A few weird archetype ideas

Mystery Fossil -EARTH-
Lvl4
[Rock/Effect]
Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can add 1 "Armor Knight", "Kabuto Beetle", or "Airborne Pterodactyl" from your deck to your hand. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Armor Knight", "Kabuto Beetle", or "Airborne Pterodactyl" from your hand.
1000ATK / 1500DEF

Armor Knight -EARTH-
Lvl6
[Aqua/Effect]
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Mystery Fossil". As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent must play with their hand revealed. You can discard 1 WATER monsters to increase the ATK of this card by 200, until the End Phase.

Armor Star -EARTH-
Lvl8
[Aqua/Effect]
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Armor Knight" you control. You can discard 1 WATER monsters to increase the ATK of this card by 500, until the End Phase. This card can attack twice during the same Battle Phase.

Kabuto Beetle -EARTH-

[Insect/Effect]
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Mystery Fossil". All battle damage done to this card's controller from battles involving this card is reduced by half.
1700ATK / 1500DEF

Kabuto Top -EARTH-
Lvl8
[Insect/Effect]
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 face-up "Kabuto Beetle" you control. If this card battles an opponent's monster, inflict 1000 damage to your Opponent and gain 1000 Lifepoints. At that time, decrease the ATK of the Opponent's monster by 500.
2300ATK / 1900DEF

Airborne Pterodactyl -EARTH-
Lvl6
[Winged-Beast/Effect]
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Mystery Fossil". As long as this card remains face-up on the field, decrease the ATK and DEF of all other face-up monsters on the field by 300. The effect's of other effect monsters on the field are negated, and they cannot activate.
1900ATK / 1000DEF

Fenix Battlefront -FIRE-
Lvl4
[Winged-Beast/Effect]
If you control a face-up "Fenix Battlefront", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned in this way, reduce this card's ATK to 0 during the End Phase.
1600ATK / 0DEF

Fenix Crosshair -FIRE-
Lvl4
[Winged-Beast/Effect]
You can pay 1000 Lifepoints to Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card battles an Opponent's monster, reduce this card's ATK to 0 at the end of the Damage Step.
2200ATK / 0DEF

Fenix Trooper -FIRE-
Lvl4
[Winged-Beast/Effect]
Once per turn, you can reduce this card's ATK to 0 to Special Summon 1 "Fenix" monster from your deck, except "Fenix Trooper". The monster Summoned by this effect has it's ATK reduced to 0.

Fenix Flare -FIRE-
Lvl4
[Winged-Beast/Effect]
During the Opponent's turn, you can discard this card from your hand and select 1 face-up "Fenix" monster you control with 0 ATK. The ATK of the selected monster becomes 3000, and it's effect is negated until the End Phase. You can Remove from play 3 "Fenix" monsters in your Graveyard to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.
1000ATK / 1000DEF

Sacred Ash -Spell-
Select 1 face-up "Fenix" monster you control with 0 ATK. Destroy the selected monster and Special Summon 1 "Fenix" monster from your deck with the same name as the destroyed monster. The monster Summoned by this effect has it's effect negated until the End Phase.

Sacred Feathers -Spell-
Select 1 face-up "Fenix" monster you control, and reduce it's ATK to 0. Draw 3 cards. During the turn this effect is activated, you cannot Special Summon. You can only activate 1 "Sacred Feathers" per turn.

Fenix Down -Continuous Spell-
If a "Fenix" monster you control, with 0 ATK, is destroyed by your Opponent, you can Special Summon 1 "Fenix" monster from your deck with the same name as the destroyed monster. At that time, Remove from play the destroyed monster in your Graveyard. During the next Standby Phase, if you have any monsters in your Graveyard, Remove this card from play and take 1000 damage.

Time Share -Quick-Play Spell-
Activate by sending face-up 3 monsters you control to the Graveyard, including at least 1 Dragon-Type Synchro monster. It is now the End Phase of the current turn. Both players draw 1 card. If this card was activated during the Opponent's turn, you cannot Special Summon during your next turn.

Actually, I had based them off Mysterious Fossil and its evolutions from the Fossil Set of Pokemon TCG.

Yea, the Fenix' are weird. Pretty much I had wanted to make an archetype that was a reverse version of the Reptilianne archetype.
It seemed like a good at first.... And pretty much that was it.

The idea may be good with another subject/type of monster.

I like the name Fenix btw.
