Because having two is redundant. We've already got a very popular club for this, so why bother trying to make a second? It just takes up space.

Why couldn't you just join the current club? It would hardly be any different.

there are millions of pokemon ones, why not have two dragon caves?

Because each of the Pokemon ones focus on a different aspect/topic. This is just a carbon-copy of the current club.
And also, it's just easier to stick with one club, rather than have two of the same topic.
