumsy, but she proved that she could in fact carry out a mission. After that she passed the academy and became a Genin.

After becoming a Genin, though she still held true to her nickname, she surprisingly rose at a decent pace through the ninja ranks, which surprised a lot of the people who knew her. Kikyo trained even harder, trying to master her own kekkei genkai, and prove the people who didn’t think she could do it wrong. Four years after becoming a Genin, Kikyo was able to rise to Jounin level, and successfully learn 2 of the Fuyume clan’s secret techniques, and is currently training for the third.[/spoiler]

This is a character I made for a different RP but didn't get the chance to really use her, because sadly the RP went cold. Hope thats ok. Also I'll still working on her Jutsu list, but I wanted to get the app up so you don't think I forgot or anything lol.

Lastly I'll be making an Akatsuki app as well.

So that mean's there are AT LEAST 2 other living decendants besides your character. Normaly I wouldn't mention something like this, but I didn't want it to cause any trouble later on.

Ok, first of all, why did you use the jap word for missing ninja? Most of the ppla here have a verry limmited japanese language.
2nd. I see a sash that aparently alows for ninjutsu & Genjutsu......Am I the only one that wishis I had more detail on this.
3rd. Shadow style. Can't say I like it, but I can't say I hate it eather. What I can say is that it's interesting.
4th...... Atempting to read Background........ OMG somebody gourge my eyes out. I don't have the patience to read something that long so I'm gonna let it be.

personality: Tsure is known as the "Drunk" of the akatsuki because of his late-night, early-morning and mid-day drinking problem. Sometimes, if it's late at night, he'll begin to have a panic attack if he doesn't drink. He's not a mean person by any means, but he does tease quite a bit. If he identifies someone as the enemy, he might bully them a bit before killing them. Still, he sees murdering people as a benefit to them, for he believes in a different kind of Jashin ceremony. As Hidan believed in sending souls to Hell, he believes that they go to Heaven. He commonly smokes, but he doesn't have an addiction to that.

[b]Moonlight Howl[/b] - This genjutsu affects animals, not humans, having the animals fight nearby ninja.

[b]Instant Body Flicker[/b] - The user transfers behind a nearby enemy

[b]Fear the Reaper[/b] - A jutsu that instills a great amount of fear into an enemy, and also corrupts their thoughts into making them want to commit suicide. Though it's not guaranteed, it does force inner conflict which can greatly turn the battle.

[b]Drunken Monkey Weapon-Style[/b] - Much like the drunken fist, the Drunken Monkey style of combat has the user fight much like they're intoxicated, but allows them enough motor skills to use weapons expertly.

[b]Drunken Fist Technique[/b] A hand-to-hand style of the drunken monkey style of combat. It involves a lot of evasion.

[b]Dark Urge[/b] - This jutsu randomly activates every so often on Tsure, giving him the urge to do something evil. However, while this jutsu is active on him he can transfer it to a target enemy. The enemy might not act on this urge if their will is strong enough, but that's usually not the case.

Bio: [spoiler=bio]Tsure had always been an outcast as a child, which led him to an early addiction to alcohol. Through this addiction, he learned that he was a natural at the drunken fist. By 12 he had joined a gang of ninja who stole for alcohol. He was the youngest of the group, but was at the leader's right hand. He never had a squad, he never went to the ninja academy. Everything he knows was taught to him by the gang or learned through a scroll. It was at 14 when his gang began to break a part, and he was the main reason. The gang learned that his father was a cultist of the Jashin, and when his father had been captured and removed, Tsure began to get dark urges.

When he was 16 Tsure was captured by the anbu of the leaf village and taken to the hokage. He was sentanced to death for the crimes of stealing and killing. However, it was extremely hard to kill him, and he managed to persevere every torture and tactic thrown his way. He began to get a craving for pain, and like his father, he began to love the feeling pain gave him. His adrenaline grew and he broke through the anbu squad. He killed a few members and kept their masks as a showing of his strength. The akatsuki realized his potentiol and recruited him. He's now known as the "Drunk" of the Akatsuki.[/spoiler]

How come everyone seems to have Chidori? Raikiri's stronger, so why not have that instead? And I also see people using Chidori without Sharingan, which is clearly stated as Impossible. So why? It's not even that good.

Chidori isn't impossible without the sharingan, I'm sure Bee could do it (or a variant of it). The problem is that Chidori is extremely slow, so the sharingan is recommended. The sharingan permits the user to see what their enemy is planning on doing, and can strike them accordingly.

Chidori is impossible to use [b]Properly[/b] without the Sharingan, as Chidori limits the users sight so they can only see what is directly infront of them. It is pretty much useless without the sharingan, as it becomes probably the easiest Jutsu to dodge, and makes it hard to aim. (All this is Explained in the Kakashi Gaiden.)

And I've watched all the Shippuden episodes, so if Killer Bee does, It's in the Manga. And I doubt anyone in this RP would, unless they were taught by Sasuke, and the way the Series is going, Sasuke's probably going to end up dead. And all the variants people are using? I doubt they'd be able to use them. Again for the Sasuke reason.

Besides, that doesn't erase the fact that Lightning blade/Raikiri is much more epic, and is stronger, faster and much more powerful.

Ruki's mother moved the two of them to the Hidden Leaf when Ruki was eleven.
