k23time
These cards are pretty amazing. Great job man, giving people a fun last chance at bouncing back, it's awesome! :DI'd duel with these.
Reaper of Shadows
This is to say, without a doubt...awesome ^_^ I can remember more than one occasion when I've face X-Sabers or something, and I was staring down a full field with no cards to help me where these cards would have been useful. It's a great concept, and I love that it can pretty much be thrown in any deck. Yu-Gi-Oh doesn't really have any game changers (we can't all have lucky draws like Yugi) and I think this is a great idea at incorporating that into the game. It's definitely risky(flip a coin, call wrong and you lose? ouch) but it wouldn't be worth it if it wasn't. Besides, when you've lost, you know it, this is just one last option you might have where you could turn things around. Great set. Love it just the way it is, an the fact that theres no support makes it harder to abuse which is good (I would not want to stare multiple of those down) ^_^ And your OCG and Artwork is beyond impressive. Maybe I could hire you sometime for my own work eh? Lol 10/10 without a doubt
Nede
Awesome... GAMBLE is like the last hope to win when you're going to lose. I want to try these in the duel. I want to make GAMBLE monsters too, I will PM you the written card and the picture later.

Maybe I could hire you sometime for my own work eh? Lol 10/10 without a doubt aww, glad this thread's still going ^^I'm proud of my GAMBLE monsters even though at first I thought they'd fail. And thanks, haha ^^although for the art, the only one that I'm responsible for is Exodion's since I drew him.I kept reworking the level 12 GAMBLE and finally thought if I made him a version of Exodia and give him an auto-win effect it'd make the set complete. But there aren't a lot of pictures similar to Exodia so I just had to make one up. and yeah, no support for these guys :]they're powerful enough without it.Also, just to correct you a little, even if it had support, you couldn't possibly have more than one on the field since it's part of the ruling :] (you can control only one GAMBLE monster)I didn't include it in the lore since it'd just make the cards' text way too long. and about the overall idea, I also always liked the thought of having a backup plan when dueling ^^ oh! And thanks for the hiring option xD Awesome... GAMBLE is like the last hope to win when you're going to lose. I want to try these in the duel. I want to make GAMBLE monsters too, I will PM you the written card and the picture later. thanks, and sure, I'd love to see what you come up with ^^

Iyarkonan
wow. I might stick one of these into my new dragon deck. that i'm making on ycm. that is top secret. anyway, these cards are quite risky. i like risky. 8.62664573737633269076464/10 P.S. if ycm had the ability to send new archtypes etc. to konami, i would send these for you. many people would love the gamble summon, but some may hate it. but most would like it. (three thumbs up)
qdrack
realy wicked concept, just tone it down a bit. y'know, make the cards a bit weaker, and the stakes a bit lower and I honestly believe that gamble monsters could easily slide into the actual game. I mean, the think up a new monster class every once in a while anyway (synchro, xyz). we could be seeing them in future boosterpacks if you wanted to go through with it. Valkyrus
added 3 new cards, somewhat rearranged the OP for less confusion, removed old versions. Bumping.
ragnarok1945
Steller Dragon V: that 3 card draw almost seems a bit much, people do a lot just to draw ONE these days. In addition I was hoping you'd have an effect for what happens if you call the coin toss wrong Thunderclad Legionnaire VII: that draw power effect is going to get even more OPed here. But at least here you have the gains/losses from the coin toss effect, so it works out Ultimate Gamble Fiend IX: that is one hell of a burn effect, easy OTK setup. Not to mention even if the burn isn't triggered, that's one hell of a surprise ruiner. Overall some of them just seem too much in terms of draw power and what not. Valkyrus
they're all MEANT to be overpowered, I don't even know which time this is I'm saying it. They're risky enough to be as OP'ed as they are. Also there's really nothing to compare them to, so they're powerful enough as is. Bump

raaabr
First of all, the artwork is good. Thats a good sign. The effects are powerful, but not too much so, if you consider the summoning conditions. I've been in multiple situations where I could have used these and might have won. Not too OP'ed, Not too UP'ed. OCG: Good OCG with correct terms and what not. Total grade: 10/

Yosuke-kun
Interesting. Just one question, why the funky template color?
REvan342
I dont get the GAMBLE concept....... it probably would be a better Arch-type. But idk. The cards themselves look cool and might even be useful in a duel.
Yosuke-kun
*facedesks, believes he was followed* The concept is simple dude =_= Read'em, and think Russian Roulette. It'll all make sense then.

It'll all make sense then. pretty much. It's for the sake of bringing more fun to the game. and why the funky template? Because I can? (same way Synchros are white, Xyz are black and Fusions are purple..well this is rainbow)
Yosuke-kun
and why the funky template? Because I can? It adds a much needed flair to the bland old brown cards xD
REvan342
I just dont think the game needs anymore sub-types... its a very creative idea, but we have: normals, toons, union, gemini, fusion, ritual, syncro, and Xyz... there has to be a line drawn somewhere

When Konami made toons, they basically ejected their crappy ideas. As for that thing about the sub-types, I can guarantee that when Zexal ends, another Sub-type will be released. If you can't keep up, quit.

I have no problem keeping up. i have Xyzs in a deck im building.... although im having trouble with a baseline strategy... all im saying is that after a certain point, more sub-types would just kill the game for most players. REvan342
okay let me give an example....... Pokemon. they have five differant regions now, with over 600 pokemon. i got tired of new pokemon popping up every couple years.... and thats why it has lost alot of popularity. Yugioh will eventually experience a similar fate.Gamble summary: good idea. OP is kept at a minimum.... just sub-types themselves are not creative anymore. And toons ARE a valid sub-type still..... Yugioh will eventually experience a similar fate. And toons ARE a valid sub-type still..... That's YOU and YOU alone. Pokemon was probably the worst example you coulda used since it's still the biggest selling and most loved franchise that Nintendo's ever released. If you feel that way then throw away your cards and save everyone the struggle of trying to decipher your bull sh!t. I'm sure nobody would miss you. How many people use toons? Last I checked they were the cards Konami's released them as a fanfare. Yeah, they're an existing Sub-type, but the last time one was released was the first time they came out. For it to really be a valid Sub-type, there needs to be more than 5 cards for it. Back on topic, to avoid spam. I give these a 9.5/10.
