How can i alter the colouring of like cards like Effect monster to a different colour like Light Blue?

my title say it all, is there a specific image editor or a program of some kind for me to change the colour of the card? also it will also work for changing colour of the Star like Exceed's? i want to change it to white.

any suggestions appreciate!

It would, but it would turn out crappy. You can overlay exceed ranks and things like that (note they need to be on the left), but changing the card color is gonna be crappy. Just grab a template, Matrix fonts, and make cards in Photoshop.

ah true... this going to be hardr than i though it owuld be O.o

even i'm trying to a simple colour change and change the colour of exceed ranks to white(which btw there isn't a code for Mse that i can put the Star to the middle =_=)

BUMP: i was able to make a "almost" perfectly good colour change on both the template and the star for the MSE, now i wonder how to get a code for to place the star in the middle like there the code for to revert position of the star from there the level is. I was trying to get them in the middle between where Rank and Level are. maybe such code for MSE doesn't exist?

Get a empty template, change it's colours and THEN post the image in would be my best suggestion.
