Will I be able to play Killing Floor on my Toshiba?

I wana buy killing floor from steam, but I want to know if my Toshiba will be able to run it without any problems, I'm no computer geek, so I need someone to tell me if I'll be able to play it.

Graphics Chip : Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express ChipSet Family
RAM:2.00 GB (1.83 Usable)

o Processor: 1.2 GHZ or Equivalent
o Memory: 512 MB RAM
o Graphics: 64 MB DX9 Compliant

Recommended:
o OS: Windows 2000/XP/Vista
o Processor: 2.4 GHZ or Equivalent
o Memory: 1 GB RAM
o Graphics: 128 MB DX9 Compliant with PS 2.0 support
