On the Role-Plays, when it says PG-13, is this meaning it is YCM law that you MUST be 13? Or that it is advised to be 13. Or mature enough to be 13?

I agree with Anger Level, it's a recommendation for an age level to participate in the roleplay. As the age limit gets higher, you can be sure more violence, sexual nature, and profanity, or anything else can be used. It's like movies like PG-13 or so. Don't worry they won't catch you with you're in an underage roleplay or looking at a Fan Fic. Just read or play at your own risk.
